get to them and someone 1:32 will be sitting there maybe by a lake 1:34 and they're going to hear it and it's 1:35 going to be like there's no such thing 1:39 as metal free ink there is no such thing let's check this 3:02 out food fear let's get into it a little 3:05 bit often times an eating disorder 3:08 develops because of a symptom is that 3:09 true yeah oh yeah if you got a symptom 3:13 going on something in the intestinal 3:15 tract something happening there an 3:17 eating disorder can develop just from 3:21 that alone okay this is important if you 3:24 guys want to know I'm reading out of 3:25 brain saver right now if you don't have 3:27 this book and you didn't read this SE 3:30 here about eating disorders you're 3:31 missing out this book is packed it's got 3:35 so much information really protective 3:37 information too including things to 3:39 avoid like certain supplementation and 3:41 everything that causes damage to your 3:43 health there's so much information in 3:45 these books you guys got to check it out 3:47 seriously you should get that book if 3:49 you don't already have it go to the 3:50 library get get it out of the library if 3:52 you want okay so for instance if you 3:55 have a hot spot in your intestinal tract 3:58 so if you got a hot spot if you're 3:59 inflamed somewhere in your intestinal 4:02 tract if you're inflamed somewhere 4:05 anywhere in here and you eat something 4:08 and it finds its way going down here and 4:10 it's taking its time and it's going 4:12 through right and it finally gets down 4:14 to that hot spot and it hits it and now 4:16 you're nauseous or you got a pain you're 4:20 going to think whoa it was that food 4:24 food fear develops very easily because 4:26 of this this is just one example I'm 4:28 going to cut so much into this this 4:29 information you're going to love it you 4:31 are absolutely going to love this 4:33 information so if you had a hot spot 4:35 anywhere in your intestinal tra if you 4:38 got a hot spot in your dadum see you got 4:40 a lot of inflammation in your dadum 4:42 because you have hpylori or you have an 4:45 old infection that's been festering in 4:47 there for 10 years 15 years say you got 4:50 all this extra yeast and mold growing in 4:53 here you're inflamed because of a virus 4:55 or say like a shinkles virus creating 4:57 colitis or something else so you got 4:59 diagnosed with crohn's whatever it is 5:01 that's going on whatever's happening 5:04 here you got a hot spot inside your 5:06 intestinal tract and maybe it never went 5:08 that far and you've never been diagnosed 5:10 and you're just kind of like you're 5:11 dealing with certain aches and pains or 5:12 certain stomach cramps or flatulence or 5:15 stomach issues are bloating whatever it 5:17 is the food you eat you'll associate it 5:21 with those symptoms very quick and 5:23 easily regardless of what it is it could 5:26 be something really healthy it could be 5:27 something really good for you it could 5:28 be something like by the way these are 5:30 my juices for today if you guys can take 5:32 a look I got my celery juice right here 5:35 if you're not drinking celery juice 5:36 you're missing out and any kind of 5:38 nonsense you ever hear about celery 5:40 juice it's absolutely BS celery juice 5:43 they still can't keep celery in stores 5:46 they still can't keep so they can't grow 5:48 it fast enough that's how many people 5:51 are drinking it getting their lives back 5:53 celery juice is incredible I told told 5:55 you that so many years and someday we'll 5:57 talk about it more grapefruit juice by 5:59 the way way fresh grapefruits amazing 6:02 ones off beautiful trees boom right in 6:06 there and I'm finishing some orange 6:09 juice right there so those are my juices 6:11 for today if you want to see I have them 6:13 here cuz I'm going to be drinking them 6:15 I'm thirsty all right here we are Uma 6:20 are you on a juice fast no I am not I am 6:23 not on a juice fast it may look like I 6:26 am but I'm not but I love to drink you 6:30 know fresh grapefruit juice fresh orange 6:32 juice fresh celery juice love to drink 6:36 those incredible all right let's get 6:39 into it a little bit if you got that Hot 6:41 Spot somewhere in here whatever that may 6:45 be or distension or bloating or 6:47 something and you eat something and your 6:49 bloating gets 6:51 worse was it the food that just did that 6:54 could it have been or was it just it was 6:57 going to happen you already have a 6:59 problem problem you're already having 7:00 bloting problems was it the food you ate 7:02 the day before you may not even know was 7:04 it the food you ate 3 days before is it 7:07 even the food is it even the food but 7:11 you know what 7:12 happens this gets messed up right here 7:15 and it gets messed up quick that's right 7:17 you guys this gets messed up because 7:21 this gets messed with it's so easy to go 7:25 down a rabbit hole with eating and food 7:29 and eating in food when you don't even 7:31 know why you're even having a symptom or 7:34 a condition or a problem and we easily 7:37 associate a food we have instantly to a 7:41 problem right so if I had some kind of 7:44 inflammation because I had some strep in 7:46 my intestinal tract or strep in my colon 7:49 and I had some ecoli in my colon and 7:51 it's creating all kinds of different 7:53 pivots and divots inside my colon and 7:55 intestinal tract just say I had that 7:57 right and then I eating something or 8:00 whatever it is and then I'm not feeling 8:03 good because that's starting to ache 8:05 down here or however it is I'm going to 8:08 be so messed up in my head I'm going to 8:09 be like I I don't know if it was that 8:11 maybe I should just have some toast some 8:14 dry toast or something and scrape off 8:17 the burnt stuff off the toast and just 8:20 have that plain I'm nauseous I got some 8:22 pain it confuses people everything does 8:25 no matter what it is that they have you 8:28 know going on and there's people who are 8:30 suffering from bloating constantly and 8:31 they want to get rid of that bloating so 8:33 they get told to drink celery juice 8:35 because they hear about it working and 8:36 saving lives and they go and they have 8:38 some and they're bloating still there 8:40 and they're like oh it's the celery 8:41 juice the celery juice is causing the 8:43 problem now it's every day it's a new 8:45 thing causing a problem and we get the 8:47 food fear so the food fear just goes 8:50 crazy in our minds and rightfully so 8:52 because it's that confusing and that 8:55 difficult to navigate and so people 8:57 don't realize the minute you start 9:00 getting sick the minute you start 9:01 getting symptoms unless you've 9:03 experienced this do you know what I'm 9:04 talking about it's that intense 9:07 wondering wish over there on YouTube my 9:09 mind has been messed up with that is for 9:12 sure hard to undo it especially when you 9:15 just want to be normal again you can go 9:18 down this rabbit hole and down it and 9:20 down it and down it and down it and it 9:22 can get really difficult for a lot of 9:23 people you don't know what the heck to 9:25 eat you just don't know like what do I 9:28 eat what's okay can I eggs oh eggs feel 9:30 okay in me for now let's go into that 9:32 for a little bit 9:33 okay what people don't realize is when 9:36 you got inflammation in your intestinal 9:38 tract we'll start with intestinal tract 9:39 and bloating and digestion and I'm going 9:41 to read a little too 9:43 so over here Michelle L hey Michelle 9:46 over there telling people they have an 9:48 eating disorder for cutting out food 9:50 groups is 9:52 gaslighting you oh God you always make 9:55 so much good sense Michelle and that one 9:57 right there just hits hits the nail 10:00 right on the head so spot on all right 10:04 let's go into it a little bit so so 10:06 let's start with intestinal tract 10:07 anybody who has bloating constipation 10:10 maybe they'll have diarrhea maybe they 10:11 have other different issues with their 10:13 intestinal tract colon and so forth 10:14 right and stomach dadum all of it okay 10:18 anything that's happening in here and 10:20 maybe even a little bit further we go a 10:23 little further their pancreas is 10:25 slightly inflamed the liver slightly 10:27 inflamed clogged up and stagnant 10:29 sluggish whatever's happening here and 10:31 there's an imbalance because there's so 10:33 many things going on they might have 10:35 some eoli they might have a little bit 10:37 of strp in here too they might have 10:39 something happening inside their gut 10:40 that's causing problems low HCL they're 10:43 not digesting their food something's 10:46 going wrong regardless okay we're 10:49 inflamed you eat food and you feel it 10:53 you feel the food because you're hot you 10:57 got hot spots you got places that are on 11:02 fire a little bit of eoli here creating 11:04 an outer pocket a little bit of strep 11:06 here creating an inner pocket you got 11:09 some different divots and pivots here 11:11 you got a little bit of a swelling here 11:14 your Elum is a little bit blocked off 11:16 because it's inflamed your appendix is 11:19 slightly inflamed down here you're just 11:22 in you got all these different places 11:24 right all these different hotpots as the 11:27 food's moving through you it's hitting 11:30 these hot spots playing with your mind 11:34 playing with your brain playing with 11:36 your 11:37 Consciousness and it happens every day 11:39 to people you don't know what's right 11:41 you don't know what's wrong you don't 11:43 know what to eat how to fix it what is 11:45 going on even if you've been to doctor 11:47 to doctor to doctor and you haven't 11:49 found any oh my God I hear that every 11:51 day now it's all in the medical medium 11:53 books where when people go to doctor to 11:55 doctor looking for help and now 11:56 everybody's out there saying doctor to 11:58 doctor go come here here to my health 12:00 coaching after you've been to 20 doctors 12:02 come to my health coaching now it's all 12:04 you hear now out there and it's like you 12:06 know you check out their thing it's like 12:08 uh stay away from gluten stay away from 12:11 okay all right so let's get into this 12:13 these hot spots can create a lot of 12:16 problems putting a lot of different 12:18 pressure and stress on someone's mind 12:21 and Consciousness because you don't know 12:23 where to go how to fix it what's wrong 12:26 and so many people are struggling on 12:27 this level problem is can get into a 12:29 situation of 12:31 PTSD so every time you put food in your 12:35 mouth this can develop into an eating 12:37 disorder where you're actually getting a 12:39 PTSD eating disorder where every time 12:42 food is entering into your mouth you're 12:44 scared you're afraid now you're worried 12:48 you're worried like is it going to be 12:50 okay is it going to hurt I don't feel so 12:53 good that food doesn't work for me and 12:55 then you'll instantly cast out foods 12:58 that actually are are there to help you 13:01 heal and recover 13:03 you but yet you might accidentally keep 13:07 foods that are not helping you and you 13:11 keep them in because they feel good in 13:12 the moment it seems so that's where the 13:14 confusion lies as well we sit there we 13:17 don't know what to eat exactly and we'll 13:20 eat a food that seems to settle okay 13:23 feel okay but little do we know that 13:25 food's feeding a problem a condition 13:28 it's feeding some kind kind of virus or 13:30 pathogen it's adding to a problem it's 13:32 putting pressure on your pancreas more 13:35 issues to your liver more sluggishness 13:37 to your liver and you don't realize it 13:40 and now you're just like okay I don't 13:42 know what's good what's bad cuz then 3 13:44 days later you're eating a food that 13:46 seems to be comfortable and seems to be 13:47 working 3 days later now you're getting 13:49 sicker and you don't know what to do you 13:51 don't know what it is and then you're 13:53 like well I better eat something 13:54 healthier I better try something 13:56 healthier let me eat a salad let me eat 13:59 some vegetables and then you're eating 14:02 some crunchy vegetable you're chomping 14:05 on a carrot that's something that a lot 14:06 of people go to instantly that aren't 14:09 eating that healthy and they don't know 14:11 what to eat they're like okay I better 14:13 do something good for myself I better 14:15 eat something healthy and they end up 14:17 chomping on a Raw carrot what happens 14:20 when they do that they're they're 14:21 they're the cre they're chomping on a 14:23 Raw carrot all this roughage is coming 14:25 from that hard kind of like crunchy Raw 14:28 carrot it they send it down the track 14:31 they're inflamed in weird little spots 14:33 like in their intestinal tract or the 14:35 bottom of their dadum they're inflamed 14:38 they got a problem whether it's hpylori 14:39 or stpy coli or something else going on 14:42 or Ci or something and then when the 14:45 food when the when the carrots the 14:48 crunchy carrots that fibrous carrot 14:51 starts to head down there it hits the 14:53 hot spot and now they're nauseous 14:55 they're nauseous they're sick they're 14:57 like what's wrong with me I can't even 14:59 eat a carrot I was told carrots are 15:01 healthy and now they're all of a sudden 15:03 scared they're in fear now they're 15:05 eating butter on toast with an egg or 15:09 they're eating cheese and they're like 15:12 that's that's the only thing I can eat 15:13 is a piece of cheese or an egg or a 15:15 piece of toast and they end up in that 15:18 situation where they're pretty much on 15:20 toast egg and cheese diet I don't know 15:22 if you guys have ever seen that it's 15:23 like milk toast eggs and cheese that's 15:26 what they end up in or rice pudding 15:29 that's another one too Teressa oh my God 15:31 you are talking directly to my mom right 15:34 now she's really struggling this an 15:36 important topic I'm so sorry your mom's 15:38 struggling right now my heart pours out 15:40 to her by the way okay 15:42 Teressa um juel says yes my head got 15:46 messed up because I was so afraid to eat 15:48 and this is a really critical critical 15:51 topic because it's happening every day 15:53 to people new people every day people 15:56 who have already been sick too every 15:58 single day Lisa says this is me over 16:00 there in IG I'm so sorry you guys 16:02 struggled with this along the way I'm 16:03 hitting the intestinal track talk first 16:06 with this issue but we're going to go 16:08 deeper into other places of how it works 16:10 with your brain how it works with 16:13 emotions how it works with creating the 16:15 eating disorder the food fear because 16:18 that's what we're talking about here is 16:19 food fear and it's food fear developed 16:21 from not feeling good and getting a 16:23 symptom not knowing what to eat still 16:26 struggling with that symptom associating 16:28 that food with that that symptom and 16:30 then we're now down a rabbit hole that's 16:32 what we're talking about today so let's 16:34 go into it first I want to take a little 16:35 sip here I want to finish some of my 16:38 orange you here if that's okay with you 16:41 guys tra said this oh wait um TR said 16:44 this is exactly my mother explanation 16:46 points this is wild you're touching on 16:49 exactly everything she's going through 16:52 it's like you heard our prayers listen 16:55 and I want to talk about to something 16:58 very important okay that that you can 17:01 heal and you can get better and you can 17:03 recover and get past this there's a way 17:06 also to understanding how this works 17:08 with Foods where you're feeling this way 17:11 and you're afraid and you're having that 17:12 food fear but there's a way to come out 17:14 of it and just having this knowledge 17:16 alone is going to help people out there 17:18 because once you understand this a 17:20 little bit you understand your body then 17:22 you understand what's going on and you 17:24 could rise above the food fear and the 17:27 eating disorders that are created and 17:29 the PTSD that's created from it it's all 17:32 important Catalina over there in IG this 17:34 is exactly how I felt for 3 years whoa 17:37 three years whoa where I'm scared to eat 17:41 because everything makes me bloated and 17:44 then it's scary and here's what happens 17:46 on that one since we are in the 17:48 intestinal tract talk let's go into 17:49 bloating a little bit bloating can come 17:51 and go at random times could be 17:53 intermittent or always there right 17:57 always there but but worse less worse 18:01 still there and always there worse less 18:04 worse still there and always there worse 18:08 worse really bad and then bo back down 18:12 to not so bad scale 1 to 10 my bloating 18:15 is three scale 1 to 10 my bloating is 18:17 five today whoa my bloating is a 10 18:20 today well my bloating is an 11 today my 18:23 bloating is like a two now I don't know 18:25 what did it let me eat something oh it's 18:27 back to here well I eat something my 18:29 bloating is down a little bit later on 18:31 at the end of the day boom your bloating 18:33 is up back to 11 back to 12 is your head 18:35 spinning my head's spinning that's how 18:37 hard it is and that's what people go 18:39 through right 18:40 there hang on a 18:45 sec just I got a celery juice here too 18:48 and a grapefruit juice 18:50 here and no this is not a juice 18:55 fast all 18:57 right 19:01 I took the celery force and forgive me 19:05 but I talk faster I have to try to slow 19:08 it 19:08 down I talk faster after I take the 19:11 celery Force I'm just telling you okay 19:15 after I take this I talk faster it can 19:18 become annoying please forgive me so 19:22 this is the vimergy celery Force you 19:24 guys know I endorse these guys and um 19:27 they just love this stuff this stuff I 19:30 love if you got like anything going on 19:34 like that you feel you know you need to 19:37 push 19:37 through H 19:41 yeah all right back to 19:44 this let's go into the bloating thing a 19:46 little bit the bloating thing is a 19:48 tricky one because you can be bloated 19:51 from something you ate 2 days ago and 19:54 then it still has you bloated and then 19:56 you eat something that can get rid of 19:58 your bloat so you drink or eat something 20:01 that can get rid of your bloat and but 20:03 you're now bloated you're bloed from 20:07 something else before days ago even a 20:11 week ago and now you're trying to eat 20:14 something or take something or drink 20:16 something that can fix your bloating if 20:19 you knew to do it long term if you knew 20:23 to do it long enough it could fix it but 20:27 you'll never know because 20:29 you'll never know you're still bloated 20:31 you don't know to do something long-term 20:33 enough you won't know what to avoid a 20:35 lot of people won't know what to avoid 20:36 and we run into a 20:38 problem Michelle haters attacking the 20:41 way we eat is just sad yep haters are 20:44 really sad they are it's a lot of 20:48 varieties of haters too like a lot of 20:50 varieties of haters there's different 20:53 Garden varieties of haters and then 20:55 there's just evil evil Sinister haters 21:00 and then there's demonically possessed 21:02 haters that are evil to and then there's 21:05 just I mean it's there's a whole 21:07 different ladder of haters by the way 21:10 there's jealous haters there's haters 21:12 that want to destroy you there's haters 21:14 that want to kill you there's haters 21:15 that just want to see you whatever dead 21:17 and then there's haters that just they 21:19 can't help it they're just so jealous 21:21 they just want to create problems 21:23 there's a lot of haters out there all 21:24 right that's the hater scale thank you 21:27 celery force can we thank you seler 21:30 force we'll do a whole hater scale right 21:32 here we'll run through it really quick 21:34 all right let's 21:37 move so basically the bottom line is 21:41 what I see in a lot of people and plus 21:43 with the bloating and it wasn't going to 21:44 be a bloating talk but it's good to talk 21:46 about it a little bit what happens is 21:50 that the HCL is so diminished your 21:53 gastric lands are so 21:55 diminished you have a lot of things 21:57 growing in here that shouldn't be 21:59 growing in 22:01 here your liver stagnant and 22:04 sluggish and you're 22:06 bloating okay it has to be rectified it 22:09 has to heal it you have to recover you 22:13 have to get the bloating down like 22:15 celery juice is critical for recovering 22:18 bloat because it's restoring your htl 22:21 it's restoring your gastric glands it's 22:23 killing off pathogens yeast mold 22:27 overgrowth of unproductive fun 22:29 fungus that's important all on its own 22:31 it's a medical medium tool you guys know 22:34 that tool and there's a lot of other 22:35 medical medium tools to get rid of 22:36 bloating but the point is is that in 22:39 order though to get rid of 22:41 bloating one has to understand that they 22:45 may be eating you 23:00 get to the finish line but instead you 23:02 get bloated because you're so hypers 23:05 sensitive that you're going to bloat so 23:07 easy you become afraid of that food you 23:11 become afraid of 4 ounces of celery 23:13 juice you become afraid of 23:17 papaya afraid of a steamed 23:20 potato you become afraid of a wild 23:23 blueberry you become afraid of something 23:26 and then you're in this place where 23:28 you're afraid now of spinach you're 23:30 afraid of a leafy graen and when you get 23:33 to that point of fear and you don't know 23:35 what to eat we end up going to comfort 23:38 Foods foods that we've been eating since 23:40 we were a child foods that we've been 23:42 eating since we were young and we end up 23:44 running to like eggs cheese and toast 23:46 again we end up running back to Pasta 23:49 macaroni and cheese eggs toast we end up 23:52 running back to bread we end up running 23:55 back to these kinds of foods or we end 23:57 up running back to treats and chocolate 24:00 and things like that because we don't 24:01 know where to go we get stressed we're 24:04 totally frustrated with our healing 24:06 process and what's wrong and we just we 24:09 go running for things that aren't going 24:11 to help us and it happens every day out 24:14 there mono eating is a miracle okay a 24:18 miracle for people so I'm going to grab 24:20 the cleanse the heel book right 24:22 here all right so medical medium put 24:25 mono eating um on the map all these 24:29 years and it's important to understand 24:31 how it works right when you do like a 24:35 mono eating where it's like bananas and 24:39 celery juice or steamed potatoes and 24:42 celery juice and if you look you'll see 24:44 the different varieties in here what 24:46 happens is that you end up building up 24:48 your 24:49 HCL you end up healing the environment 24:53 in your intestinal tract you end up 24:55 reducing pathogen loads and you you end 24:58 up recovering so so many people go to 25:00 the mono eating and cleanse the heel 25:02 because it literally saves their life it 25:05 saves them from surgeries I can't tell 25:08 you how many people that have reached 25:10 out out foods that can help them 32:50 heal but then because they don't 32:53 understand and how know how to read 32:54 their hot 32:56 spots and they think they're not 32:58 digesting it 32:59 whatsoever and they have food fear to 33:01 towards all these foods and then they 33:05 eat an egg and they don't feel anything 33:08 no hot spot no problem no discomfort 33:12 they eat a nice fluffy scrambled egg 52:28 you eating the spotlights on you then 52:31 the PTSD can start even bigger and 52:34 bigger and bigger and eventually feel 52:36 like it's swallowing you up and you're 52:39 feeling like you
