Summary

This transcript centers on the Medical Medium Wild Blueberry Challenge (Day 3), emphasizing the powerful healing properties of wild blueberries for brain and emotional health, ancient food wisdom, and the impact of toxins on brain function. It also includes practical recipes and clarifications about organic vs. wild foods.

Core Tools to Use

  • Wild Blueberry Juice (Wyman’s Wild Blueberry Juice)
    • Why: Contains survival information and powerful nutrients that support brain detoxification, emotional balance, and overall health.
    • How: Drink daily as a shot or incorporate into recipes and beverages to help clear toxins and poisons from the brain.
  • Potato Waffles (Grain-Free, Dairy-Free, Fat-Free)
    • Why: Provides nourishing, easy-to-digest food without grains, dairy, or fat, supporting brain and body health.
    • How: Use steamed potatoes mashed and cooked in a waffle iron; serve with wild blueberry sauce.
  • Wild Blueberry Sauce
    • Why: Enhances the nutritional and healing benefits of wild blueberries, adding flavor and antioxidants.
    • How: Made with frozen wild blueberries, maple syrup, vanilla, and arrowroot powder; serve warm on waffles or other dishes.
  • Honey Orange Wild Blueberry Refresher
    • Why: Combines wild blueberry juice with fresh orange juice and raw honey for a refreshing, healing drink.
    • How: Mix freshly squeezed orange juice, wild blueberry juice, and raw honey; serve immediately, optionally with ice.

Things to Avoid (and Why)

  • Relying solely on hunting/meat for survival
    • Why: Ancient people needed a variety of foods, including berries and plants, for sufficient calories and nutrients.
    • How: Incorporate diverse plant-based foods like berries, shoots, tubers, and rhizomes for balanced nutrition.
  • Organic produce misconceptions
    • Why: Organic crops are often sprayed multiple times a week with substances like nicotine, copper, MSG, and pollinator killers, which are toxic.
    • How: Prefer wild foods like wild blueberries that grow naturally and require minimal spraying; wash organic produce thoroughly if used.
  • Toxins and poisons in the brain
    • Why: Heavy metals, solvents, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and fragrances can cloud brain function, causing brain fog, emotional limitations, and reduced cognitive abilities.
    • How: Use detoxifying foods like wild blueberries and protocols in the Brain Saver books to support brain cleansing.

Daily / Supportive Practices

  • Daily Wild Blueberry Juice Intake
    • Why: Supports brain detoxification, emotional clarity, and overall health.
    • How: Take wild blueberry juice shots daily, ideally as part of the Wild Blueberry Challenge.
  • Incorporate Wild Blueberries into Meals
    • Why: Provides antioxidants and survival nutrients that support brain and emotional health.
    • How: Add wild blueberries or their juice to recipes, smoothies, or sauces regularly.
  • Read and Use Brain Saver Books
    • Why: Offers detailed protocols and recipes for brain and emotional health.
    • How: Study the Brain Saver and Brain Saver Protocols books; apply recipes and cleansing protocols.
  • Avoid exposure to brain toxins
    • Why: Toxins impair brain function and emotional intelligence.
    • How: Minimize use of air fresheners, scented candles, and exposure to heavy metals and petrochemicals.

4:16 to medicalmedium.com
4:18 and you can do that so keep keep that in
4:21 mind all right you guys I want to start
4:23 now making the recipe I'm gonna read a
4:26 little bit too out of the brain saver
4:28 books this is special day it's day three
4:30 have you guys been experiencing the wild
4:33 blueberry juice inside of you the wild
4:36 blueberries inside of you have you been
4:38 feeling it what have they done for you
4:41 in your life post about it do reals
4:43 about it do stories about it I would
4:45 love to repost stuff because it's
4:47 incredible when you see people have
4:49 life-changing moments from the wild
4:51 blueberry juice and the wild blueberries
4:53 have you been doing each MDS all these
4:55 years have you been incorporating wild
4:57 blueberries into your life while
4:59 blueberries are different than
5:01 cultivated blueberries
5:03 so I want to run down a few things about
5:05 that too as we get going we're talking
5:07 about ancient food
5:08 ancient peoples
5:11 eating ancient food we're going to go
5:13 into that a little bit too that's
5:15 actually gonna going to be kind of fun I
5:17 think going into that so I'm going to
5:19 turn this waffle maker up a little bit
5:21 I'm gonna get it moving because I want
5:24 to get some waffles going so
5:28 here's what we're gonna do we're gonna
5:30 actually peel these are steamed potatoes
5:32 let's get these over here I got one big
5:35 bowl of steamed potatoes right there
5:38 look at that you guys
5:39 one big bowl of steamed potatoes really
5:44 excited about this Tyler says I felt
5:47 like I was glowing naturally High all
5:49 morning for my wild blueberry bowl last
5:51 night it gives me that feeling too like
5:54 it's just a natural high but when you
5:57 really break it down you're talking
6:00 about a food that has survived on this
6:02 planet for thousands and thousands of
6:03 years it has information in it survival
6:06 information it's an incredible resource
6:10 the wild blueberry so it's not like
6:12 having some cultivated blueberry which
6:14 doesn't give us that feeling and now it
6:17 never gave me that feeling of cultivated
6:19 blueberry so I'm gonna peel back some of
6:21 the skin
6:23 I'm going to peel back some of the skin
6:26 on
6:27 this potato these are steamed potatoes I
6:30 like doing it that way so you don't have
6:32 to take all the skin off you can you
6:34 know but I like doing it because you're
6:36 making waffles and you wanted a certain
6:38 texture
6:40 you know that's a great way to do it so
6:42 I'm going to put this right here in a
6:43 bowl
6:44 I'm going to peel back the skin on a
6:47 bunch of them I'm going to make a few
6:49 different waffles which I'm actually
6:50 really excited about
6:52 so you know a lot of people would be
6:54 like paleo man ancient man what do they
6:57 eat they eat meat meat meat that's what
7:00 it was it was all about hunters hunters
7:02 and gatherers but mainly Hunters
7:04 surviving on meat and meat alone right
7:07 you hear that all the time you know and
7:09 then the vegans are like no they're
7:11 Gathering they're Gathering they were
7:13 surviving on Plants right you know and
7:15 you know there's always that big
7:16 argument right there always happening
7:19 you got the animal protein side of of
7:23 the health movement then you got the
7:25 vegan side of the health movement
7:27 you have that and then you know sad
7:29 enough vegans they get scared and they
7:32 run back to the animal protein movement
7:34 the animal protein movement they'll do
7:37 the same they'll run back the vegetarian
7:39 or vegan or something but that's another
7:41 story another talk for another day
7:44 but what did people eat well it depends
7:47 on what part of the planet they were on
7:49 to begin with that's one right there
7:51 that's one place to understand
7:54 and that determined also a decent amount
7:56 but one thing's for sure berries were
7:59 growing everywhere on the planet that
8:03 anything can grow so berries have always
8:05 been around now
8:06 wild blueberries have been here for a
8:10 very very long time
8:12 so now what did ancient people survive
8:15 on now to begin with hunting was not a
8:18 definitive
8:20 factor that kept people alive back in
8:23 the ancient days so keep that in mind
8:25 okay because you can the amount of
8:28 calories and I actually taught about
8:30 this for over 35 plus years the amount
8:33 of calories you needed in order to hunt
8:37 was unbelievable you can't just hunt on
8:41 no calories we're talking about
8:44 traveling it's not like you go outside
8:47 your door of your Hut or whatever your
8:51 your little shelter and then you hunt it
8:54 five feet away
8:56 especially if the what the weather was
8:58 doing hunting would take a tremendous
9:00 amount of traveling where the animals
9:02 were in order to hunt right and then it
9:05 took physical physical strength to hunt
9:10 and to rhyme right and to carry the
9:15 Beast back as well so if you're hunting
9:17 it took a lot of physical strength to
9:20 carry the Beast back
9:21 this took a lot of calories
9:25 important to know so ancient people
9:28 right if they relied only on Hunting it
9:32 would have not survived
9:34 just the way it works they would not
9:37 have survived if they were relying just
9:41 on hunting and hunting alone
9:44 so that's an important thing to
9:46 understand because a lot of people are
9:48 like no it was all hunting and it was
9:49 all meat
9:51 but that's not accurate so then there
9:55 were times where
9:56 hunting was really really scarce and
9:59 it's been like that on this planet over
10:01 and over again
10:02 so what did ancient people really
10:04 survive on well first of all there was
10:06 always somebody they used in the village
10:10 or community
10:12 to taste test poisonous plant species
10:17 first and foremost there was always
10:20 somebody that had to do the taste
10:22 testing
10:23 98 of all the mushrooms growing on this
10:28 planet throughout these centuries were
10:31 toxic
10:32 so there'd always be a taste tester to
10:34 discover which mushroom may not be toxic
10:37 in order to allow a mushroom to enter
10:40 into the diet of ancient you know
10:43 ancient human beings ancient people
10:47 so
10:49 keep that in mind same thing with
10:52 berries berries were taste were taste
10:55 tested along the way right now there's
10:59 berries with really really dangerous
11:01 alkaloids these alkaloids would kill you
11:04 really quickly and sometimes kill you
11:07 really really slowly so keep that in
11:10 mind too so when it came down to ancient
11:13 people and food it was a lot of Hit and
11:16 Miss trial and error and that's what it
11:19 was about for many many times for many
11:22 many years thousands upon thousands of
11:24 years it was like that
11:26 so that's something to
11:29 think about
11:32 so a lot of people died
11:34 trying to find their way into what was
11:37 safe in The Plant World to eat now
11:40 there's a lot of plant species that if
11:42 consumed
11:44 your liver would shut down
11:47 or your kidneys would shut down
11:50 a lot of plant species
11:53 so it made it very difficult for
11:55 survival
11:57 depending on the region too
12:00 so once this was figured out along the
12:03 way what was safe what wasn't and there
12:05 were still lots of trial by Era
12:10 certain things were established certain
12:12 berries were established too
12:15 and that's important to know
12:17 [Applause]
12:19 all right so I'm just cleaning up my
12:20 board a little bit I'm getting some
12:22 potato it's all set right here all
12:25 skinned down
12:27 so what I did was I took some of the
12:29 skins off right here good to see you
12:31 guys
12:31 I see that someone said Wyman's yep it's
12:34 Wyman's that's what it is it's the wild
12:35 blueberry juice
12:36 is what we're using right that's the
12:39 wild blueberry shots right there it's an
12:41 incredible product I work with Wyman's I
12:43 support them I want the stuff to stay
12:45 around it's an incredible resource what
12:47 it takes to get them out of the field
12:49 this ancient food and then to actually
12:52 press them and to get them in the bottle
12:54 and what I love is all it is is wild
12:58 blueberry juice and that's what I love
13:01 just wild blueberry juice 10 off right
13:07 foreign
13:09 so nice
13:11 so nice
13:12 so these potatoes are already steamed
13:15 keep that in mind
13:17 I got the waffle iron heating up here
13:22 these potatoes are already steamed and
13:25 ready to go I am going to mash them
13:28 but I'm going to find my Masher
13:32 here they are
13:33 here it is and here's the potatoes so
13:35 let's go so I'm going to do a little bit
13:37 of potato mashing right now
13:39 now
13:41 ancient people ate a lot of shoots keep
13:44 that in mind
13:46 paolita says we can we can get wild
13:49 blueberry juice yes it's the Wyman's
13:52 wild blueberry juice right there
13:55 where can you get it Wyman's link is in
13:57 the description link is in the profile
14:01 w-y-m-a-n-s.com wines.com
14:04 that's where you find it right there
14:08 so
14:11 shoots were something that ancient
14:13 people ate what was a shoot
14:15 well you got shoots You Got Roots you
14:19 got rhizomes
14:21 you got mushrooms you've got Twigs you
14:25 got fruit like berries
14:28 ancient figs
14:31 depending on the region and where you
14:32 are but all regions there was always
14:36 some type of shoot you can eat
14:38 hence like the asparagus the asparagus
14:41 is a derivative from an ancient food
14:43 from an ancient shoot
14:45 and then you got tubers it's another one
14:48 too
14:49 so in these ancient Foods
14:51 throughout the centuries a lot of people
14:54 died trying out different rhizomes
14:56 different tubers
14:58 different berries different shoots
15:03 to get here it was a long road for
15:06 ancient people
15:07 it's not something like we see now where
15:10 it's pretty easy we got we have a clear
15:11 understanding of what we can eat and
15:13 what we can't eat
15:16 and even today we eat things we're not
15:19 supposed to eat after all's been said
15:21 and done we still actually eat things
15:24 that we're not supposed to eat how crazy
15:26 is that things are actually not good for
15:29 us and we still do that now
15:32 when you really think about that that's
15:34 amazing
15:35 that's kind of funny so I'm mashing
15:37 these up you guys because I'm making
15:38 waffles then I'm going to make a wild
15:40 blueberry sauce it's in the book right
15:43 here the brain saver books just want to
15:45 show you
15:46 talking about ancient people but we're
15:48 also making that right there
15:51 excited about it check that out
15:54 it's gonna be fun also making a drink
15:56 honey orange wild blueberry refresher
15:59 how insane is that
16:01 it's gonna be really fun
16:03 okay so I'm giving these guys a good
16:05 Mash you don't want your waffles really
16:08 lumpy you don't have to puree them
16:10 that's not what you want to do you just
16:13 want to break them up a little bit and
16:15 mash them some potatoes are softer than
16:18 the others this one right here is a
16:20 really firm potato the waffle recipe is
16:23 in the book Brain saver I'm gonna be
16:26 reading out a brain saver it's in the
16:27 protocols book
16:28 so I'm excited
16:31 so let me just now she's a little bit
16:32 more gonna make some good waffles
16:40 so
16:41 what did ancient man eat well Ancient
16:43 Man didn't survive on meat and meat
16:45 alone
16:47 if that was
16:49 the only option very little survival
16:52 would happen
16:53 so would often would often would occur
16:56 is the drying of things
16:59 so the way we survived and got here
17:02 today it was from drying
17:05 trying everything and anything that's
17:08 what it was about
17:10 okay we're just about there here just
17:13 about there there we go
17:17 all right all right all right crashed
17:19 crash
17:21 but that's why I like being live
17:23 you know I wake up in the morning I'll
17:25 tell SOC you think I'll let like knock
17:27 stuff over today
17:29 so she's like trying not to I'm like no
17:31 let's hope I do
17:33 all right
17:35 so let's make some waffles
17:38 yeah oops
17:43 so I'm gonna actually make these into
17:45 like a little ball I'm gonna put them
17:48 into the waffle iron I'm gonna bring the
17:50 waffle iron up here
17:54 we are alive
17:57 all right now I don't want this too big
17:59 because if this is a small waffle maker
18:01 these waffles are like thin
18:04 if I make it too big
18:07 it's just gonna be like trouble so I'm
18:10 thinking that's probably it right there
18:16 yeah nice all right
18:20 see if we could drop something else
18:24 oh sorry about that
18:27 you're getting upset because I'm
18:29 knocking all this over and
18:30 everything
18:32 are you getting upset
18:35 okay
18:39 oh
18:43 foreign
18:49 this waffle iron is
18:52 getting hot
18:56 it's flip hot
18:59 all right we're gonna pop this in here
19:06 you guys it was just
19:09 if you just got here
19:12 day three of the wild blueberry
19:14 challenge
19:15 day three
19:18 magically appeared or some of these
19:25 all right I'm gonna throw this in here
19:28 I can't help it I like to throw stuff in
19:30 the air
19:40 let's just
19:42 turn this around in a second but first I
19:44 have to do this before I do that so I'm
19:46 going to show you guys I'm going to
19:47 knock this
19:48 together now I might have made this one
19:51 too big of a waffle
19:57 do you guys like waffles these are
19:59 potato waffles
20:01 they're more than gluten free they're
20:03 grain free for people that are really
20:06 worried about grains
20:08 they're grain free
20:15 if you listen to my alien podcast
20:17 you guys medical medium
20:20 podcasts at Apple podcast did you listen
20:22 to the alien episode
20:27 that's an interesting episode it's got
20:29 good information in there
20:31 it's actually really cool
20:33 all right I'm gonna see what I got here
20:35 I'm not gonna open this up yet
20:39 I'm just pushing it down a little bit I
20:41 put more
20:43 batter in that one
20:50 grab myself another hand towel
20:55 all right cool
20:57 so I'm going to make another two
21:01 we got a couple to do
21:02 so
21:04 let's get back to ancient people's talk
21:08 let's talk a little bit more
21:15 survival depended on drying things
21:18 bottom line
21:20 wild blueberries were picked
21:22 during season
21:25 and then dried
21:27 before winter approached
21:31 if it was climate that was still
21:34 somewhat tropical or subtropical winter
21:36 still approached Seasons still change in
21:39 subtropical conditions places
21:42 regardless wherever the berry was picked
21:46 they were dried now certain berries
21:48 don't dry good
21:49 so if it's a wild raspberry it's not a
21:53 great
21:54 drying Berry
21:57 not a great survival
21:59 tool but yet all berries were dried for
22:03 the most part but not only that other
22:05 things were dried too
22:08 that's how survival happens I'm just
22:10 getting another waffle ready
22:15 just rinsing my hands
22:24 if berries didn't exist on this planet
22:27 there's a good chance
22:29 we may not have made it this far
22:34 because ancient people had to rely on
22:37 drying berries in order to make it
22:39 through seasons
22:42 here's a dried Berry right here here's
22:45 the Wyman's whole dried wild berries
22:47 which is really cool too by the way
22:49 check it out what did it look like let
22:52 me open this up
23:02 I'm gonna move my waffle maker over
23:10 want to look at these wild dried berries
23:13 right here
23:18 so that's how survival really happened
23:20 right there branching people
23:22 it was drying things and then carrying
23:26 with you as you traveled all the dried
23:28 items
23:32 these are the dried Wild lubers
23:34 pretty awesome
23:38 Theresa says thank you for making these
23:40 videos I want to make these videos I
23:42 want you guys to have information
23:45 I want you to be able to watch these
23:46 again if you wanted to I like the recipe
23:49 videos and that's what this kind of is
23:51 in the end really I'm making some
23:52 waffles
23:55 I think I gotta make the sauce that I
23:58 have to do pretty soon have you guys
24:00 tried the wild blueberries have you
24:01 tried the wild blueberry juice what have
24:04 you experienced I know what I
24:05 experienced when I have it
24:07 host any real stories or anything else
24:11 or posts of any kind and I at Medical
24:14 medium or tag at Medical medium or
24:16 hashtag medical medium whatever do both
24:18 so I could see it and then repost it
24:23 guys don't mind right
24:25 getting a little tipsy that's why I'm
24:27 knocking everything over
24:30 Dr nesmet might show up later
24:33 wants to do an examination on hoot
24:40 ew's Bar and Grill is getting pretty
24:42 messy over here
24:46 who's why you been so quiet
24:49 I'd never heard you so quiet it's the
24:51 craziest thing
24:52 Hoots usually making a lot of noise
25:02 okay I think I also need
25:06 [Music]
25:07 a glass of wine
25:12 it's getting crazy in here I think I
25:15 need a glass of wine too because who
25:16 wants a glass of wine that's it you
25:18 don't know how to speak owl
25:20 do you listen listen do you hear
25:23 wine
25:26 glass of wine
25:30 please
25:32 of course
25:34 and hurry up
25:36 hurry up fast okay I am
25:38 ah okay
25:41 I was gonna have the glass of wine but
25:43 apparently
25:44 glass of wine
25:46 all right let's get into it a little bit
25:49 I want to read a little bit out of brain
25:50 saver
25:52 perfect
25:57 all right
25:59 let's go you guys
26:05 waffle is not done yet
26:15 you guys you know
26:17 it's always like this at aw's kitchen
26:19 that's all I could say all right so I'm
26:22 on page 93 right here I got the brain
26:25 saver book have you checked out the
26:26 brain saver books anybody new here that
26:29 hasn't seen the brain saver books both
26:30 the protocols book and this one right
26:32 here there's two which is really one
26:34 it's a huge book originally publisher
26:37 couldn't publish it they couldn't do it
26:39 the printing was too hard became two
26:41 massive books filled with information
26:43 packed with information
26:45 and so these are the brain saver books
26:48 right here this is one of them a reading
26:50 out of it Amazon's selling them right
26:51 now get them for gifts for friends and
26:53 family you guys are 40 off right now
26:55 amazon.com us which is really incredible
26:58 and
26:59 I am happy about that so every day so
27:02 I'm reading page 93
27:04 so we'll get into it right now
27:07 everyday toxins and poisons inside the
27:10 brain are a large part of the brain's
27:13 limitations we experience so if someone
27:15 has a brain limitation of any kind
27:19 we're talking about toxins and poisons
27:21 inside our brain so if somebody has a
27:25 brain limitation of any kind
27:29 we're dealing with
27:32 some kind of toxin or poison that's
27:34 inside the brain
27:40 we experience so including emotional
27:42 limitations so if someone has emotional
27:44 limitations we got something that's
27:46 inside the brain that's in the way if we
27:48 have an emotional limitation
27:50 this is mind-blowing information to me
27:53 if an area of the brain is clouded
27:57 with an abundant level of poisons and
28:00 toxins
28:02 ranging from toxic heavy metals to
28:04 solvents to Plastics and other
28:07 petrochemicals to Pharmaceuticals
28:10 that have been there for 20 years 30
28:12 years to air fresheners
28:15 to fragrances descented candles which
28:17 get into the brain and beyond that area
28:20 of the brain that's clouded with these
28:23 brain betrayers
28:25 can almost go into a sleep mode
28:28 so what that means is if there's an area
28:31 of the brain filled with enough garbage
28:34 enough Pharmaceuticals enough toxins
28:37 enough poisons enough anything right
28:39 heavy metals petrochemicals all the
28:42 different stuff are up against chemicals
28:44 chemical solvents everything that we
28:46 breathe in every day everything we're
28:47 exposed to if there's an area in the
28:49 brain that's filled with enough of that
28:52 it can actually put that area of the
28:56 brain into sleep mode it dumbs that part
28:59 of the brain down and puts it into sleep
29:02 mode
29:04 it's incredible because you don't hear
29:05 that from research in science you don't
29:07 hear that from anywhere
29:09 it's just amazing information so this
29:13 doesn't mean we'll be sleeping so it
29:15 doesn't mean you're always going to be
29:16 sleeping just because you might have a
29:17 toxin or poison deep into the brain
29:20 someplace into this area where it's
29:23 actually putting that area into sleep
29:24 mode it doesn't mean that now you're
29:25 going to be sleeping
29:27 or that waffle smelling good at this
29:30 point
29:31 it means an area of our brain is not
29:33 functioning optimally so that means an
29:36 area of the brain is not functioning
29:37 good
29:38 so we'll rely more on other parts of our
29:42 brain
29:43 whoa see so when stuff gets gunked up
29:47 and junked up inside our brain we end up
29:49 relying on another part of our brain
29:54 that's less clouded and clogged up with
29:57 toxins it also means we'll be limited in
30:00 brain function you see a lot of people
30:01 out there they're struggling you've got
30:03 the brain fog they got all the different
30:04 brain conditions right they're
30:06 struggling because they're limited
30:09 because their brain is not functioning
30:11 the way it needs to function
30:15 in 10 years
30:17 you guys are going to see it
30:19 a lot of people's brains aren't going to
30:21 be working
30:22 five years now it's really kicking up
30:26 when emotional centers of the brain
30:28 become filled up and cladded with toxins
30:30 and poisons now that's the emotional
30:32 centers of the brain you guys that's an
30:34 entirely different area of the brain
30:37 we become more reliant on other parts of
30:39 our brain as a result we can become
30:41 limited in our emotional understanding
30:44 of others
30:46 that's when we can't really understand
30:49 others
30:50 because in our emotional center of the
30:53 brain there's some type of contamination
30:56 and that contamination can make it so we
30:59 can't be understanding on any level to
31:01 others
31:03 right do you ever hear those stories out
31:05 there
31:08 Waffle's still cooking do you ever hear
31:10 those stories out there
31:13 where it's like
31:14 the person to be like
31:16 my parents just don't understand me they
31:19 just don't get it or my stepdad doesn't
31:22 get it or you know somebody that my
31:25 stepmom doesn't get it
31:26 or my uncle doesn't get it my aunt
31:29 doesn't get it my brother doesn't get it
31:31 my sister doesn't get it and you ever
31:33 hear those stories out there it's like
31:35 you know the person's like going through
31:37 a lot they're struggling they're
31:39 suffering they've been through a lot but
31:41 for some reason siblings or family or
31:44 friends or best friends just don't get
31:46 it or understand at all what's going on
31:50 because that person that sibling that
31:53 Mom that Dad that the uncle that best
31:55 friend that partner whoever it is has
31:58 something clouding up that emotional
32:00 center of the brain you guys are reading
32:02 brain saver right now
32:03 which is Incredible Book to get to
32:05 people for the holidays and everything
32:08 both these books
32:10 two books
32:14 so we can become Limited in getting in
32:17 touch with our emotional state we can
32:19 become Limited in feeling and expressing
32:21 emotions Limited in harnessing emotions
32:24 too so if it happens to us it happens to
32:27 you it happens to anybody then all of a
32:29 sudden it's hard to even get in touch
32:31 with your own emotional state
32:33 you feel like you're always just lost in
32:36 that depersonalization kicks in too and
32:39 that's what happens when also
32:40 contaminants get into the emotional
32:42 centers of the brain
32:45 toxins and poisons clogging up the
32:47 emotional centers of our brain can also
32:49 mean that we become extremely emotional
32:51 without understanding why how about that
32:53 she ever meet anybody they get really
32:55 emotional they don't know why so now
32:57 they're going to somebody else to see
32:59 they're going to see a past life
33:00 regressionist now they're going to see a
33:02 therapist now they're going to see
33:04 somebody else now they're going they're
33:05 just like they're searching and
33:07 searching
33:08 because they don't understand why they
33:10 become extremely emotional and they
33:12 don't know why so they want answers
33:15 sometimes they get the answer that like
33:17 you know 300 years ago they were Queen
33:19 Victoria or queen somebody and they got
33:21 their heads chopped off and that's why
33:25 in a past life and that's why they're so
33:27 emotional because no one knows why
33:29 someone really is struggling emotionally
33:31 like that they don't know that inside
33:33 the brain
33:34 they got old Pharmaceuticals sitting in
33:36 there they got toxic heavy metal sitting
33:37 there they got all these other things
33:39 that are sitting inside the brain and
33:41 brain stem getting in the way nobody
33:43 knows so we got to come up with all
33:45 kinds of you know cool things I'm not
33:48 saying whatever I'm just saying that it
33:50 happens a lot
33:52 Reggie Natura says that was me before
33:55 medical medium
33:57 dreams can become very intense it's
34:00 another thing that happens too extremely
34:02 emotionally challenging where constant
34:04 dream After Dream After Dream evokes
34:06 emotions because the body is trying to
34:08 heal the emotional centers of the brain
34:10 so if you ever have struggling dreams it
34:13 depends on where all the toxins and the
34:15 poisons and everything is all inside the
34:17 brain and where and what part of the
34:19 emotional centers of the brain
34:20 but if you've ever had this
34:25 um there's there's a reason why that we
34:28 dream like we do because our body is
34:29 trying to out override it to do some
34:31 healing
34:38 so Ruth says there are people with
34:40 limited emotional intelligence
34:43 but seriously it is not always so
34:46 there's people with limited emotional
34:47 intelligence
34:49 everybody has Intelligence number one so
34:53 that's there
34:56 um that's not what you're saying that's
34:57 what I'm saying so your comment is there
34:59 are people with limited emotional
35:00 intelligence but seriously it is not
35:03 always about nutrition
35:05 but I know that's not always about
35:07 nutrition though it is talk though it is
35:09 toxic
35:12 we have many so toxic is what you mean
35:14 we have many paths that are connected
35:19 I'm not saying it's all about nutrition
35:21 medical medium information
35:23 is a vast amount of information so Ruth
35:27 what I what I recommend is you get the
35:29 books
35:30 did the brain saver books maybe cleanse
35:32 the heel tube maybe live a rescue and
35:35 learn about the incredible information
35:36 here including Soul information
35:40 including
35:42 you know other information too
35:46 but thank you for your comment and I'm
35:47 glad you're here I appreciate it and by
35:49 the way you're at the free Wild
35:50 blueberry
35:51 challenge were day three we're making
35:53 wild blueberries it's an incredible food
35:56 and you might want to get some wild
35:58 blueberries sign up for the challenge
36:00 too and you could actually get your free
36:01 grocery list and know what you need and
36:03 all that other stuff for it and you
36:04 could even re-watch the episodes at
36:06 medicalmedium.com
36:08 but what I recommend is getting some of
36:11 this inside of you so it gets to the
36:13 brain so then when you grab the medical
36:16 medium books Ruth
36:18 it'll help you actually open up so you
36:20 know what you're reading
36:23 Ruth says I think the information is
36:25 valid
36:26 well then guess what I am
36:29 I am proven wrong
36:32 and proven right
36:34 thank you
36:36 I'm proven both
36:38 proven wrong because I'm saying that you
36:41 need wild blueberry juice
36:43 and proven right because you said that
36:46 you like the information
36:49 um
36:50 Ruth I need some more wild blueberry
36:52 juice that's what I think
36:54 Brett Winters and by the way thank you
36:56 for your comment once again
36:58 Brett Winters aw what's the difference
37:00 between what you're talking about and
37:02 narcissism
37:04 what's the difference
37:06 well it all depends narcissism
37:10 is one aspect of how the brain works if
37:14 someone actually has problems but the
37:15 soul is always connected too because you
37:17 have four things going on so the problem
37:19 is with the brain and I talk about that
37:20 in the brain saver books
37:23 is you have your subconscious mind your
37:25 conscious mind
37:27 your physical brain and your soul they
37:29 all have to work together
37:32 in here
37:33 okay then that's critical to know
37:36 narcissism can be a blend of problems
37:39 so keep that in mind
37:41 and a narcissist
37:43 could also be a good person
37:45 so it doesn't mean they're a bad
37:47 narcissist versus a good narcissist so
37:50 keep that in mind too so all these
37:52 things matter
37:54 because that's about the soul
37:56 Soul subconscious mind conscious mind
37:59 and physical brain all these things
38:01 combine change everything
38:04 and then the Free Will changes
38:05 everything
38:07 amongst all of it you can have a very
38:09 evil narcissist out there
38:13 because they're free will
38:15 is allowing it or you can have someone
38:18 using their free will to be a good
38:21 narcissist
38:22 it's so vast the understanding and
38:25 what's happening
38:26 one thing for sure
38:28 if someone cleans up their brain
38:31 and they repair neuron damage
38:34 and they were already a bad narcissist
38:36 they might become a good narcissist
38:40 all right Free Will is the key Serena
38:44 said it
38:46 so
38:48 first of all I better get this waffle
38:50 out of the out of the waffle iron and
38:53 Ruth back to you thank you for actually
38:55 your comment and everything it was
38:56 really nice
38:58 okay
39:00 I'm gonna get a plate out right now
39:09 and I'm going to get a waffle out
39:15 you're not making a lot of noise
39:24 all right can you guys see this
39:29 I'm gonna open this up
39:31 foreign
39:34 I'm gonna make another two while we're
39:36 doing this and then we're gonna make
39:38 that's that's a nice waffle nice and
39:41 crispy it's hot
39:44 it's gluten free
39:47 it's dairy free
39:50 what else is it it's grain free
39:54 it's a potato waffle
39:57 it looks amazing
39:59 and I can't wait to
40:01 eat it so
40:03 crispy and hot I'm gonna put that in the
40:06 place
40:07 I'm gonna pop this in now
40:12 so let's make another
40:14 drop that down
40:18 squeeze it down you guys
40:21 right I mean isn't that waffle doesn't
40:23 it look good I can't wait to put the
40:25 wild blueberry sauce on it to be honest
40:27 I'm actually really looking forward to
40:29 it
40:34 guys I see people asking I do have a
40:36 supplements directory on medical
40:37 medium.com where I have kitchen tools as
40:40 well on medical medium.com check it out
40:44 foreign so I'm just kind of pushing this
40:47 down squeezing that waffle out so it
40:49 actually moves around
40:52 okay
40:54 place it back over here
41:02 just want more than one waffle
41:12 how's that look you guys see that on
41:14 there
41:17 all right
41:19 all right all right let's go back to the
41:20 book too you guys I'm reading out a
41:22 brain saver right here
41:25 I'm excited about these books have you
41:27 had a chance to find them over 100
41:30 recipes I'm making some of the recipes
41:32 the wild blueberry recipes in here as
41:35 you can see Wild blueberry is a big part
41:37 of the books
41:39 in some way shape or form because
41:45 of the power of the wild blueberry it's
41:47 really incredible food it's a wild food
41:51 and so I want to talk about this one
41:52 thing because people still bring this up
41:54 they say
41:55 wait a minute is the Wyman's wild
41:56 blueberry juice is it organic so let's
41:59 cover that for a couple of seconds too
42:01 because I did it the other day
42:04 so here's how it works with organic
42:07 farming
42:09 the crops can't protect themselves they
42:12 don't have the ability to protect
42:13 themselves
42:14 so they have to be sprayed constantly
42:17 so when it comes down to organic crops
42:19 they have to spray the crops many times
42:22 three times a week in many cases
42:25 so keep that in mind
42:27 so when it comes down to organic food
42:29 organic food has to be continually
42:32 sprayed in order for you to get
42:35 something out of it
42:37 if they don't continually spray
42:40 you're not going to get the food you
42:41 want it's not going to look good it's
42:44 not going to be good now organic crops
42:47 are sprayed with nicotine and copper
42:51 keep that in mind Copper's toxic
42:54 they're not using a trace mineral Copper
42:57 from a fruit or a vegetable that
43:00 naturally has it happens to be there
43:01 they're using industrialized copper in
43:05 the organic sprays
43:07 with nicotine and other things like MSG
43:11 now
43:12 when they spray organic crops
43:15 they're spraying those crops with
43:17 pollinator killers
43:19 that means the bees get injured
43:21 and other pollinators get injured
43:24 so
43:25 every time someone hits me with that
43:28 hole why isn't this wild food organic
43:32 and that's that's a problem why is it
43:35 organic
43:36 I said the other day don't give me that
43:38 holier than whatever thing about that
43:42 because you just don't know the
43:43 information so it's important so let's
43:46 step into it a little bit further
43:49 so
43:51 okay so wild blueberries
43:54 or wild food
43:56 tends to itself
43:58 almost always that means
44:03 bugs don't come and hurt the wild food
44:07 because the wild food will hurt the bug
44:09 keep that in mind
44:11 if there ever is a situation where there
44:14 is a bug affecting a certain part
44:17 of a field somewhere then yeah Wyman's
44:20 will use a spray but they won't use a
44:23 pollinator killer and then they test
44:26 their berries
44:27 and they test them out and they find
44:30 their zero percent pesticide residue but
44:33 here's the thing organic farmers don't
44:37 test their food for you as a consumer to
44:42 make sure you don't have any nicotine in
44:46 your organic produce
44:47 MSG in your organic produce and copper
44:51 they're not testing for that they're
44:54 under the blanket term organic produce
44:58 keep that in mind too
45:00 and so and then some of the people which
45:03 is really crazy some of the people that
45:05 will actually complain and say well why
45:08 does wild blueberry juice is not organic
45:10 that same person
45:12 eat at a restaurant two weeks ago and
45:15 had conventional sprayed food
45:17 that was sprayed though sprayed to
45:20 not like a wild food that really rarely
45:24 gets sprayed and they tested for zero
45:26 percent pesticide right instead they're
45:28 in a restaurant somewhere traveling
45:30 they're sitting there on their high
45:31 horse saying how oh oh why blueberries
45:34 aren't organic and they're sitting there
45:36 in some restaurant eating two or three
45:37 items in their dish that was completely
45:40 conventional and highly sprayed
45:42 so keep that in mind too there's a big
45:45 difference between organic and wild wild
45:48 is a food above organic no matter what
45:52 wild is above organic and that's the
45:55 incredible part of it all
45:57 but organic produce is sprayed three
46:01 times a week with pollinator killers
46:04 and that's not helping the bees
46:07 lyman's doesn't hurt their bees
46:10 keep that in mind
46:12 and they spray only when they need to
46:14 rarely depending and when they do they
46:16 monitor it and they don't use a
46:18 pollinator killer
46:20 and that's absolutely incredible because
46:22 it's a wild food and it takes care of
46:25 itself so this is like a really
46:28 important education on organic food when
46:31 I go to the store right
46:33 and I see some organic produce
46:37 I buy the organic produce but I don't
46:41 buy it ignorantly
46:43 I don't buy it that way I buy it going
46:47 that's probably got a load of copper and
46:49 MSG on it that's probably got a load of
46:52 nicotine on it
46:54 and I'm gonna wash my organic produce
46:56 when I bring it home because I know it's
46:58 got nicotine residue MSG residue and
47:01 copper residue I don't have to worry
47:04 about that when I'm drinking my wild
47:05 goober juice it's like freedom because
47:08 it's wild food but when I go to the
47:10 store that's what I well that's what I
47:12 see I see food because I have I see
47:15 everything right because that's that's
47:17 just who I am
47:19 and so I don't have blinders on I I'm
47:23 not allowed to have blinders on I have
47:25 to see everything for what it is
47:29 Janessa says I love when aw shines truth
47:32 through the brainwashing exactly
47:33 brainwashing
47:35 organic fields are so heavily Laden in
47:38 nicotine and copper it is almost
47:40 disturbing and disgusting but yet I
47:44 still choose organic food because
47:45 organic's better than
47:47 standard conventional
47:49 cultivated conventional produce organic
47:54 is better than that produce while food
47:57 is different it's above all of them
47:59 while food is above conventional produce
48:03 and above organic produce it's above
48:07 both of them
48:09 and that's how it works
48:11 really important to know because I know
48:14 that people get they get on their holy
48:15 horse and they're just like let's slay
48:18 aw let's take them down because he
48:21 doesn't know like what and they just
48:23 want to take me down it's like oh all
48:26 you're doing is just like
48:27 being like ridiculous because you don't
48:29 know what's going on and that's how it
48:32 works
48:34 and I'm gonna have a
48:37 nice little shot right here
48:42 all right
48:45 I'm gonna crack another bottle open
48:46 while we're looking into stuff you guys
48:48 I got I gotta start making a blueberry
48:50 sausage a little bit but I want to make
48:51 another waffle
48:56 all right you guys
49:01 all I have to do is take the time to
49:02 fully explain it's hard to keep up with
49:05 all the debunking
49:06 I already worked 24 7.
49:09 I'm already working 24 7 right trying to
49:12 get out free information do everything I
49:14 need to do and so it's hard to always
49:17 try to teach and explain and debunk
49:19 stuff misinformation it's so hard to
49:23 constantly do that
49:25 but what you'll notice is people get
49:27 hurt along the way right they get hurt
49:30 along the way
49:31 because they'll get scared about Misty
49:33 something they'll get some
49:34 misinformation and then they lose a
49:36 chance to even get what they need
49:38 and I can't answer every you know
49:39 everyone's
49:41 you know attack
49:48 I mean I can't tell you how many fake
49:50 stories there are
49:52 how much fake crap was made up about me
49:54 out there
49:56 and that's how Darkness works
50:00 they're the ultimate just whatever
50:02 and there's not enough time
50:05 in my day or in my week to just battle
50:07 all the
50:09 silly stuff Ariel says calm down ew all
50:12 right
50:13 but calm down
50:15 but yeah
50:16 the thing is it's important to know
50:17 because you know when I see that all the
50:19 time like it's not organic it's like
50:21 what anyway you guys I'm reading out of
50:24 brain saver right here and I'm making
50:25 actual waffles I'm excited
50:28 Hoots here with me who's been awfully
50:31 quiet but that's how who it is sometimes
50:35 so I want to look through I want to talk
50:37 about a couple other things in here that
50:38 are so powerful in this book right here
50:40 too okay
50:42 and
50:45 I'm in your emotional brain chapter
50:47 right here which is one of the most
50:49 incredible chapters in brain saver I
50:51 mean there's so many incredible chapters
50:52 in here
50:54 um and in the emotional brain chapter
50:56 it's so filled with with just incredible
50:58 information
51:01 and I want to read a little bit more in
51:02 a moment but let me get these waffles
51:04 going
51:12 all right let's make a wild blueberry
51:15 sauce first
51:18 got one more waffle in there that's
51:20 cooking right away
51:22 so two cups of Frozen
51:25 wow blueberry
51:27 I got some wild blueberries right here
51:29 let's get them into the pan
51:34 so we're going to do about two cups now
51:36 you can measure it
51:39 if you'd like I usually kind of know
51:41 what I'm doing with two cups it's pretty
51:43 easy straightforward but I do want to do
51:45 a little bit of a measurement for you
51:46 guys here
51:51 there we go
51:55 how many wild blueberries do you guys
51:57 eat do you have them in your hmds are
51:59 you eating them every day are you having
52:01 some of the juice
52:03 there we go we got the two cups we're in
52:05 here
52:10 [Music]
52:17 AWS Bar and Grill has got a lot going on
52:19 today
52:21 we're gonna do a quarter cup of maple
52:23 syrup
52:26 to get that in here
52:33 there we go
52:35 nice
52:37 nice quarter cup of maple syrup we're
52:39 making the blueberry sauce
52:42 wild blueberry sauce
52:52 [Music]
52:54 keep it together keep it together one
52:56 teaspoon of vanilla
53:07 are we at half time
53:11 one teaspoon of vanilla
53:15 there we go
53:18 nice
53:23 okay guys and then we're doing two
53:26 teaspoons of arrowroot powder
53:28 got my area powder right there check it
53:31 out
53:32 drop that in there
53:40 all right
53:43 let's mix this up a little bit
53:53 here we go
53:55 [Music]
53:57 we're at halftime
54:04 incredible
54:11 who
54:16 hoodie doesn't come around as often
54:18 [Music]
54:21 all right there we go
54:26 you guys ever heard an owl
54:29 that night have you ever been
54:31 blessed to hear in Iowa at night
54:34 it's really a beautiful thing
54:36 incredible
54:38 the secret mm music is that the secret
54:42 medical media music got another waffle
54:44 we should be good
54:47 foreign
54:50 guys I gotta make some orange juice
54:52 really quick because I'm going to make
54:53 the refresher so let's get into it
54:57 all right
54:58 got some oranges right here
55:01 [Music]
55:07 I'm excited about this because making
55:09 recipes out of brain fever is like
55:12 really like I'd rather do this than so
55:16 many other things right
55:18 I would rather do this
55:21 I mean really you know
55:24 so this is how the protocols
55:30 or actually this one's not so let me
55:32 just get this together here
55:33 let's just squeeze some orange juice
55:35 here
55:38 but I love making recipes out of the
55:40 brain saver book I'm going to be making
55:41 so many of them
55:43 I'm making the wild blueberry sauce out
55:46 of the brain saver book
55:54 so if you just enter here and you're
55:55 wondering where you are we're in the
55:57 brain
55:57 we're in the brain saver book we're
55:59 reading out of there we're also doing
56:01 the wild blueberry challenge day three
56:04 I'm squeezing some oranges right now by
56:06 hand I like to do it that way I like
56:08 being connected
56:10 to
56:12 this incredible fruit in my hand right
56:13 here I'm making the honey orange wild
56:16 blueberry refresher It's a Wonderful
56:19 drink
56:25 okay and I just need a cup of fresh
56:30 squeezed orange juice
56:32 we just got a little bit more to go
56:34 and we'll be roughly around a cup
56:40 by the way you guys Wyman's wild
56:42 blueberry juice is coming to Europe
56:44 early next year
56:46 I mean that's exciting to me
56:49 really is
56:51 and other parts of the world later in
56:53 the year how incredible
56:56 my son squeezed all of my oranges for me
56:58 so you're doing this too you're doing
57:00 the honey orange wild blueberry
57:02 refresher too your son's amazing squeeze
57:06 all the oranges for you that's
57:07 incredible all right we got a cup right
57:09 there
57:10 three
57:12 two
57:15 that's very special
57:18 all right so
57:20 we need a cup of
57:22 wild blueberry juice
57:29 we could do a couple of things we could
57:30 just add it straight to this
57:32 because
57:37 so we're going to add a cup of the wild
57:40 blueberry juice right to here
57:48 okay that's one cup of freshly squeezed
57:51 oranges that's one cup of wild blueberry
57:54 juice
57:55 too fun two to three tablespoons of raw
57:57 honey
58:06 spoons of raw honey let's do that
58:14 we have one tablespoon
58:21 we're going to knock down another
58:23 tablespoon of raw honey
58:25 great for the holidays
58:27 think about it right
58:30 any of you guys pressured to have to
58:32 drink champagne and wine and other stuff
58:34 during the holidays are you guys under
58:36 pressure at all I'm gonna do about two
58:38 and a half
58:40 are you guys Under Pressure to drink
58:42 like eggnog and all kinds of other
58:44 different things and what I love about
58:46 the wild blueberry refresher and also
58:49 the wild blueberry drinks
58:51 they're in the brain saver books
58:53 it's just an incredible option for
58:56 holidays like even if it's just holding
58:58 a glass
59:01 right holding a glass of of
59:03 what you know everybody's holding wine
59:05 and you got your wild blueberry juice in
59:07 your wine glass I mean even that alone
59:09 is amazing
59:15 so we're cooking up
59:20 everything here
59:23 foreign
59:27 so I'm stirring up my drink
59:31 ice is optional
59:35 so you can definitely like have some ice
59:37 that is optional
59:46 now what you want to do is you want to
59:47 serve this drink immediately by the way
59:51 giving it a good stir
59:53 all right
1:00:03 aw's Bar and Grill has a lot going on
1:00:05 here bear with me
1:00:10 and aw is
1:00:12 famous
1:00:14 for making a mess
1:00:20 it's got a control in here
1:00:25 I just want to mix this up a little bit
1:00:27 more
1:00:31 thank you
1:00:38 I want that honey to actually really
1:00:41 blend into the drink just right
1:00:53 all right I think we're getting closed
1:00:57 got blueberry sauce so while blueberry
1:00:58 sauce is actually coming around nice too
1:01:03 I just want to get a little bit of
1:01:04 orange peel here
1:01:06 you guys don't mind
1:01:21 all right
1:01:23 let's go
1:01:25 do you guys like to come over
1:01:28 then have one of these
1:01:36 that is an incredible Refresher
1:01:40 I don't even know what to say
1:01:43 I got the orange peel in there too look
1:01:46 at that right there you guys
1:01:48 there it is
1:01:54 I think it looks amazing
1:02:02 blueberry sauce is actually coming along
1:02:04 just fantastically
1:02:16 and I have to get the waffle now
1:02:19 and it's just about ready
1:02:21 here's another waffle
1:02:27 third in just so it's in there but
1:02:30 you guys there's the waffle right there
1:02:31 golden brown
1:02:34 there's no eggs in this waffle there's
1:02:37 no butter there's no nothing no Dairy no
1:02:39 anything
1:02:40 which is really incredible there's no
1:02:42 fat in this waffle too you want to put
1:02:45 my waffles right here
1:02:49 guys get a good look at that
1:02:51 get get the blueberry sauce going
1:02:55 are you okay who are you all right
1:03:01 who's hungry
1:03:03 want some waffles and some wild
1:03:05 blueberry
1:03:06 sauce too is that what you want
1:03:09 you guys know owl
1:03:13 okay what else
1:03:16 wants a mouse
1:03:18 on the side of the waffle
1:03:21 okay what kind of mouse
1:03:23 just any old mouse
1:03:25 hoot wants a mouse on the side of the
1:03:27 waffle beside actually a side of mouse
1:03:31 you like mice
1:03:34 you'll do what a rat
1:03:36 a wrap okay
1:03:41 I mean I I I maybe it was Bar and Grill
1:03:43 I don't think we have mice on the menu
1:03:45 but who you always do this to me every
1:03:48 time
1:03:49 can I try this
1:03:53 um
1:03:54 that's insane
1:03:56 that's incredible
1:03:59 so good all right so what I'm going to
1:04:01 do
1:04:02 is I'm going to put this on the waffles
1:04:04 right here
1:04:09 there we go
1:04:15 I'm excited
1:04:30 here we go
1:04:45 amazing
1:04:54 he put more on there if you want less
1:04:56 that's what I like right there
1:04:58 I actually like a little more than that
1:05:02 on top of my waffles
1:05:04 I like more wild blueberry sauce the
1:05:07 more the better
1:05:12 okay
1:05:14 right here you guys
1:05:17 amazing
1:05:20 that is an incredible dish right there
1:05:22 if you don't mind
1:05:27 something so good for you
1:05:29 it's not ladled in fat
1:05:32 and I say that really because what
1:05:34 happens is people combine all that fat
1:05:36 on top of everything and in everything
1:05:40 none of that's in here it's a potato
1:05:42 waffle
1:05:44 no grains
1:05:45 no Dairy no fat
1:05:48 and a wild blueberry sauce Alexandra
1:05:52 says the shots are making my brown spots
1:05:54 and skin tags disappear and more
1:05:56 incredible
1:05:59 I'm gonna take Hoots glass of wine
1:06:03 I'm gonna take some of this Refresher
1:06:07 so good I'm also gonna
1:06:09 dig into these waffles as well I might
1:06:13 make them all day actually
1:06:15 I think I'm gonna make waffles all day
1:06:18 long because I have plenty of batter
1:06:20 right here left over
1:06:22 Suzanne Boyer says what shots are you
1:06:25 drinking for that
1:06:26 right now
1:06:27 I'm drinking wild blueberry shots
1:06:31 what do you mean
1:06:34 can I
1:06:37 use my teeth on this one
1:06:39 can I use my teeth
1:06:41 I got I don't have four hands
1:06:45 I'm I'm having these shots straight wild
1:06:47 blueberry juice
1:06:52 okay
1:06:54 you guys I'm excited listen let me know
1:06:57 your experiences seriously what kind of
1:06:59 results do you get from wild blueberries

1:07:53 are filled with so much information it
1:07:55 takes time to read it but everything you
1:07:57 will read will blow your mind and it's
1:07:59 way ahead of science and research and
1:08:03 these books are going to save a lot of
1:08:04 lives which I'm excited about so it was
1:08:07 worth every bit of the pain and

1:08:48 going to have some waffle if that's okay
1:08:53 now you can do so many things with
1:08:55 waffles now I always eat them by hand
1:08:57 right I don't use a fork with waffles
1:09:00 mostly I tend to like eat them like this
1:09:03 like like it was a little pizza
1:09:05 um
1:09:07 all right that's insane
