Body dysmorphia OCD
ConditionBody dysmorphic OCD involves a persistent, intrusive belief that a body part is wrong, missing, out of position, or distorted — even when all evidence shows otherwise. It is not a mental illness or vanity — it is a physical brain injury caused by toxic heavy metals creating the OCD electrical collision in areas of the brain related to body perception.
Important Notes
- Chlorella does not properly bind toxic heavy metals and instead drops them into adjacent brain tissue, worsening OCD including body dysmorphia. Use only the five-ingredient Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie for metal removal.
- Emotional trauma OCD variant: A severe emotional blow or repeated stress can also cause OCD, including forms that affect body perception. Intense emotional pain creates electrical overload in emotional centers of the brain, burning clusters of brain cells and forming callus-like tissue that disrupts normal electrical flow. While emotional trauma OCD can often be outgrown over years, it can return with new trauma. Body dysmorphia driven by trauma OCD is not a sign of weakness — it is a physical brain injury.
- Mercury — primary OCD cause: Mercury is the key ingredient for creating notable OCD, including body dysmorphia OCD. Mercury is the most brain-altering toxic heavy metal. Mercury deposits on neurons cause electrical impulses to bounce back with more vigor and strength than other metals, creating larger collisions between incoming and returning impulses. This produces the repetitive obsessive thought cycles characteristic of body dysmorphia — such as an uncontrollable need to check mirrors to verify one's physical appearance or body part position.
- Aluminum and copper — compounding metals: OCD, including body dysmorphia OCD, often results from a mix of mercury, aluminum, and copper in the brain. Aluminum and copper compound the mercury-driven OCD patterns. The specific combination and placement of metals in the brain determines whether the OCD manifests as body image distortion, checking behaviors, intrusive thoughts, or other variants.
- Inherited heavy metals from bloodline: Toxic heavy metals causing body dysmorphia OCD may be inherited through family bloodlines across generations. A person can be born with mercury, aluminum, or copper deposits in the brain passed down from parents and grandparents. This is metal inheritance — not genetic predisposition to mental illness.
