Mood Shifter Brain Shot

Protocol
  • When to use: Irritability, chronic frustration, crankiness; feelings of overwhelm and emotional exhaustion; when someone notices you're not yourself; feeling gloomy, downhearted, low-spirited and need a lift; hard time keeping emotionally balanced, feeling unsteady, getting triggered easily, up and down.
  • Recipe: Makes 1-2 shots: 1 tbsp fresh/frozen wild blueberries (or 1 tsp juice or powder), ¼ cup tightly packed fresh chives, ¼ cup tightly packed fresh basil, ½ cup tightly packed fresh alfalfa sprouts, ½ lime peeled, 1 stalk celery, ½ cup grapes (optional). Juice in order; mix in wild blueberry juice/powder last if using. Can substitute any sprouts/microgreens for alfalfa (radish/mustard will make very spicy).
