- When to use: Inhaling unfamiliar/strange odor; exposure to recently delivered packages; neighbor sprays lawn; chemical treatments around apartment building; city treatment on street; seeing someone spraying for weeds; lawn care or bug control trucks driving through; driving behind truck with leaking tank; time in parks or golf course; insecticide in classrooms/dorms; living within 25 miles of conventional farm during growing season.
- Recipe: Makes 1-2 shots: ¼ cup tightly packed fresh parsley, ½ cup tightly packed fresh cilantro, 2 large kale leaves, 2 radishes, ¼ cup fresh/frozen blackberries, 1-2 stalks celery, ½-1 orange or 1-2 tangerines peeled (optional), ¼ tsp spirulina. Juice in order; stir in spirulina.
