Protocol
  • When to use: Around others who could be contagious (COVID, flu, mono); shared bodily fluids through glasses, bottles, food, utensils; public restrooms or sexual activity; potential foodborne pathogens; before attending crowded events; before eating in restaurants.
  • Recipe: Makes 1-2 shots: 6 sprigs fresh thyme, 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, 1 small garlic clove (optional), 2 raw medium asparagus spears (¼ cup chopped), 2 raw brussels sprouts, 1-2 stalks celery. Juice in order listed. For thyme/rosemary: use just leaves if stems are woody; can juice soft stems.
