Anthony William, the medical medium. Did you guys ever hear in the past when I said a couple of times, maybe even more than a few times, where when I was a kid, I loved eggs. Loved them. And I wanted to have an egg shack. That was my dream. Just scrambled eggs for people. Come on, step right up. Kind of like AW's Bar and Grill, right? But it's the egg shack. and I can make poached eggs if someone wants that, you know, over easy, sunny side up, omelets, all of it. And that was just me, right? That's my personal, that was my personal thing that I wanted to do as a kid, as a little kid. And then Spirit of Compassion had different information, information about why eggs aren't a good idea for somebody with chronic illness. And if you know medical medium information, maybe you have learned from Spirit of Compassion's information about why eggs are not a good thing for somebody who's suffering, struggling with chronic illness. But my baggage is not in the medical medium information. All my crap and my baggage and my guilt and my shame and my emotional pain, my experiences in life, good, bad, ugly, whatever's happened in my life, my dislikes, my likes, because I'm a human being just like everybody else. That's not wrapped up into the medical medium information. And that's why I've always said, if you like me, great. If you don't like me, great too. Just know the information's here for you. You can be suffering with chronic illness and hate me, but the information's here for you. You might not like the way I look. You might not like the way I talk. But yet, you're struggling and you're suffering and you've been through hell and back. The information is here for you and it doesn't have my baggage attached to it. So it's not like I'm an influencer or somebody out there with a platform building a brand or something and all their baggage is wrapped into it. All their experiences, all the things they think is right, wrong, all the guilt and shame they have and how they eat or have they eaten in the past or what they've done, all wrapped into it. And it gets kind of like intertwined in it all. So when they're out there shouting something, you know, and you're hearing it, you're like, huh, like, should I do that? Should I not do that? What people don't really understand is with medical medium information, all my likes and dislikes aren't wrapped into it. It's just this incredible information from above. So people have a fighting chance to heal. And I'm not supposed to say, Spirit, I like eggs. Why aren't you allowed to put that in for everybody? Everybody should be eating them no matter what or, you know, whatever it is, because it's not about me. It's just not about me. It's about the person who's really sick and what is going to help them get to the finish line of healing. What's going to save their life? What is going to turn their life around? And that's what counts. and so spirit of compassion's information is filled with these glorious details that's why i've always said the details matter because they really do the details matter greatly and so i wanted to talk about restrictive have you heard the term restrictive you know that's too restrictive. Medical mediums too restrictive. Medical medium foods, medical medium information too restrictive. Well, this is kind of funny because restrictive is kind of like discipline. Are you going to drink the celery juice or not? Are you going to drink the celery juice every day? Are you going to drink it once a week? Are you going to drink it once a month? Heck, don't drink it at all. What if I was to say to you that for the last week I went to 20 fast food restaurants and I ate 30 cheese bacon stuffed hot dogs, 40 double cheeseburgers, 20 pizzas, and a whole bunch of fried food and a hundred milkshakes or whatever, you'd probably say, whoa, whoa, that's bad. That sounds bad. That's a bad idea. AW, don't do that. What are you doing? Well, I didn't do that. But if you complain about someone doing that, are you being restrictive? Are you restricting them? I think we have to realize about discipline something about discipline. One is if you're driving a car, you have to have a restriction. Discipline. I don't use the term restrictive or restrictions. I just hear it out there a lot. It's kind of like a negative term. It turns people off. So if someone says, I really like medical medium stuff. I'm starting to feel better and my skin's clearing up. and someone's going to say, oh, he's too restrictive. He's restrictive. And all of a sudden the person goes, what? Huh? Restrictive? I don't like the way that sounds. You're right. I just want to eat whatever. And so the term is like negative and spooky, and I see it out there. But really it's about discipline. It's like if you're going to drive your car, are you going to drive 100 miles an hour down a 35-mile-an-hour street? I think you're going to be trying to have discipline. So you're not speeding. Are you going to do 150 miles an hour down the highway? No, you're not. You're going to be disciplined to a point, right? And try not to go past the speed limit. Try to be cautious or careful. Are you going to be disciplined with how many coffees you're going to have during the day? Are you going to have 10 coffees? 15 coffees? are you going to, are you just going to like kind of be restrictive to a point? And then it leads to moderation, that whole thing. So what? Everybody just wants to live in moderation, eat all they want, do all they want. The funny thing is no matter where you go in health, no matter what book you pick up out there with a diet in it, no matter where you go with it, any area of health, someone is going to say, you shouldn't eat that. You shouldn't do that. Watch out for that. They're just going to do that. So it's like, okay, so if someone's doing medical medium and then someone tells them, oh, medical medium information, way too restrictive. uh okay what do i do do i do some diet out there do i just do weight watchers what do i do do i buy a food plan or they ship it to the door and they only give you this little tiny chicken patty and this, this like 50 calorie bun. And they give you this like little noodle dish with some sauce on it. And this is like a hundred calories and they calorie restrict you, right? Like, where do you go? What do you do? If you go to a functional medicine doctor, most likely that functional medicine doctor isn't going to say, eat whatever you want. it doesn't matter what it is you know so that's not going to happen you're going to go to an acupuncturist you think you're acupuncturist she'd tell you you should ask your acupuncturist and say i'm going to eat everything i want every chocolate cake every chocolate bar every single fried food every cheeseburger and you know what your acupuncturist is going to say i don't think that's a good idea. So no matter where you go, naturopath, acupuncturist, osteopath, chiropractor, internist, even your conventional medical doctor that doesn't even care about diet, if you just go in there and say, I'm eating everything I want, doing anything I want, that MD is going to look at you and say, well, what are you doing exactly? and so the term restrictive is a funny one and what i've noticed is there are people young people because i actually have a friend who's a parent and has a son that is 23 years old and he's sick to death of his parents doing things in health. For one, his dad does keto and his dad's like on the treadmill and he's like 40 something years old and he's on the treadmill and he's doing keto diet and he's always telling everybody in the family, you know, watch what you eat with that. Don't eat that. Don't eat sugar. Don't eat this. And this kid is sick to death of it. And my friend also has a daughter too, in the same family. And she's 21. And she is so sick of dad doing the whole, oh, honey, watch what you're eating. What are you eating? Did you eat in a fast food place? You should go keto. You should go this. You can go that. And so she has a social media platform and she goes on the social media platform and she tries to watch what she eats, but she also talks about restrictions and things like that out there. So her baggage and the dad's baggage and the mom's baggage, the son's baggage, the family's baggage kind of gets all projected into her platform where she's just out there yelling at people for being restrictive. But I see this everywhere, everywhere. And I think there's a lot of confusion. So let's get down to and talk about chronic illness for a second. All this is all fun and games when you're not really sick. When you really just have like low energy, maybe your doctor said your hormones are off a little bit. Maybe you bloat once in a while when you eat too crazy. Maybe you get a little bit of acne at the wrong time when you're just like, whoa, I don't need a pimple right now. But whatever it is, there's a big difference between that and being chronically, miserably sick and suffering, where you've been through everything and you tried everything and done that. Like you tried everything. Huge difference right there. Medical medium info is there for people who have been through hell and back, down on their hands and knees praying to God. They're in their worst, worst state of being. And they've, they really have tried everything. They've restricted left and right. They've done the food allergy testing. They've done everything. They've looked out for oxalates. They've tried every single genre and tried every guru and guru diet. And they tried all the different supplementation that's out there and they're just like what do i do because i'm freaking sick and i'm losing the quality of my life and i'm going downhill and that's when the medical medium information is there and they could take their health as far as they need to go and they can choose just to do some celery juice they can do something like the anti-bug cleanse and choose where they want to go with that what what they feel like doing. They can choose a level. But that's just some of the things the MM Info provides. The MM Info is free of me. Of me, A.W. It doesn't have my crap in it. It never did. That's why it never contradicts. because you'll notice out there, every time I peeked into anybody's stuff out there, just curiosity, like, wait a minute, what's this doctor guy doing? And you see his, this book is completely different than that book, completely different. That book, because it changes what, it changes like the weather with everybody. I just saw recently an influencer that sells supplements talking about how pathogens are a problem and stuff. But that was medical medium information all these years. If you look back two years ago, three years ago with this guy, he says there's no bugs. They don't exist. There are no pathogens and viruses out there. They change by the day like chameleons, like shapeshifters. As they have new thoughts, steal medical medium information, have different beliefs, change their beliefs, have different experiences. Everything's changing. So then the person has to ebb and flow with that. That's following them. Like, wait a minute, dude, you had me drinking this sludge two years ago. And now it's not about that. Now you told me no bugs existed. And now you do say there's bugs. MM info. You told me this and now it isn't this. it's all it's all they're like growing so you have to just grow with them that would be like me having to grow with the medical meme info and then throw my baggage and what i've grown with and throwing that at you guys but it's not it comes from above and it's separate from me it's separate from my experiences you're not an experiment of my experiences that's critical to understand but i noticed out there in the health movement everybody's just an experiment to what the influencer or the youtuber is experiencing themselves this one person's doing coffee enemas then a bunch of people who are sick are like whoa i better try that too and they stick a pipe in their anus and they shove coffee up there and they totally kill their liver they destroy their adrenals you become an experiment for some other influencers or somebody who's going through their experiences who are learning with their mistakes so you become also like an experiment of mistakes and then another person who's doing a rife machine and they're getting their nerves all jostled and tossed around and shattered from a rife machine it's like oh well this influencer's doing a rifle machine, let me go and do that too. So now you're doing it for two years. You're just an experiment of somebody else's experiment, of somebody else's ideas, somebody else's beliefs. It becomes just one big mess, sea of confusion. I'm not saying I'm perfect, never said that. I'm not saying I'm a genius, I never said that. And, but one thing's for sure, I certainly cannot write these eight Bibles right here. There's no way I could. Not even my wildest dreams and imaginations. And it's all unique information. From above, without my experiences and baggage. And every word I wrote down in these books comes from above. and it's there for the person who eats animal products. It's there for the person who is plant-based. It's there plant-based, and it's there for someone who's vegetarian, someone who eats fish, somebody who eats whatever. It's there so the person can find the answers they need, and customize it for themselves without my baggage and my crap in there. and you use your own free will to choose how far you want to go. And what you won't find in there are these mistakes. So in the MM info, it's not like I'm going to wake up tomorrow morning and I'm going to say, you guys need coffee enemas, every one of you. You should be doing it. And you should be doing apple cider vinegar shots every morning. it's not going to be my mistakes. How would I know apple cider vinegar shots are so bad for you? I learned from above. How would I know coffee enemas destroy your liver and your adrenals? I learned from above. So it's not about what flavor of the day I want as a person. And then I'm going to throw that on you guys as some kind of influencer on social media. And I throw that at you guys. Like, wow, I'm really into this freaking micro dosing thing right now. let me just, you know, and edibles, and I'm not into that, but hey man, I'm into that. Let me just throw that into, you know, my new book and get people onto different edibles. It's like, I'm not into that. But the point is, is you're not going to get this constant experimentation going on. And when it comes down to restrictive stuff, often what I see with influencers, they have a platform they're building a platform they have an audience and they just can't adhere to anything with discipline they want instant gratification so the fall guy is going to be me medical mediums a perfect fall guy because he's a nice guy he's easygoing whatever you know he's not a doctor he's an easy blame i just totally just blame him because he's a medium and since i can't be mad at my family or someone else i'm gonna be mad at medical medium it's the perfect doubt plus if i say his name more than three times i'm gonna get more engagement I'm going to get more people and it might even get some medical meme haters on here and they'll cheer me on whoa watch me fly and that's what happens where the person not everybody but I notice a lot of people there is a lot of baggage going on they try to be disciplined for a week they fail, no judgment over here for that, but they fail miserably. And they're frustrated because they can't keep to a routine and a regimen, right? They can't keep to discipline and routine. And because they can't keep to discipline and routine, and they end up eating a pizza or anything or sushi more than once, or they end up downing three, four coffees, espressos or whatever it is they're eating donuts and instead of having compassion for themselves and compassion for people out there who who are struggling and trying to eat better they get upset they get upset with themselves they have guilt and they and they have shame so then they come out with medical mediums too restrictive meanwhile i think it's really way more than that what they're really trying to say is i can't do this i can't do celery juice every day i can't stay away from cheese I love my cheese sticks and my string cheese I can't stay away from it I can't stay away from my pizza I can't stay away from oily french fries I just can't stay away from any of it so I have to blame somebody so I'll blame medical medium and his spinach soup and his healing broth and the celery juice and the heavy metal detox and whatever else that I can't do and can't stick with and stay with. But if I blame medical medium, I'll get some more engagement. Even though everything out there is technically restrictive and takes discipline to do, I don't care where you go. Like I said, acupuncturist, naturopath, your holistic doctor, your chiropractor whoever it is you go and you seek guidance from and you seek help from they're gonna just be like no no no no can't do that no you got all these food allergies shows up here on the test um you shouldn't be eating this you shouldn't you should be eating this and they're just gonna do that they're gonna say no cold food they're just gonna do something. They're going to say no raw food because they're going to have all their own different twists and their different things that they do, what they like. If they all of a sudden heard that you're not supposed to put icy cold food in your stomach, they're just going to tell you, oh, you should never be putting icy cold food. They're going to give you restrictions wherever they can throw them at you. But discipline is healthy and positive. Routines are healthy and positive. Consistency is healthy and positive. All of this. It's okay if you fall off the wagon. No judgment over here. it's actually okay if you if you slip up or shift gears or end up eating something that you didn't think you would eat that day or something you were reframing from that's okay every day is a new day and you start with your free will. The thing is with medical medium, you have the freedom to incorporate as much medical medium as you want and back off and do less or more if you'd like. But the thing is medical medium was never meant for someone who's not really sick, who's not, they're just not sick. Sure, they can use it and people do. there are people out there that don't want to be sick and they have the medical medium books and they go and they do medical medium because they want to stay strong and healthy i know people i have friends they're not sick because they do medical medium but it was never meant for that it's great for that but never meant for that medical medium was meant for the person who tried everything did everything they've been there done that and they need out they need to heal they're in a bad situation and it takes that discipline sometimes to get you out of a bad situation it takes a level of illness to actually understand where what that is by the way it takes a level of chronic illness to understand what i'm talking about like i can talk to somebody who's not sick and i can tell them this and they'll just be like blah blah blah blah it'll sound like that in their ear they just won't even get it like yeah it's so hard to understand unless you've been in there and been there down at that place down in that place of despair and that place of lost hope and that place of suffering. If you've been there, then you'll get it. Because people, and I said this before, you guys heard this before, people don't relate unless they could reference. Well, I don't really know what it's like to have a broken leg because I've never had a broken leg. I guess it must hurt. It probably is uncomfortable, probably, but I wouldn't know. I can't reference it. Didn't happen to my leg. Sorry, I'll see you later. Bye. Hope you get better. people cannot get it if they haven't been there. So MM Info is about the chronically ill, the chronically sick, tried everything, and they need a way out. They need an ability to heal. They need the information that can provide that. And then they need to customize because it's not one size fits all. it's not then that's the funny thing so here's how it works i see people out there that are haters or whatever you want to call them and they spin everything they'll be doing something or offering something out there that's one size fits all and medical mediums not one size fits all you can customize it you can be an animal protein person or a plant-based person right and use mm info and heal but they'll flip it and be like mm is one size fits all i mean i've heard it all i've heard all the attacks there's the one size fits all bullshit and then there's the orthorexic bullshit you're gonna get orthorexic that's orthorexy if you do medical medium oh really well you go to your acupuncturist your do your chiropractor and they put you on a diet oh that's not, that's not, what? You pick up any health book out there that puts you on something, restrict gluten, restrict this, restrict that, what? It doesn't make sense. And so there's always a new tactics. Another new tactic right now is restrictions, restrictive. and it's kind of like it makes you feel like, yeah, I would love to not have to watch what I'm eating. I would love to not have to learn how to eat to heal. I would love to just eat whatever I want to eat. Maybe I could think my problems and make them go away. And that's another tactic I see out there too. People are still trying to convince people that they don't have to do anything for their health except think their problems away and manifest their problems away, their health conditions, their chronic illness. But I'm going to tell you right now, you're laying there with severe chronic fatigue. You got inflammation of the brain. You got four or five different viral grade conditions, low grade viral conditions in your body. You have three or four streps in your body. You've got low HCL. Your liver's clogged up and sick. Your kidneys are weak. You're laying there neurologically fatigued with 50 neurological symptoms. Manifestation is not going to make that go away. It's just, it's not going to be enough. Yes, you can try to be like, whoa, I got to think positive. I want to manifest this to go away, but we need more. We need more. We need tools. So maybe manifestation is about what can I use as a tool to make this go away? And you use manifestation in hopes that maybe the medical medium book lands in your hand. Maybe you learn about a tool that can help move you forward because i've seen this before i've seen people bedridden and they just start celery juice as their first tool and they start getting results and they move on to their second tool and third tool and there's nothing wrong with that it's not as if i'm against manifestation or positive thinking it's i'm far from that What I believe is that if someone has the right tools, they start healing. Tools that are powerful. And so praying is critical. Praying, thinking positive. manifestation all of it anything that you want to do to get tuned in to something that's going to work anything i see people out there they're praying to god they're praying every day i see people out there they're doing affirmations i see people out there doing manifesting, I see people out there doing positive thinking, positive thought. I see people out there working on rewiring their thoughts. I see people out there doing all and above, and I love it all, but I've seen people really sick, stay sick, unless the tools are in their hands and those tools are critical they're critical over the years how many times have i heard somebody i was praying i was praying or i was doing my affirmations or i was totally focused on manifestation and a friend told me about the medical medium book a friend told me about celery juice a friend told me about the hmds and i started the hmds and my life was changing in weeks and i manifested that hmds coming to me i prayed and that hmds came to me i did my affirmations and that HMDS information came to me and now I'm on a path so in order to move forward we have to have some discipline though even if it's just a little bit even if it's just thinking about it if someone isn't at the point where they can actually apply a tool that can heal and help them heal just thinking about it as a start i noticed that out there in social media people get shamed for doing medical meme information so if you're doing mm info and it's helping you heal and you talk about it someone's going to just want to shame you and say, oh, what are you doing? You shouldn't be doing that. That's wrong. Medical medium, he's not a good guy or whatever it is. And you notice that it's really hard to do MM info because you're already chronically sick. And then you have people shouting all over social media trying to throw people off their game it's called bullying and i noticed the bullying is still out there and it's really intense it's harassment harassing it's bullying causing doubt trying to throw people off their path their path of healing and i also noticed in social media land there's a lot of darkness and there's a lot of light there's darkness and light and there's a spiritual war happening in social media I don't know if you guys have noticed that I'm sure many of you have actually there's a spiritual war in social media every single day people who fall prey to the darkness people who are staying strong and are in the light and then there's just a shit show going on in social media land. That's all great if it's about topics that don't end up being health and life or death. Let it be a shit show out there, I guess. But where it really really as unproductive as when it's a shit show of light versus dark out there in social media trying to derail a whole bunch of people who are chronically sick and trying to heal that's where the line is crossed on all levels and it's a dog eat dog world in health right now it's all about advertisements ads platform building brand building all these health coaching services all teaching you know health coaches brand steal info take info don't cite it try to make it your own everything it's rampant out there it's also about clickbait clickbait clickbait every time i title something that medical medium posts out there i try to give it a title that makes enough sense But it's not utter, just shit clickbait. But what you'll find out there is nothing but that. It's just about bait and switch and clickbait. Fine. But once again, when you're chronically sick and you're just trying to find answers and there's all these games being played out there, that's when the line's crossed. I came on here just to let everybody know, you know, don't get tricked or fooled or duped when you hear restrictive stuff. I mean, yeah. If you eat anything you want out there and just splurge and do moderation or whatever it is, you have every right to do that. And you have every right to put whatever you want in your mouth and in your stomach and your digestive system. I won't judge you. Life is hard. It's a hard freaking world out there. And it is a dog-eat-dog world out there. And it's freaking hard. And I understand if stress and pressure and emotional struggles are on your back and you put whatever it is you put in your mouth to survive and get through the day and I stand behind you. truly stand behind you. Because it's not easy. Never feel bad, never feel shame and guilt over it. There's a reason why we eat like we eat. It's not just about being taught how to eat certain comfort foods when we're younger. It's more than that. It's about the shit we're up against when we're here on planet Earth and the stress and the pressure, the adversity, the struggles, all of it. And then when we get sick, it's just, it compiles like no other. I think about the people who aren't chronically sick who take for granted what they have. They can go out in the sun and sit out in the sun for two hours, of course with suntan lotion, but they can sit out in the sun for two hours. They can go for a run that same day like it's no big deal come back take a shower go out with friends to a bar maybe vape at the same time get all that crap in their lungs like it doesn't even affect them in the moment stay up late go back home whatever head out to work the next morning like nothing ever happened and it's like they're indestructible and they feel indestructible those people don't know what these people feel and are going through and how bad it really is where you have to be careful on how you choose your time wisely what you do how many hours you feel like you can be out how you get worn out there's people that go to the grocery store and they're shot when they come back from the grocery store. They call it a day. They put away, they could barely have the strength to put away their groceries. They walk through that door and almost collapse. That's what I'm talking about that's happening out there. And that's what medical meeting info is for. It's for people, they've lost those chances of being that indestructible. They lost that chance. That chance has passed for them and it's time to recover and get to that point of being like that again. And people who haven't experienced it, take it for granted what they have and they don't know. Anyway, I just thought I would just catch up a little bit on some thoughts and stuff and a little information from Spirit of Compassion. and be easy on yourselves. And if you're off the wagon, just know that I support you and that I got your back. Take one day at a time. Get back on the wagon, even if it's baby steps. Baby steps are fine. Little bit at a time. And don't get scared off or scared away are spooked by someone that says, oh, that's restrictive. Whatever path you choose in the medical medium information, medical medium books, spirit of compassion's information, whatever path you choose, be easy on yourself. Take one step at a time. Customize it. Be your own expert. Know that I love you guys.
