Summary Anthony William joins Tom Schwartz to discuss practical tools for detoxing heavy metals, healing ADHD, managing anxiety, supporting the liver, and addressing autoimmune conditions — all rooted in understanding the true viral and toxic causes behind chronic illness.

Core Tools to Use

  • Celery Juice (16 oz daily)

    • Why: Contains undiscovered sodium cluster salts that restore neurotransmitter chemicals, kill pathogens, and revive the stomach's hydrochloric acid — the body's first line of immune defense
    • How: Juice fresh celery, drink 16 oz on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Wait 15–30 minutes before eating. Best consumed plain with nothing added, but still beneficial if you add cucumber or apple
  • Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie (HMDS)

    • Why: The five key ingredients work together to pull toxic heavy metals (mercury, aluminum, copper, lead, arsenic, cadmium, nickel) out of the brain and body — metals that cause ADHD, brain fog, depression, anxiety, and neurological symptoms
    • How: Blend these five ingredients together daily:
      1. Wild blueberries (frozen or powder)
      2. Barley grass juice powder
      3. Spirulina (Hawaiian preferred)
      4. Atlantic dulse
      5. Fresh cilantro
    • All five must be consumed together — they work as a team to grab, bind, and escort metals out
  • Lemon Balm (tea or alcohol-free tincture)

    • Why: Directly calms the nerves, reduces anxiety, and soothes the nervous system — it "hits the nerves" in a way few herbs can
    • How: Drink lemon balm tea throughout the day, or take alcohol-free lemon balm tincture. Keep it on hand for anxious moments
  • B12 (Adenosylcobalamin + Methylcobalamin)

    • Why: Most people are severely B12 deficient. B12 protects and repairs the nervous system, supports brain function, and helps with energy. Must be the right form — cyanocobalamin (most common) is poorly absorbed
    • How: Take a liquid sublingual B12 that combines adenosylcobalamin with methylcobalamin. Oral/sublingual is superior to intramuscular shots (shots bypass the digestive absorption pathway the body needs). Vimergy brand recommended
  • Magnesium Glycinate

    • Why: Supports the nervous system, reduces muscle tension, helps with sleep and relaxation
    • How: Take magnesium glycinate specifically — not magnesium citrate, which is harsh and acts more like a laxative
  • Ashwagandha

    • Why: Helps bring hair back in cases of hair loss and alopecia — supports adrenal and hormonal pathways that affect hair growth
    • How: Take ashwagandha as a supplement regularly
  • GABA

    • Why: Calms the nervous system, reduces anxiety and overstimulation
    • How: Take as a supplement for anxiety and nervous system support
  • Zinc Sulfate (liquid)

    • Why: Critical immune system support — the form matters. Zinc sulfate is far more bioavailable than zinc in capsules or tablets
    • How: Take liquid zinc sulfate at the first sign of a cold, flu, COVID, or RSV. Continue daily for immune protection
  • Goldenseal (alcohol-free tincture)

    • Why: Powerful natural antibiotic and antiviral — helps the body fight infections
    • How: Take at the first sign of illness. Use alcohol-free tincture form
  • Propolis

    • Why: Natural antiviral and antibacterial that supports the immune system during acute illness
    • How: Take at the first sign of cold, flu, COVID, or RSV
  • Vitamin C (Micro-C or buffered)

    • Why: Immune-boosting, antiviral, supports healing and recovery
    • How: Take higher doses at the first sign of illness. Use a buffered or micro-C form for better absorption
  • Celery Force (Vimergy)

    • Why: Concentrated celery juice in capsule form — provides a noticeable boost in focus and clarity within 10–15 minutes
    • How: Take capsules when you need a quick mental boost, especially helpful for ADHD. Works faster than coffee without the crash
  • Coconut Water

    • Why: Rich in electrolytes and glucose that feed the brain — great support for ADHD and mental clarity
    • How: Drink daily, especially beneficial for those with ADHD or brain fog
  • Lemon Water (16–32 oz)

    • Why: Flushes the liver, hydrates deeply, and helps push out toxins first thing in the morning
    • How: Squeeze half to one lemon into 16–32 oz of water. Drink first thing upon waking, before celery juice
  • Turmeric / Curcumin

    • Why: Anti-inflammatory, supports joint health and liver function
    • How: Take as shots or supplements regularly

Things to Avoid (and Why)

  • Dairy (milk, cheese, butter, whey)

    • Why: Feeds viruses directly — especially problematic for ulcerative colitis (shingles virus) and rheumatoid arthritis (Epstein-Barr virus). Creates mucus that protects pathogens
    • How: Eliminate completely, especially if dealing with autoimmune conditions
  • Gluten

    • Why: Feeds viruses and creates inflammation — a direct fuel source for EBV and shingles
    • How: Remove all gluten-containing grains (wheat, barley, rye) from diet
  • Eggs

    • Why: The #1 food that feeds viruses — every virus thrives on eggs
    • How: Eliminate completely. This is one of the most impactful dietary changes for anyone with viral conditions
  • Adderall / Vyvanse (stimulant medications)

    • Why: They squeeze your adrenal glands to produce adrenaline artificially — "robbing Peter to pay Paul." Over time they burn out the adrenals and nervous system. They don't address the root cause (toxic heavy metals in the brain)
    • How: Work toward natural alternatives: HMDS to remove metals, Celery Force for quick focus, coconut water for brain fuel. If currently on medication, don't stop abruptly — work with a practitioner
  • Caffeine (coffee, matcha, chocolate, energy drinks)

    • Why: Squeezes adrenals just like stimulant medications. Dehydrates, depletes nutrients, and burns out the nervous system over time
    • How: Replace with lemon balm tea, celery juice, or Celery Force for natural energy and focus
  • Alcohol (excessive/frequent)

    • Why: Burdens the liver heavily. The liver needs rebound time to recover and continue detoxing
    • How: If you drink, space it out — give your liver recovery time between sessions. It's not about "moderation" in the traditional sense but about giving the liver enough rebound days to do its job

Targeted Protocols (Step-by-Step)

Cold / Flu / COVID / RSV Protocol (Shock Therapy)

  1. At first sign of illness, immediately take: zinc sulfate (liquid), goldenseal (alcohol-free), propolis, and high-dose vitamin C
  2. Continue taking these every few hours during acute illness
  3. Reference the full Shock Therapy protocols in the Brain Saver book for detailed dosing
  4. Stay hydrated with lemon water and coconut water

Heavy Metal Detox Protocol (for ADHD, brain fog, depression, anxiety)

  1. Drink lemon water (16–32 oz) upon waking
  2. Drink celery juice (16 oz) on empty stomach, wait 15–30 minutes
  3. Blend and drink the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie daily with all 5 ingredients:
    • Wild blueberries
    • Barley grass juice powder
    • Spirulina
    • Atlantic dulse
    • Fresh cilantro
  4. Take Celery Force capsules as needed for quick focus boost
  5. Drink coconut water daily for brain support

Liver Rescue: 3:6:9 Cleanse

  1. Follow the full protocol in the Liver Rescue book
  2. Morning routine: lemon water (16–32 oz) → celery juice (16 oz) → liver rescue smoothie
  3. Liver rescue salad as a meal
  4. The 3:6:9 refers to a 9-day structured cleanse with increasing intensity on days 3, 6, and 9

Ulcerative Colitis Protocol

  1. Understand the cause: ulcerative colitis is the shingles virus (non-rashing variety) living inside the colon walls
  2. Eliminate dairy and gluten immediately — these directly feed the virus
  3. Eliminate eggs — #1 viral food
  4. Follow the Mono Cleanse (eating one healing food for a period to starve the virus)
  5. Add antiviral supplements: zinc sulfate, lemon balm, vitamin C

Situations to Use These Tools

  • ADHD / Focus issues: HMDS daily to remove metals from brain + Celery Force for quick boost + coconut water for brain fuel. Root cause is toxic heavy metals short-circuiting neurotransmitters
  • Anxiety / Nervous system burnout: Lemon balm tea/tincture + GABA + magnesium glycinate + B12. Adrenals may be fried from stimulants, caffeine, or chronic stress
  • Hair loss / Alopecia: Ashwagandha + address underlying adrenal burnout
  • Rheumatoid arthritis: Root cause is Epstein-Barr virus (may have had undiagnosed mono). Remove dairy, gluten, eggs. Add antivirals
  • Ulcerative colitis: Root cause is shingles virus in colon walls. Mono Cleanse + remove dairy, gluten, eggs + antivirals
  • Coming down with a cold/flu: Immediate zinc sulfate + goldenseal + propolis + vitamin C (Shock Therapy)
  • Liver support / General detox: Lemon water → celery juice → HMDS daily. Consider 3:6:9 Cleanse
  • Depersonalization / Feeling disconnected: Sign of burned-out adrenals and nervous system. Lemon balm, B12, magnesium glycinate, nature therapy

Key Health Information

  • ADHD root cause: Toxic heavy metals (mercury, aluminum, copper, lead, arsenic, cadmium, nickel) lodged in the brain, short-circuiting electrical impulses between neurotransmitters. Not a behavioral disorder — it's a physical, toxic problem
  • Ulcerative colitis root cause: Shingles virus (non-rashing variety) living inside the walls of the colon — not autoimmune, not the body attacking itself
  • Rheumatoid arthritis root cause: Epstein-Barr virus — often from an undiagnosed or forgotten case of mono
  • B12 shots are inferior to oral/sublingual: Intramuscular B12 shots bypass the body's natural absorption pathways and are less effective than sublingual adenosylcobalamin + methylcobalamin
  • SSRIs: No judgment on those who need them — people need help and shouldn't feel shame. But natural alternatives exist for those ready to explore them
  • Adrenal burnout is real: Years of stimulants, caffeine, stress, and poor sleep can fry the adrenals and burn out the nervous system — causing depersonalization, anxiety, and fatigue

Daily / Supportive Practices

  • Nature therapy

    • Why: Feeds the soul, calms the nervous system, and helps with depersonalization and disconnection
    • How: Hug a tree, feel the bark, walk barefoot on grass, sit outside and observe nature. Do this regularly
  • Give your liver rebound time

    • Why: The liver needs recovery days to detox and regenerate — it can't do its job if constantly burdened
    • How: After any indulgence (alcohol, heavy food), give your liver dedicated recovery days with lemon water, celery juice, and clean eating

Personal Information

  • Anthony William has worked with many celebrities and public figures but keeps it confidential — people come to him privately
  • He does "spirit readings" where he can perceive the state of someone's organs and systems (e.g., told Tom his adrenals were fried and nervous system burned out)
  • His book Life Changing Foods — Expanded Edition was coming out November 4 (hardcover only initially) — warned about fraudulent paperback versions appearing online
  • He emphasized that his information comes from "Spirit of Compassion" — the source he has communicated with since age 4

It's now time for your weekly Detox with Tom Schwartz.

Hello, everybody. Guys, we are in for a nice little detox session today with medical medium, Anthony William. What is a medical medium? You're about to find out. And if you're drinking celery juice on the regular, it could very well be because of Anthony. I love juicing, by the way, juicing NAS. Heavy In The Detox today, that's right, baby. But also, side note, Sober October, it's blasphemous. Why would you choose the best month of the year to stay sober? Just because it rhymes. And of course, you guys, Heavy In The Detox, of course, I'm a champion for sobriety, healthy lifestyles, leveling up. But this might be the best month to drink all year, right? If I could only drink one month a year, it would be October, without a doubt. Mikey, in NYC, you get a pass. Good luck on your marathon. No, but listen, this episode, you guys, I'm asking you to keep an open mind. I'm not saying stop taking your meds here, guys. It might be in these remedies and natural cleaners, detoxes, are a great way to accompany your current regimen. I like to think of them as like tools to support your body's natural healing alongside of your doctor's guidance. Yes? You with me? So this is just an interesting look at some holistic alternatives in the juicing world, especially. There's no propaganda here. Let's just learn a little and who knows, maybe you'll find something magic. Not a replacement for your medicine, per se. Not a replacement, but maybe something to accentuate it. Yes. So I'm just asking you to keep an open mind here. It's easy to roll your eyes when you hear about a non-physical entity called the Spirit of Compassion, which gives him advanced insights into health, disease, nutrients, viruses. But let's keep an open mind here. You guys, the world is way more spiritual and supernatural than we all think, right? I just feel it in my bones. Don't think of this as propaganda to ditch your meds or anything like that. It's not. It's giving your body a little extra support, a little more love. I don't see any downsides here. Spoiler alert. He said my adrenal glands, my adrenal glands have been fried, which is so on point. I feel like I've experienced 20 years of life in the past three years. So, yeah, this is a good one, a groovy one. No one is saying stop taking your Adderall, your Vyvanse and do a Heavy Metal Detox instead. But if you're trying to wean yourself off, why not try some natural holistic remedies to boost, supercharge yourself? Heavy Metal Detox, Cilantro, Sparulina, Barley Grass, Wild Blueberries, Atlantic Dulse, which is like seaweed, supposedly draws metals from deep in the organs. That sounds delicious. Yes, chef. Give me 14 of them. Anthony has some magic and I'm grateful. I get to chat with him, with you guys. Let's pop a bottle of celery juice and let this episode cleanse your mind. So come with me on a little journey into the mind of the medical medium. He's got a gift and he's sharing it with the world, with us today. Okay, let's pick up in a second. Love you guys. We're doing it, okay. We're rolling, Anthony, William. Hi, welcome to Detox Retox. I am so freaking grateful that you're here with us. We're going heavy on the detox today. How are you?

Nice, I'm great, I'm great. It's an honor, I'm excited to be here. You know, that's really cool, man. Retox, man, detox, detox. I love that whole thing. You know, people are all viced out, they're on vices, they're on, you know, matcha tea, green tea, they're on their caffeine, they're on their coffee espressos, and then they're, then they're on their alcohol, man, then they're back to their coffee, caffeine, then they're on their alcohol.

It's Anthony, I'm forever in the pursuit of happiness and harmony, heavy on the harmony.

Oh, wow. I love that. I mean, that's where we get to where you got to be. And, you know, you're doing it, you know, I can't believe you're drinking the celery juice. That is so good for you. That is so good for you.

And you guys, he is the juicing king, as far as I'm concerned. And in honor of Anthony being here, I'm 16 ounces per your prescription. 16 ounces.

Spot on, man.

Yeah.

I also like 16 ounces.

Let's not forget the 92. It's essential minerals. And I got a little sea moss in here, too. Is that okay?

That's fine. I never was hating on sea moss. I never was hating on it. I mean, I joke around about it, but I never hated on it. You can have sea moss in there. I mean, celery juice is always best by itself, but you still get a lot out of it, even when people throw apple in it, or they throw a little lemon in it, or they throw a little sea moss in it. But that is amazing. You're drinking that celery juice.

It's an honor of you. We're celebrating all things Anthony today. And for people, for the uninitiated, if you've been living under a rock, do you want to introduce yourself formally? I mean, I guess I kind of already did.

Medical medium.

Yes.

Medical medium, the one and only man. It's me, you know? The medical medium books series, number one New York Times bestselling author.

That's right.

I hear a voice, spirit of compassion, and talk to me since I was age four, and the books have saved lives, gotten people out of wheelchairs, and got people better from ALS, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, all kinds of different symptoms, conditions, eating disorders, you name it. And I'm at the service of the chronically ill. So that's what I do. I'm here for the chronically ill. That's why I exist. And anybody else in between, anybody else who's partly sick or not sick at all right now, I'm there for them. You know, so.

That's beautifully stated. And for people who don't fully get it, you kind of just said it, but can you explain kind of what exactly a medical medium like yourself does? You just kind of said it.

Yeah, I mean, advanced information nobody's ever heard before that moves the needle. It's about moving the needle. You know, when you're sick and you're not well, and you're going from doctor to doctor and practitioner to healer and then chiropractor to doctor and then from the DO, then specialist. And you know, you're going everywhere because you got anxiety and, you know, panic and tingles and numbness and dizzy. You said your head can't think right and you got the brain fog and you feel like just mental and everything else. And you're really hurting, you know. You may get a diagnosis like, hey, you got autoimmune and maybe your thyroid's off or you got this. And so I'm here in this world so that people get answers in its legendary information from the Medical Medium book series and its shape to the entire health movement. And there's tools medical movement sprinkled about all through the movement out there to help people at least stay afloat until they could find their way to the information and then move the needle all the way. And that's me, you know. That's what I do.

It's a beautiful thing. Can we go, before we dive in, because I have a lot of questions and my friends have a lot of questions, if that's okay. But can we go back to some of your earliest memories when you had this epiphany or like when you started receiving messages from the spirit of compassion?

Oh yeah.

Like do you remember the moment?

I remember the moment. I woke up one morning at four years of age and heard a voice and it just, and my life hasn't, it hasn't changed since. It's hearing that voice and some people, what they do is they got thoughts in their head, and there's a lot of spiritualists, a lot of people, they're psychics and all of that out there. And they get visions or they get a message, and they get information or they hear their own voice in their head scrambling or they hear something, and telling them something. This is from the outside of me. This is a voice I hear from the outside, and I mean, I don't know what I'm of. Ridicule about this. I've had a lifetime about, you know, doubters and stuff like that, and haters. But whether anybody likes or not voice, I have heard has given me the most advanced medical information out there, and I've published it. I put it out there. I've, you know, worked with it for so, with so many sick people throughout the decades, and I woke up one morning, I heard the voice and spoke to me immediately, and I just thought it was like family behind the door, you know, the room, you know, somebody outside the window, someone, you know, talking somewhere, and then it was just getting worse and worse as the morning went on, and moments went on that this voice is coming from this, and I've had to accept it throughout my whole childhood and dedicate my entire life to this in hearing that voice, and I've helped so many thousands of people find their way, and then the books have helped millions of people find their way, and it's just some of my parents were just like, you know, what is going on, and how does he know this? How does he know information about toxic heavy metals and the brain, and information about the liver, and information about viruses and bacteria and pathogens at seven years old, like, you know, at seven years old, and Epstein-Barr, about what it does, how it creates neurological problems. It's not just this mononucleosis that gives somebody some tiredness for a little while and they move on. It creates all these conditions like fibro and CFS, and all that's medical medium original, all going back to what Epstein-Barr does, creating vertigo and then the vagus nerve problems. So yeah, it's just been a cool ride.

This episode is sponsored by BetterHelp. Guys, you know I like to check in every episode. I like checking in with you. Life can be hard. Past few years have been some of the most difficult of my life, more strange than I could ever explain. During some of the darker moments, I remember those little nuggets from therapy. Tough times never last, but tough people do. Wait, it was not exactly that. It was more sensitive. Anyways, a good therapist will leave you with little nuggets of wisdom like that. And if you haven't tried therapy, maybe this is a reminder that talking to someone can really help a professional, especially when your mind just won't quiet down. Take some time for your mental health. Better help takes the guesswork out of finding a therapist. That's why I dig it. A quick questionnaire helps you match with someone who fits your needs. And if it's not the right fit, you can switch anytime. So this World Mental Health Day, which was last week, we're celebrating with therapists. We've helped millions of people take a step forward. If you're ready to find the right therapist for you, yeah, you. Better help can help you start the journey. Our listeners get 10% off their first month at betterhelp.com/tomschwartz. That's better. H E L p.com/tomschwartz. When the spirit talks to you, what does it feel? Is it a visceral feeling? Can you summon it on demand? Or does it come sporadically?

I mean, I wish. I wish people can hear it. I wish because it would be so cool. And it is a voice I hear like right now. It's being blocked a little bit or more than a little bit because we're it. It can't. It's it's from here. So it comes from here up here. Right. And I got a headset on. And this one's really, really like, you know, a kind of a muffler. A quiet, you know, quiets the sounds. But I could hear it a little bit outside of this, like someone's talking to me on the outside and, you know, spirit says, like with you, it's like it's been always adrenals, like your adrenals have gone to virtual, almost crashing many times. And, you know, and that's the voice that's, you know, like that's what I'm hearing from the voice, Spirit of Compassion. Your adrenals have been so bad over the years on and off. And then your nervous system has been totally like fried at one point where it just got fricasseed and kind of burned out. And then you came back and then it was like this thing back and forth with your nervous system. So it's with anxiety and other things. And then even some depersonalization, like Spirit's giving me like a lot of info on you now. It's just it's crazy.

Anthony, you just summed up the past two years of my life. It was chaos. I think beautiful chaos that I'm grateful for, because if it didn't happen, I probably wouldn't be sitting here with you right now. So even for the bad parts, I'm grateful for those and it brought us together. And I survived it. And I'm just happy to be here with you.

You're a survivor. You're a survivor, man. Are you kidding? And you look good.

Thank you. You look good.

I mean, you're helping people. You're help people. I mean, it's not, I mean, you're working obviously for God. You're obviously working for, you know, because you're trying to help people and you're getting them centered. And you want to look at the basis, the foundation of your podcast. It's actually really powerful, you know, it really is. So, and I'm not just trying to blow smoke or some bullshit. Your podcast is powerful because you're trying to get people information. You're trying to help them stay balanced. And you know, in the world, it's a world of a lot of toxic shit. It is loaded between the toxic people, toxic emotions, toxic exposures, just so much. And how do people find their way and filter through all that? And you know, they end up, they end up toxin getting, like getting, you know, toxicated, however we want to say it. Yeah.

Well, like, listen, one of my favorite ways to detox is celery juice, coincidentally. And you, I think, I think you're the, It really does. You're the king of celery juice. Like, can I just say, you started the movement.

I'll take that credit. Thank you, thank you. And you know, celery juice is no joke. Like, I've seen it over and over again, like somebody who is basically just ground zero, like ground freaking zero in their life. And they just started doing 16 ounces, 32 ounces of celery juice. And, you know, per medical medium information, and they just started moving through it and moving through the hell they were in and getting their brain back and getting their thoughts like balanced and getting their mind back. They're neurodmitters, they're, you know, electrical impulses firing rates, cleaning up their liver, getting rid of the garbage in their system. Like it's endless and killing pathogens. Like I've seen people walking dead, like walking dead, and they were like, they've tried everything. And then they brought the celery juice heavy into their life. And they were still doing crap. They were still doing different things. And they brought it in and it pulled them out of hell, you know, and got them back. Yeah, it's really a beautiful thing.

And I love, I feel like I'm being proselytized right now in the best possible way, because I love celery juice. I love juicing, because it's safe to say that a glass, 16 ounces of celery juice keeps the doctor away. Is that okay?

Yeah, I love that. Yeah, damn right.

It's a little trite, I know. A little trite, but I know.

Oh, it's legendary. It is powerful. It is bottom line. I love the word retoxing now because of you.

Thank you.

I love that word because of your podcast. I love that word retoxing now. That's actually really a cool word.

Thank you.

I don't know why.

Thank you, Anthony, but it's not toxic. We just don't want to feel bad about feeling good. That's the overarching theme on the show and with the message I'm trying to send out there. By the way, I just had this sitting in here. Are you an advocate for like, tumeric and pill form?

Tumeric shots? Yeah, totally.

Pills are okay?

Yeah, tumeric pills, curcumin, like tumeric, absolutely tumeric shots, tumeric ginger shots. I love all that.

Anthony, I can feel your vibes all the way through the screen right now. But are you cool with skepticism or critics and stuff? Do you welcome it? You seem like you're vibrating on a super high frequency and you can't be bothered, but do you welcome constructive criticism?

Oh, yeah, man. I love it. I don't dislike it at all. And because the thing is with the medical medium information is it's healed so many. It's got the track record in the street cred. So anybody who's got like, anybody who's say a hater or they're a skeptic and they don't really want to know all that. It doesn't matter to me. It's fine. I mean, how many people got out of wheelchairs? How many people got their lives back? But I love still constructive criticism, skepticism. I still love it all.

Yeah. I mean, like you said, you've literally helped millions of people with your books, your movement. Is there like a common root cause or pattern you'd say behind most illnesses that people don't really realize? That's kind of a blanket question. I guess most of it's poor diet, lack of exercise. And listen, I'm not judging, but I personally know, Anthony, I know multiple people in my life who've rarely ever eaten a piece of fruit or a vegetable. Yeah. And I'm no judgment here. But do you think that's one of the root causes of a lot of problems? It's a vague question.

It's weird. Check this out. It's so weird, right? You can get somebody that never ate a fruit or a vegetable and they're fine. They're fine. They're like in their thirties. They're fine. They're in their forties. They're fine. They're in the fifties and sixties. And maybe crazy shit happens down the road and they have a heart attack. Maybe they get all of a sudden, boom, they got diabetes. But either way, there's people that don't, yeah, they're just like doing their thing. They drink their coffee. They have a drink, an alcoholic drink every now and then. They eat some fast food periodically. They're in this moderation thing. They don't eat fruits and vegetables really. And they got some indulging going on, and they got some vices, and they're moving through, and they're fine. And then you get a 20-year-old, like some 20-year-old that leaves school, like had to leave college because they can't function. Their brain just doesn't work. They can't think. They got like ADD times 100. They got the fog. They got fatigue. They go to doctors. They go back home to mom and dad. Mom and dad are like, you know, honey, let's get you to all the different doctors. Let's get all the workups on you. Let's get the blood profile. And they can't really move past it. There's 19-year-olds, 20-year-olds, 25-year-olds that are like, can't even push through a day. They're really suffering. And then they're eating good. They're watching what they're eating. They're watching their calories. They're worried about their protein. They're eating some kind of clean keto diet or something. And they're still suffering. And now, they're on Benzos or they're on something else. And they're really struggling. But the point is, is you get these young people and they're really hurting. And then you get somebody who's 80 years old, who's been eating shit their whole life. And they're like, just cranky, grumpy and fine. You know what I mean?

They're old curmudgeons. And listen, they eat bacon every morning. They smoke a pack of marbs a day. They're sipping Johnny Walker Black seven days a week, but they're just genetically blessed. Some people are just genetically blessed. I don't recommend it. I've been there, but I don't recommend it long term. It kind of, Anthony, to touch on what you said, going back a second, it kind of feels like we're living in a little bit of a mental health pandemic. Maybe that's a little melodramatic, but mental health disorders are showing up in people younger and younger. My friends, my family, people seem stressed out, anxiety orders, depression. So many people I'm close to. I didn't even know what depression was in my early 20s, which maybe sounds like a little glib or all disrespectful almost. But I just want to see what your thoughts are on SSRIs, like Lexipro, Zoloft, Paxil, all that stuff. So many of my friends, they take them, they attest to them. They've said they've made a significant change in their lives. However, they kind of want to wean themselves off. And I was going to see if you had anything that you could suggest to help wean yourself off, or a company, or what's the word I'm looking for? Just sort of aid. Not replace, but sort of aid, and helping someone wean off SSRIs.

First of all, I don't blame anybody. I don't blame anybody. I don't judge them. I don't shame them if they gotta go on some Lexipro, or Celeste, or whatever it is, or Vodka, or Adderall, or they got a Benzoclonopin. They gotta go on Ativan. I don't blame anybody. And you see commercials and ads everywhere, and there's a new drug for the brain. You'll have someone walking around with a little smiley sign that's got not great smile on it, and they're just struggling. People are struggling. I don't blame anybody for jumping on any kind of pharmaceutical bandwagon. One thing I really hate in the health movement is all these doctors that don't practice, so they don't have the experience of actually working with people. They don't have experience of people suffering, right? Maybe they're like rich kids, they become a doctor or something like that, or they become a chiropractor, and they're now a social media doctor, and they don't have 10 years in the trenches. They don't, right? And they don't have 10 years in the trenches of people suffering and sucking it out. So then they're on social now, they're trying to build up their social media and all that stuff, and then they're out there going, medications are bad, you're killing yourself with medications, you're stupid if you're on a Benzo, you're stupid if you're on Lexapro, and you get, like, they're out there, they're out there like, you should never get an x-ray, you should never get whatever, and it's sad because it's really a hard world. It's not easy when you get sick and you're struck down with something, and you're severely depressed, and you can't get past it, and you've got that, like, severe, severe, you know, anxiety, and you can't think, and you just don't even know who you are anymore, and it's not that you got any dementia or Alzheimer's, you're just suffering, you're just really suffering. And it happens, you go to a doctor, and you're like, I need, you get some doctor that's in the trenches, and they're like, I'll throw any pill at you. Try this, try Lexapro, try this, try that. And I don't judge that doctor, and I don't judge the person looking for that. Just because the medical meme information is all about healing and the tools are incredible and all of that, you're not gonna get that, you're not gonna be able to beat that out of me. You can't hang me upside down by my feet and beat it out of me that doctors are bad for doing that or people are bad for doing that stuff because it's that hard. But mental health, yeah, there's an epidemic. There's a mental health epidemic. It is unbelievable right now.

Yeah, I feel it. I see it. I'm surrounded by it. But a lot of people, yes, they praise these medicines, but sometimes they're taking them a little bit begrudgingly. Time to take my happy pills with a wink, but some of them wanna wean themselves. This is kind of a tough, vague question, but are there any natural remedies that can help alleviate anxiety, just a fraction of what like, Benzos might do, just off like, some juicing techniques or specific recipes?

Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. Like I got lemon balm tea right here, right in front of me, so that's just lemon balm tea. You take a couple of lemon balm tea bags, you know, you put it in a glass like this, put a little honey in there, some hot water, steep. Lemon balm is really powerful, and you get the right kind of tincture. It's not filled with alcohol. You get a lemon balm tincture that's not like just corrupted with alcohol and garbage, and it's a really good product, and you take it and you feel it, like it hits the nerves, like it's calming. GABA is another thing too, you know, like there's all kinds of different stuff out there, but lemon balm is a big one. I mean, if anybody's listening right now to like that meaning that has like anxiety, they got anxiety problems, ask your doctor if you can do lemon balm. Ask him if you could do a lemon balm tincture. It's really that potent. It may not, it's not gonna act as like a benzo. It's not gonna knock out your anxiety like boom, one shot like sometimes benzos do. And I'm not promoting those. Those are terrible. They're terrible. But the point is, is it may though, cobs enough so you don't have these spikes and that you can kind of get out of it. And you can wean off of medication if your doctor wants you to and you can get through it. So just lemon balm is a big one. Another thing is what's behind the anxiety, toxic heavy metals most likely are behind somebody's anxiety, big time. You know, and that's a whole thing on its own. So getting the metals out. So in the celery juice, well, medical medium heavy metal detox is the most popular heavy metal detox in the world because it works. It works. And it doesn't need ads in a million dollars a month, a million dollar a week in ads and advertisements and sponsorships and everything else. It literally lives on its own because it heals people and it goes around the world healing people. It's an incredible tool, the heavy metal detox.

Yeah, it's the most powerful of it all. Powerful of all heavy metal movers out of the brain, out of the liver, getting people out of anxiety, getting people out of depression, getting people out of Alzheimer's, getting people out of memory loss, getting people out of bipolar, and, you know, getting them out of depersonalization, the heavy metal detox. So what's going on with that? I'll tell you what it is. It's five key ingredients, barley grass, juice, powder, the wild blueberry, not the regular blueberry, dulse, Atlantic dulse. You know how you like sea moss? Well, this is dulse instead of sea moss.

How do you spell that?

So, dulse, d-u-l-s-e, dulse. And then there's spirulina. That's the next one in there. And then cilantro, the five key ingredients put together any way you want. You know, the heavy metal detox smoothie, medical medium heavy metal detox smoothie is really powerful. And if you're like, if you're in LA right now, you can walk right into Cafe Gratitude in LA and just get the heavy metal detox right there. If you're in Long Island, you can go right into Organic Crush and get that medical medium heavy metal detox. And it's literally at your fingertips. You can make it yourself and you can heal your anxiety. You can heal problems that you're suffering from, mental problems, emotional problems, ups and downs, where people are just, you know, they're getting diagnoses of like bipolar and all these, and AD and all these things. And it's such a healing tool. So that's the medical medium heavy metal detox. And it's historic. It's legendary. It's classic. It's out there, has a street cred track record. It works. It's getting children with autism to talk and speak. Like it's a game shitter, this thing. It's you do this juice and you do the HMDS, heavy detox smoothie, and boom. It's that beautiful.

It's metal and it works. It sounds badass. And again, just before we move on to this topic, like I don't want to be flipping because I've never experienced chronic depression, bouts of depression. So I never want to undermine how freaking debilitating it could be to experience that. But I was just curious. Here's your opinion about some things like I take, I don't know. I think I fell for some of the TikTok gurus. I've been taking saffron, ashwagandha, magnesium. Anything to add about taking those? Are you on board with taking these supplements?

Magnesium is great, but magnesium is great, but magnesium glycinate is the one that medical medium information talks about from the start. Magnesium glycinate. Now they're starting to talk about that out there because I got that info out there. So that's a medical medium tool, magnesium glycinate. So nobody knew that that was the magnesium they focused on. They were all focused on magnesium citrate, other magnesiums. They weren't focused on the glycinate. It existed, but nobody took it. And medical medium information put it out there that this is the one that your body uses. This is the soft metal, the mineral, the soft healing mineral metal, which is the glycinate. That's the one that works. So yeah, that one's great right there. Boom. Ashwagandha, it's wonderful. I mean, it is. It brings people's hair back. You know, it brings women's hair back, helps them with alopecia, helps them with hair loss. Ashwagandha is great. B12, that's the one right there. B12. And you get the good one. Adenosilcobalamin with Methamin, that's an adenosil and methyl. That's the one for the B12 that you need. That helps people, helps them with anxiety because it helps to restore the nerves. It helps them with nervous system problems. A lot of people got tremors, shakes, restless legs, vibrations through their body, ticks and spasms, pain in their jaw, burning tongue, pain all over the body, pain in the neck. They're dealing with neurological problems and symptoms. And B12 is a big one for that.

Yeah.

The right 12. There's a lot of crap and shit out there. There just is. But the right B12 is the good stuff.

Well, just to expound on that for a second, can you give, in your opinion, your best sources of B12? Is it okay that I take B12 supplements? What are some of the great sources for B12?

Don't do B12 shots. Don't do a B12 shot. Just don't. I mean, sure, if your doctor wants you to do one, listen to your doctor. Yeah. The point is, is just don't go, hey, I'm all happy. I want, meaning, I'm happy to go get a B12 shot. This is what, you know, I should do. I wouldn't. You want to take it orally. That's the key. You don't want to inject it unless it's intravenous. That's another story. But you don't want to get a B12 shot. That's one. The other thing is, it has to be a combination of adenosylcobalamin, methacobalamin, combination of both of those. Adenosylcobalamin, methacobalamin. And that's the key. I endorse a company called Vimergy, and they have a great B12. There's other good B12s out there, but this is my favorite, Vimergy. It's V as in Victor. I am as in Mary. E-R-G-Y. You can go to vimergy.com. They've got the best B12 there is out there. But there's, and I'll tell you why, there's no alcohol in there. There's no hidden natural flavors, which are basically MSG, and there's no garbage and junk. It is the cleanest stuff. But if you got a B12 you like out there, if you guys are listening and you got a B12 you like, use a B12 you like. Use one that you that maybe you think is really good or you call the company and you find out that it's a decent B12 by some standard. Do a B12. So yeah.

Something's better than nothing. On that note, it just started. Maybe I'm undiagnosed. It just started kicking in. But can we talk ADHD for a little bit? I feel like it's swept the nation, the world. So many of my friends love Adderall and Vyvanse. And as a testament, They love it. It's worked wonders and changed their life for the better. It's Anthony. It's literally the only reason I passed biochemistry in college. Shout out to Kalo gave me my first Adderall.

Oh yeah, totally. And that's the thing. I don't shame anybody for that. Students and everything. If they had to do that to survive, I mean, I wish they weren't doing that. I don't want them to do that. But that doesn't mean I don't have respect for them, you know, in their life's journey and what they've gone through, because I can't, I'm not in their shoes. You know, like, I mean, there's, there could be a kid that's just gone through hell in his life or her life and is struggling in different ways, has a lot of pressure on them from family and other students and stuff and colleagues. And they have to push through. So they take Vyvanse or something like that, or they take Adderall. They're taking amphetamine and they're trying to get. And then the thing is with those, what those do is they just squeeze your adrenals. So they push out all that adrenaline, and then adrenaline goes to the brain and fires up the, like, the neurons, it just fires them up. But it's Rob Peter to pay Paul. That's what it is. And down the road, all of a sudden, the Adderall and the Vyvanse isn't working anymore. And now you're just going to shit. That happens. So it's about getting the metals out behind ADHD, original medical medium information, which toxic heavy metals like Merck, Luminum and Copper, all these metals, lead, all of them, arsenic, cadmium, nickel, they're in people's brains. They're in kids' brains. You know, children and young adults, teenagers and young adults, it's in their brain, and then they can't think right. And they're not eating good enough to help clean some of it out. They're not, like, powerful tools to remove. They're not doing the Heavy Metal Detox unless their mom is saying, hey, I think you should do this Heavy Metal Detox. And then the kids start cleaning it up, and they can throw away the Adderall. But yeah, I understand why people use the Adderall. People in their 20s and 30s.

Totally.

And if there's metals in there, yeah. Metals are short-circuiting the neurotransmitters.

Well, one of my favorite humans in the world asked me before the show, I was like, can you ask Anthony about some waste? If you're trying to cut back on your use of them, some natural remedies, like you just said, the Heavy Metal Detox, any other ones off the top of your head can help with ADHD?

Oh man, if you're gonna do something, if you're gonna do something at all and you're struggling, definitely get on that Heavy Metal Detox. Definitely. Get on the HMDS. If you're in LA, just yeah, go to Cafe Gratitude and get one every day. Order one. If you're home and you're not in LA or whatever, then just, you know, or you're not in Long Island in Organic Crush, just go and make yourself one. Grab a Medical Medium book. If you can't afford the book, go to the library and take one out for free. Whatever. Just get, yeah, get a Medical Medium. Go to medicalmedium.com. Just look for it on there. medicalmedium.com. Free information. I'm not trying to plug myself in here, but I want you to have, I want you to have what you need. It's important. It's really important. And I want you to be able to do what you need to do. There's something that Vimergy has, which is called Celery Force, and there's no celery in it, but a lot of people take it. It's just called Celery Force. A lot of people take it, and it really gives them a boost, like in 10 minutes, in 15 minutes. That's one thing they can do.

Can you say that again?

It's the Magnesium Glycinate. Yeah, it's called Celery Force.

Celery?

If you go to Vimergy, yeah, if you go to Vimergy, the company vimergy.com, V's and Victor IM., ERGY, and you go there, they have something called Celery Force, and it's really powerful. It's an amazing, amazing product, and so it's got Nostatol in it, and a bunch of stuff in it, and it tends to give people a quick boost in 10 minutes and five minutes, and like boom, they get a boost. And that's something that gets a lot of people by while they're healing. But what I would do, what I would do, is make sure you have the Heavy Metal Detox going on, because if you're not working on those metal, if you're not taking them out, you're going to be stuck with the ADHD. You know, you're going to be stuck with it. I don't want you stuck with it. Get the metals out, and then get the celery juice going if you can. If you're into coconut water, drink it. It helps with anybody with ADHD. I mean, I don't know if you're drinking coconut water, Tom, but like that's a great one, you know, coconut water every single day.

Sorry, Kiki. She'll know what I'm talking about. But, okay, what about the people? Anthony, the people listening right now, they're on board, they're with us, but they're like, listen, I need my coffee. I need my Diet Coke. I need three Coke Zeroes a day. I'll do the heavy metal detoxes. Are you on board with stuff like that in moderation?

Do the coffee, man. Do the coffee, do what you want to do, right? But do the heavy metal detox.

Yeah.

Yeah, still do, still do your vices if you need to.

Yes.

But you gotta start somewhere. Yeah, at least start getting the metals out. You can get metals out while drinking coffee, meaning like having coffee in your diet. Having caffeine, if you're jacked up, you're like totally jacked up on chocolate, jacked up on coffee and whatever it is. Just still bring in the heavy metal detox. Get the metals out so you can move your life forward. Like life-changing shit I'm talking about. I'm not talking about just, oh, well, this is going to make me feel better someday. No, you're going to get your life back if you're really struggling.

Yes.

That's what's happened to so many.

That's a powerful statement. I want to ask you just to switch gears a little bit. Does the Spirit of a Superior Guide or Spirit of Compassion, does it or however you want to refer, does it ever judge you if you're indulging in a guilty pleasure? Like say you want to fire up a bag of like Cool Ranch Doritos, maybe chase it down with a Mountain Dew, maybe hit a bottle, have a shot of Patron. Do you ever feel judged by this or?

Well, it's pretty funny because if I ever did that, like if I ever downed like a beer or something, or if I ever took a shot of Vodka, which I don't, if I did that, I'm sure Spirit of Compassion would say, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, no, no, no, no, you can't do that. I need you. I need you to keep your together. You can't do that. You can't get shit faced. You can't, man. So no, Spirit of Compassion will definitely, definitely, you know, but yeah, do I want to like, do I want to vice out? I would love to vice out. It's just that I got the voice directly in my ear. So I mean, I'm under stress. You know, I got a lot going on. I got all kinds of deadlines. I got all kinds of stuff. I got a lot of weight on my shoulders. I want people to heal. I get, I get upset knowing there's that much chronic illness out there, knowing so many people are struggling and suffering. I get upset. So many people with mental issues, emotional, you know, pain and suffering. And so that's a lot of weight on my shoulders, along with some other stuff, because, you know, you're not allowed to heal too many people in the world. The industries don't like that. So I get all kinds of flak. But I can tell you that, yeah, would I like to eat a little more than usual? Yeah. Would I like to party? Yeah. Would I like to? But I got to keep, like, okay, like my partying would be like, I'm gonna eat, I'm gonna eat some avocados. I'm gonna eat a bunch of avocados. That's my partying.

A guacamole bender.

Yeah. I mean, I got some avocado trees, you know, and what happens is they ripen all at the same time. And I'm like, crap, you know, but I'm gonna have to make a guacamole this big every single day. Then that's my kind of partying where, and you know, somebody else that was in, if he else was into real health, like health and all that, they would look at me and be like, you're eating way too much fat, man. You're eating way too much guacamole. Like, what are you doing? Guacamole is fattening. Why are you eating so much? That would be my partying right there. Big old, big old bowls of guacamole off my trees, you know?

So that's a, listen, if you're going to have a vice, guacamole, avocados is a good one, right?

Yeah, it is.

I mean, relatively speaking.

I've been tempted my whole life to have a lot of vices because the stress of hearing a voice and people suffering. Yeah, you better, it's a miracle I don't smoke. I don't vape. I mean, I should be vaping like crazy until my lungs explode and I get corny lung. Like I should be smoking. I should be smoking weed. I should be smoking cigarettes. I should be popping pills. I should be drinking alcohol with the amount of pressure in my life. I don't do any of that. But man, like, you know, I get it. I get it.

Yeah.

I don't want anybody doing that. It's all bad. It's all bad.

Yeah. Listen, we can come back to that. I'm an advocate of drinking and moderation. It's a controversial take. Wait, I just want to do like a check in right now. Anthony, how's my energy? Just based on our conversation so far.

Really good, man.

Is it okay?

It's changed. It's changed from us being, from us talking. It's changed now, man. I'm telling you.

No, I feel, I feel like I, I feel kind of euphoric. I'm vibing right now with you, right? I was just listening to this. The first song I heard this morning was this song by Disclosure. It's, it's, what's it called? I think it's like where your focus goes, your energy flow. Oh, it's called Energy. Anyway, shout out to Disclosure. I woke up to that song and it just started my, my path on a righteous one.

I'm going to listen to it. It's like, listen to it. Okay, I am. We should stay in touch after this show because I want your energy up all the time like this.

Listen, my audience knows my favorite vice. I like drinking. I drink a little too much. You posit, or do you posit that liver overload is the root of many illnesses? And like, can we talk about some of your, yeah, some of the core ideas from your book, the liver rescue book, which I'm going to order. Yeah, boom.

Boom, you know about the liver rescue book.

I'm going to order it.

I'm blown away, man.

Yeah, so you guys, he has. I'm blown away. Can we do like we did before with The Heavy Metal, can we do a little crash course on the liver rescue book? Is that okay?

Oh yeah, yeah.

Just like a little 101.

You know people worry about, they worry about skin problems, right? Don't people worry about skin?

Yes.

They just do, like they do. They worry about acne, they worry about all kinds of rosacea, skin problems, hives on their face, blemishes, sunspot. They're worried about all that. And Liver Rescue is like the anti-that. It's got something called the 369 Cleanze in it. Man, you embark on that 369 Cleanze, you've got your celery juice going on, you bring in the 369 Cleanze, and your liver gets unburdened and it gets freed. You got your lemon water in the morning, 16, 32 ounces of lemon water, you squeeze lemon in a glass of water like this, you send that down in the morning, you flush your liver of all that crap that's built up in there for years. Toxins leave the liver right there in the morning. Now you do your celery juice, now you're in the 369 Cleanze for nine days. And what's amazing is you get your liver back, you get it back, you start bringing it back, and that's the liver rescue. And then there's the liver rescue smoothie, and then there's a liver rescue salad. People really should do the liver rescue stuff for medical meaning liver rescue. They should. I can't say it enough.

No, it's awesome. And you wanted the colorful ones, right? Apples, berries, leafy greens, veggies, like you said, cilantro, parsley, all full of antioxidants and all kinds of plant compounds that I don't fully understand, but they're good for your liver detox enzymes, right?

Just jumpstart. Yep, liver. The liver loves leafy greens, cilantro, eat a lot of it. It's an herb, but you can eat it like a leafy green. Parsley, get that in you. Like, if you want to take something out of this show, you want to grab a tool out of here to start doing more leafy greens. If there's, what speaks to you, you know? That's what I want to tell people out there. Like, what speaks to you? Do you want to try the HMDS, the heavy metal detox? Do you think you got metals? And it could be behind your stuff after hearing this? Or do you want some leafy greens more than a salad? More than just your iceberg lettuce and a tomato and a cucumber salad where you bring in more cilantro? Make a guacamole and put a lot of cilantro in it, you know? Have some steamed potatoes and put some cilantro on top. But yeah, there's things you can do to move yourself forward.

I'm gonna roll up the fattest doobie of cilantro and smoke it after this episode, in your honor, Anthony. That's a bad joke. No, but-

Yeah, you just gotta dry it. You gotta dry it first.

Yeah, you gotta dry it first. No, but-

You're gonna have to dry it. You're gonna have to dry it. And then you can do it.

I got a visual on that. For the drinkers out there, the casual drinkers like myself, it's very important to take sober days, right? Alcohol-free days. Give your liver a break. Give your body a chance. This seems like obvious, but a lot of people don't do it. They'll have two or three every day just to unwind. No judgment. I've been there. I know how it feels. It's nice after a long day. But you've got to give your liver a break, too.

You've got to find your rhythm. You've got to find your rhythm, man. If you're somebody into alcohol, drink and so forth, maybe tequila is your thing, maybe vodka, maybe you like some aged whiskey or something, but whatever it is that you do, maybe it's hard liquor, maybe it's not hard liquor, maybe it's just like, maybe it's wine coolers. I don't know what is out there. But whatever you're doing, gin rum, all I can tell you is know your body while you're doing it. Like, I'm just gonna say that. Like, make sure you give yourself some pauses. You're spot on, like that advice. Give yourself some pauses. Don't push it to the extreme where you know you're gonna be hurting yourself. Like, try to pace yourself. It's more than moderation. There's better ways of doing it than moderation. Like, how about just pace it? Just pace yourself carefully, man. Make a schedule, make a routine. Try to get in that routine. Know that you're gonna drink these days. Know that you're gonna drink these days. Because chances are, you're gonna drink anyway, so you better pace yourself with the process to give your liver rebound time. So if you're gonna re-tox, like you were saying, you gotta also give yourself some rebound time, for sure.

Yes, and I know it's become like the de facto, snarky comment to people who are chronically online. But go touch grass, get outside, walk, stretch, some light cardio. Just get the blood flowing, right? This is important for the liver, right?

Hug a tree.

Hug a tree.

I mean, just, yeah. Hug a tree. Feel the bark on a tree.

Yes.

It's so good for you. It's so good for your body, for your mind, for your soul, because it's about your soul, too. It's not just about your physical body. It's about your soul. You want to feed your soul, and you want to also help your physical body, too. Yeah, throw a quick, you know, off your flip flops, your slops, flip them off, stand on the grass for a little bit. That's stuff that people have been talking about for years, and it's still helpful. And, you know, take a walk, take a walk in nature, and take a deep breath and smell the air. And it isn't just about going to the gym and doing a workout in the gym. That's great, too, if that's what you want to do. I totally love that. But it's about getting out in nature, feeding the soul, you know, having your liver get in touch with all the nature around you. That's a big deal.

Yes. I love all that. Your liver is an amazing organ, but it appreciates a little less punishment and a little more support, right? You know, just lighten its work load a little bit. If you're not going to do the full cleanse.

Yeah, we punish the crap out of our livers. It's like a nation. It's a world that just liver punishment, liver punishment. It's what it is. Yeah, everybody's punching themselves in the liver without realizing it.

Before we get off the liver, it's like I'm almost scared to broach this topic, Anthony. All of our cocktails at Schwartz & Sandy's had fresh juices, herbs, stuff like that. Okay, this... Really?

How come I don't know that?

Well, we closed now.

Should I come in or what?

RIP. You're closed now? Yeah, Schwartz & Sandy's didn't make it. Tom's still alive and thriving, but I would love to take you to Tom Tom next time you're in town. But I have this Anthony, I have...

I would love that.

Oh my God. I would love to take you out. We'll do a little we-ho crawl. We'll eat some avocados.

Let's do it, man. I'll be in LA in a couple of weeks. Let's do it, right?

I'm serious. I would love to do that. But okay, tell me if I'm wrong or if I'm doing mental gymnastics. In my mind, if I'm going to drink a little vodka or tequila, if I add fresh juices, apple juice, celery, pineapple, carrots, turmeric, in my mind, I'm like breaking even. I know this probably does the math is probably not math-ing, but is it better than doing nothing? I'm aware what alcohol does. It helps with, you know, it's not good for nutrient absorption. It puts more stress on the liver. But like, am I breaking even? I want to ask you, am I breaking even? Even, Stephen?

You know, you're helping. You're helping. Yeah. If you're juicing some herbs in there, you've got some turmeric in that alcohol beverage. Yeah, you're helping.

Okay.

You are.

Okay.

It helps. It makes a difference. Does it break even? No. But it, I don't know. Maybe you're like 20%. Maybe you're somewhere 20% in there. It does help.

And maybe there's even a placebo element to it, too. I'm like, listen, I'm being healthier. And, you know, that becomes like a self-fulfilling prophecy. Placebo works.

If you don't have, yeah, placebo, if you don't have a pizza, like this greasy, cheesy pizza, the same day you're drinking that drink with those good herbs in the drink, you know what I mean? If you're eating healthy, if you're taking care of yourself, if you're not doing ultra processed foods, like everybody says, if you're not doing that, and then you do some alcohol with some herbs and stuff in it, and you're not downing pancakes in the diner afterwards, like a big stack of pancakes and crap, and all eggs and butter and fried potatoes, whatever. Yeah, you're not breaking even, but you're doing something. So I like that. I'm glad you're doing that.

Okay, I'm gonna take a W and move on. I'm taking a W, shifting gears just a little bit. Can I ask you? I'm sure there's a lot of them. So like, can you tell us about one of the biggest healing transformations you've ever witnessed firsthand?

Oh man. You can go in. You can go, but let me give you one that I think people might enjoy. Okay, so I had this person, they were suffering so greatly because they thought that their head wasn't on their body, and they needed to go in front of a mirror. So they had to go in front of a mirror all the time. They couldn't leave the house because if they left the house, it'd be hard. They'd have to look at the rear view mirror in their car, and then it would be hard to drive. They would have to, if they were in their house, they would have to go to the mirror all the time and make sure their head was on their body. But the person wasn't crazy. The person wasn't crazy. The person was suffering greatly because they really did have this disorder that because of toxic heavy metals in their brain, and it was giving them this different form of OCD, like this body dysmorphia OCD, this different form of it where they thought their head was missing. So, and their family was really struggling with it. They would need a cut, like they would have to go around, she would have to go around with a compact in her purse, and she would, and no one can cure this, you know, like everybody uses the cure word, like, are you cured? Whatever, no one can fix it. No doctor can, you know, quote, whatever, cure it. No doctor can fix it. Like, she went everywhere and it was destroying her entire existence, and getting the metals out of her brain made it so she can escape this whole thing where my head is on my body. I don't have to run in front of the mirror real quick to make sure my head is on my body. It really is. Once the metals were leaving, that person was, you know, passed this and healed. Like, that's one, that's one healing story. I mean, people with multiple sclerosis that are in wheelchairs, now walking, people with ALS who had a death sentence, you know, I don't know why they do that. They don't need to do that. People can heal with ALS. And so, you know, people with Parkinson's, you know, all but their arm is shaking and rattling, and now it's fixed, and they can focus, they can talk. You know, there's just so many people healed. And I'm not checking them out. Severe acne healed, eczema healed, psoriasis healed, severe conditions of the skin, and just, you name it, it's happened with the medical meme information. So I'm giving you some stories.

That's great, that's honestly-

Some healing stories.

Amazing, while we're on that note, I'm thinking about my sister, Natalie. Natalie, I love you. She is suffering right now from ulcerative colitis and rheumatoid arthritis. They're autoimmune diseases. I don't know much about them. She just tells me they suck. And I know a little bit. Has the spirit ever talked to you about these in particular? Do you have any tips off the top of your head for these ones? I don't know if that's-

Yeah. So she's suffering from the colitis. And what was the other one you said?

Rheumatoid arthritis.

Oh, wow. Yeah. So what's happening there is the colitis is from the shingles virus. So you don't have to have the shingles. Like, you don't have to go to a doctor for them to be like, you know, hey, you've got a shingles rash on you, that's shingles. Instead, shingles can be non-rashing. And there are certain varieties of shingles that create colitis. They go inside the, they're inside the walls of the colon and even small intestinal tract, but the colon and they inflame it. That, you know, the shingles outbreak is on the inside of the colon, so it makes the, the, the inter, the nerve endings, and then they get so inflamed for so long, they eventually rush, rupture, would be, you have the colitis, the, you know, ruptured colitis, ulcerative. So, but the thing is that the shingles virus, you know, that people can, people with colitis heal on medical medium. They learn how to do it. They do the mono cleanse and they heal their colitis on medical medium. And the other thing is RA, the rheumatoid arthritis, that one is Epstein-Barr virus. So that means that she's got some Epstein-Barr going on, which was her mono. She might not know or remember she had mono many years ago. You can have mononucleosis, not even know, because it wasn't diagnosed at the time by a doctor. You could be a teenager, have it, not feel well for a year, meaning not feel good, feel tired, listless, have malaise. You got mono, then it goes away. And so that's the Epstein-Barr virus with the RA, causing that whole thing with inflammation of joints, autoimmune. That's, and you know, look, anybody who's dealing with that, medical medium, new edition, the medical medium book, if you look up the first medical medium book, the new edition, you'll get answers on that. It's so good to have that information, the ulcerative colitis and the RA is in there. But that's viruses, that's pathogens. And you can go like doctor to doctor for years and doctor to doctor and practitioner to healer and not get information about it being Epstein-Barr or shingles, so yeah, just a little bit there. And I'm so sorry she's going through that. Tell her, tell her I'm sorry she's going through that. That's awful, and it can't be easy.

Nat, I love you if you're hearing that. Yeah, I'm gonna get the book for her. What was the name of that Detox you said? Mose, for the ulcer of colitis?

Oh yeah, the Mono Cleanse.

Mono Cleanse.

There's a book, yeah, there's a medical medium book called Cleanse To Heal, and it's a very well-known book. Millions and millions of copies all around the world have sold. And it has a mono-eating cleanse, so mono, M-O-N-O, eating cleanse. It has different cleanses too that are also amazing, but the mono-eating cleanse, really helpful for colitis. There's different options and different cleanses in there.

Very cool.

Yeah, it's, they're so helpful. Even if a little bit of celery juice, and she just starts with a little bit of celery juice, that's it. You know, even if you start there and work your way up, and then the foods to not eat, that's the key too. It's got to stay away from dairy products, like milk, cheese and butter. It's important to stay away from gluten. So those are some examples of what to do.

That was amazing. Thank you. I don't want to keep you...

I'm glad she's going through that.

She's going through it, Ed. I love you if you hear me. I don't want to keep you too long, but this time of year, I get sick every year. Can we talk seasonal colds for a second? I feel like...

Oh my God.

My silver bullet lately is zinc and a lot of sleep. I don't know. Any tips for seasonal sickness?

Yeah, you're welcome. I say that from the zinc. It took 30 plus years for me to make sure everybody freaking knew zinc was the key for that. And now, you know, it finally, finally took off over the last, you know, five, six, seven years. But zinc's a big one, but zinc sulfate is better. So not just like zinc capsules, but zinc sulfate, that's a key. Golden seal's a big one. Propolis is a big one. You know, so propolis, vitamin C, zinc sulfate, golden seal, those are big ones for moving the needle with what's, you know, rolling in town. And yeah, I mean, you know, the medical medium books have shock therapies, it's called. You can do like a golden seal shock therapy. You know, you can do, it's in my Brainsaver book, like Brainsaver, and it has all these shock therapies. And the shock therapies are for cold and flu and for COVID and RSV and all that crap that everybody catches, that everybody's just passing around. So, but zinc is great. I love hearing that.

That's great. And listen, yeah, also those are all great.

Look, I'm snarky. I'm snarky today.

I like the snark. Bring it on. I love a good snark session. By the way, I want to thank you again for your time, all of your valuable information to the spirit. Also, when's the new book coming out? Is it out?

The new book is going to be out in a few weeks. Cleanse To Heal is the older book. Brainsaver is the one after that. And then we got, boom, we got this one. You probably can't even see it on there.

I see it. It's beautiful.

This isn't the book. It's not the book, but that's the cover right there. It's called Life Changing Foods Expanded Edition. There it is right there. It's on Amazon. You know, you can get it from Amazon. Don't buy the paperback. There's a fraudulent paperback out there. Just get the hardcover, whatever you do. So it's coming out in a couple of weeks, November 4th. Life Changing Foods, there you go. And there's a lot of other medical medium books. You can look at Liver Rescue, Medical Medium New Edition, Brain Saver. There's just, there's so many great medical medium books, but that one's coming out soon.

Very cool. Before we go, I'd also like to ask the Spirit of Compassion to have some compassion. Don't judge me because I'm going to Mexico this week and I might get a little crazy.

So you're not going to drink in Mexico. No way that you drink here in the US. You don't drink in Mexico.

Spirit of compassion.

They might have antifreeze or something. You know what's crazy is, what do they use? Methanol. What is it called? Methanol, right? You got to look out in Mexico. People die from drinking alcoholic beverages there because it's not what you think. You got to be careful. Hold off. Just go there and sit on the beach, man. Have some celery juice. Get home and then drink.

Exactly. If you need to, listen.

I know you're not going to do that.

Don't worry.

I might.

I might. Listen, but no, there's been some isolated incidents around the world, I think, in Vietnam. Or no, maybe it was Thailand. But if you want to be safe, just drink something that's capped and you have to pop the cap off. If you want to drink some alcohol, that's my tip when you're a champ.

All right. You know what? Now you're talking. You're giving really good advice out there. I love you for that. That was really spot on. You got to make sure that stuff is solid. The cap was never opened in any way possible. Those things matter, you know, and then whatever. The spot on. I like that.

Thank you for doing that. This has been freaking amazing. Thank you for your time. I don't want to keep you over an hour. This is awesome. Anthony, anything else you want to say?

I just want to say for anybody out there who's struggling, just know that, you know, I understand. I got your back if you want to check out the information. But look, one day at a time, that's all you can do. You know, I'm not judging you on anything. And I just want you better. I want you feeling good. Have compassion for yourself. Pat yourself on the back. You know you're a good person. You're not a bad person. You didn't do anything wrong. And if you're somebody struggling with something, you definitely didn't do something wrong. We get sick for other reasons. You got to know that. And you guys, your audience, thank you for having me on. Tom, you're a badass. I love you, man. Love you, brother. I appreciate all you're doing. You're helping people heal and you got wisdom and you're just doing, you know what you're doing, man. I love you. I got your back as well. So anyway, you guys.

Thank you, Anthony. I appreciate you. I'm no guru. I'm learning with the audience, but thank you for your time.

I don't know about that. I don't know about that. I mean, you got a powerful show, powerful podcast, and I'm honored to be on here, man. Thank you.

Thank you, brother. All right. Thank you guys. All right.

Detoxification complete.
