AI Summary

Summary

Back pain, especially sciatic nerve pain, is often driven by viral inflammation—primarily from the shingles virus—rather than just structural issues like bulging or degenerative discs. Reducing inflammation and viral load is key to healing and avoiding chronic pain or unnecessary surgeries.

Core Tools to Use

  • Celery Juice (16 oz daily on empty stomach)
    • Why: Reduces viral inflammation and flushes toxins and poisons created by viruses.
    • How: Drink 16 ounces first thing every morning without adding anything.
  • Vitamin B12
    • Why: Supports nerve health and repair.
    • How: Supplement regularly as advised by a healthcare provider.
  • Magnesium
    • Why: Helps nerve function and reduces muscle tension.
    • How: Take as supplement or through magnesium-rich foods.
  • Lysine
    • Why: Antiviral properties help reduce viral inflammation.
    • How: Use lysine supplements (e.g., Vimergy brand recommended).
  • Antiviral Herbs and Supplements:
    • Olive Leaf
      • Why: Antiviral, supports immune system.
      • How: Take as supplement or tea.
    • Licorice Root
      • Why: Antiviral and immune-supportive.
      • How: Use as supplement or tea.
    • Cat’s Claw
      • Why: Antiviral and immune modulating.
      • How: Take as supplement.
  • Buffered Vitamin C (e.g., Micro-C)
    • Why: Supports immune system without stomach irritation.
    • How: Supplement daily with a gentle form of vitamin C.
  • Cold Packs on Lower Spine
    • Why: Reduces inflammation and nerve swelling.
    • How: Apply cold packs daily to lower back; heat can be used in the morning if preferred.

Things to Avoid (and Why)

  • Back Surgery (unless emergency/crisis)
    • Why: Surgery often does not address underlying viral inflammation and can lead to chronic pain and opioid dependency.
    • How: Focus on reducing inflammation first before considering surgery.
  • Caffeine
    • Why: Increases body acidity, weakens immune system, and promotes pathogen growth.
    • How: Limit or avoid caffeine-containing products.
  • Dairy Products
    • Why: Increase body acidity and deplete calcium, weakening bones and spine.
    • How: Reduce or eliminate dairy intake.
  • Vinegar and Vinegar-Containing Condiments
    • Why: Contribute to acidity and calcium loss.
    • How: Limit use of vinegar in diet.
  • Eating Out Frequently
    • Why: High risk of pathogen exposure (e.g., shingles virus on utensils and surfaces).
    • How: Minimize restaurant meals; practice hygiene precautions if eating out.

Daily / Supportive Practices

  • Movement (Gentle and Slow)
    • Why: Maintains mobility and supports healing without aggravating inflammation.
    • How: Engage in slow, gentle movement; avoid heavy exercise during flare-ups.
  • Immune System Support
    • Why: Strong immunity keeps viral pathogens like shingles in check.
    • How: Use antiviral herbs, maintain good nutrition, manage stress, and avoid immune suppressors.
  • Hygiene Precautions to Avoid Shingles Virus
    • Why: Shingles virus spreads easily via contaminated surfaces (toilet seats, utensils).
    • How: Flush toilet before sitting, avoid touching public surfaces unnecessarily, sanitize utensils when possible.

Targeted Protocols (Step-by-Step)

  1. Start with Celery Juice
    • Drink 16 oz on empty stomach every morning.
  1. Add Antiviral Supplements
    • Incorporate olive leaf, licorice, cat’s claw, lysine, and buffered vitamin C as tolerated.
  1. Support Nerve Health
    • Supplement with vitamin B12 and magnesium.
  1. Apply Cold Packs Daily
    • Use on lower back to reduce nerve inflammation; optionally use heat in the morning.
  1. Modify Diet to Reduce Acidity
    • Eliminate or reduce caffeine, dairy, and vinegar.
  1. Practice Gentle Movement
    • Engage in slow, controlled exercises to maintain mobility.
  1. Avoid Exposure to Pathogens
    • Follow hygiene tips to prevent shingles virus spread.
  1. Consult Medical Medium Books for Specific Protocols
    • Use Cleanse to Heal book to identify symptoms and tailor antiviral protocols.

Situations to Use These Tools

  • Chronic or recurring back pain, especially with sciatic nerve symptoms.
  • Diagnosed bulging or degenerative discs with persistent pain.
  • Numbness, tingling, or pain radiating to legs, calves, feet, or bladder area.
  • Post-back surgery pain or inflammation.
  • Suspected viral involvement in nerve pain (e.g., shingles or Epstein-Barr virus).
  • Autoimmune or neurological conditions with back pain (e.g., fibromyalgia, lupus, MS).

0:00 body pain back pain
0:02 you know the thing is with the back a
0:04 lot of people have sciatica they've got
0:06 the sciatic nerve pain
0:08 they're in pain all the time they're
0:10 walking around aching and everything and
0:12 the problem is with backs
0:14 is that
0:15 it's not just about seeing a
0:16 chiropractor which is fine you can see a
0:18 chiropractor if somebody wants they can
0:20 get massage if somebody wants
0:22 they can get back surgery if somebody
0:24 wants right not that they always want
0:26 back surgery but a lot of people get
0:28 pushed into it the key is
0:30 why is it inflamed right is is it a
0:33 degenerative disc issue
0:35 right but here's the thing
0:37 a lot of people walk around and their
0:38 backs are shot
0:40 they got bulging discs degenerative disc
0:42 issues right spinal stenosis they get
0:45 all these kinds of issues going on with
0:47 their back
0:48 but they're not in any pain whatsoever
0:50 so they're not in any pain good to see
0:51 you guys coming on here they walk around
0:54 and they're fine and that's what's
0:56 confusing
0:57 probably to a lot of doctors out there
1:00 and a lot of chiropractors and a lot of
1:03 natural doctors holistic doctors
1:04 functional medicine doctors where
1:05 they're like why isn't something
1:06 happening here if they ever take a look
1:08 at somebody's lumbar somebody's lower
1:10 spine and they're like well they've got
1:12 a two bulging discs right and the
1:14 person's not hurting
1:16 and how does this happen
1:19 one reason is it takes more than a
1:21 pinched nerve to have pain and so many
1:24 people have pain
1:26 in their back right and that's just one
1:29 area in their back they have pain in
1:30 other places too good to see you guys
1:32 coming on talking about back problems
1:34 and body pain right specifically back
1:36 problems for a lot of people sciatic
1:38 acidic nerve pain
1:39 so
1:41 the thing is with nerve pain
1:42 inflammation
1:44 can take back problems to a whole other
1:47 level so its inflammatory issues can
1:50 take your back problem to a whole other
1:54 place
1:55 someone with a bulging disc if they're
1:57 not inflamed they won't have a problem
2:01 somebody
2:02 with a bulging disc that's inflamed will
2:05 have a problem and that's a big big
2:07 thing so many people get they get into
2:09 back surgery
2:11 so they have back surgery done
2:12 and it doesn't fix the problem and
2:14 they're confused like this it was
2:15 supposed to go away this was supposed to
2:17 no i was not supposed to have this
2:19 problem the doctor would be like well
2:20 you know we did your back surgery you
2:22 should be walking in three days you
2:23 should be all better and there they are
2:26 they're not better and they have these
2:27 back problems and it goes on for like a
2:29 year and two years and three years and
2:31 four years and it just keeps on going on
2:33 even after back surgery a lot of people
2:35 get repeated back surgery too so why is
2:38 this important because a lot of people
2:40 without realizing it right
2:42 have this nerve inflammation so the
2:46 nerves are inflamed in their back
2:49 and that's what they don't know so i
2:52 want to bring this over for a second too
2:53 okay
2:56 good to see you guys coming on here
2:57 we're talking about sciatic nerve pain
2:59 or back pain a lot of people have it
3:01 and you know a lot of people suffer from
3:03 it and the whole bit and it's something
3:05 that i don't talk about too often
3:08 because there's so many other problems
3:09 people have and so many other conditions
3:11 like brain conditions and everything
3:13 else right that we talk about but when
3:15 it comes down to back problems and
3:18 here if you're if you feel young if
3:20 you're young and you feel indestructible
3:22 you haven't had anything hit you yet you
3:24 just get a massage once in a while right
3:26 it's like who cares about your back and
3:28 then you pull out your back in a sense
3:30 like a back muscle if you work out too
3:32 hard or something like that you know and
3:34 then and a lot of people do that well
3:35 they'll just they'll pull a muscle out
3:37 i'm talking about when back problems
3:39 become this chronic illness problem this
3:42 chronic issue and that chronic issue
3:44 just doesn't go away and it stays there
3:46 forever and that's what we're we're on
3:48 right now so
3:50 it takes
3:52 inflammation of that nerve to really
3:55 make a back problem happen unless you
3:57 get a fracture or you get a break or you
4:00 got degenerative disease where the the
4:02 disc just crumbles and falls apart
4:04 completely falls apart and then now
4:06 you've got pressure on all the nerves
4:08 and that's a different situation but
4:09 most people out there right
4:12 they have nerve pain
4:15 okay and that nerve pain isn't because
4:18 of a bulging disc that nerve pain isn't
4:21 because of something else and that's
4:24 important to like degenerative disc
4:26 problems there's people out there their
4:28 backs are chewed up their backs are shot
4:30 their their vertebrae is is damaged in
4:32 so many ways but they're out there and
4:34 they're living their life they're like
4:35 doing this they're doing that they're
4:37 taking walks they're running on
4:39 treadmills they're living their life and
4:40 their backs are shot
4:42 but it's that one moment where
4:45 all you need
4:47 is that viral inflammation and the
4:48 minute you get that viral inflammation
4:50 you've got a lifetime of sciatica
4:52 sciatic nerve pain got a lifetime of
4:54 lower back problems and other places too
4:57 can happen in other areas as well in the
4:59 back okay we're live on facebook youtube
5:02 rumble telegram tick tock twitch and
5:04 getter so we're live on all those
5:06 platforms right now which i'm excited
5:07 about i haven't seen you guys in a while
5:08 it's good to see you guys
5:10 a dot m dot says aw amazon easter basket
5:14 was great today love the goodies of the
5:16 basket thank you for being there guys
5:17 check out that amazon live
5:20 i did with the easter baskets i put all
5:22 these easter baskets together and i made
5:25 some potato deviled potato bites which
5:27 were really good and the whole day
5:30 you know i got high on maple syrup you
5:33 know like the whole bit cotton candy i
5:35 had cotton candy in there it was really
5:37 great
5:38 it was fun you guys so check it out when
5:40 you get a chance and then you'll see the
5:42 link in the description
5:44 so
5:44 here we are talking about back problems
5:46 people have so what can we do about it
5:48 getting the inflammation down is
5:50 critical you guys if you want a good
5:52 back
5:53 and i mean that it's not just about
5:55 massage it's not just about you know
5:57 chiropractor adjustments it's not just
5:59 about any of that okay when you're when
6:01 your back's inflamed and i've seen this
6:03 a lot of times when your back is
6:04 inflamed because of inflammation caused
6:07 by a pathogen
6:10 everything changes everything changes
6:12 that's when you got chronic back
6:14 problems you can get massages once twice
6:16 a week you keep your chiropractor
6:18 adjustments right
6:20 you can try all these devices and you're
6:22 still dealing with sciatic nerve pains
6:24 attica you're dealing with problems in
6:26 the back problems in the lumbar so this
6:29 is important right now so what i what i
6:30 tell people friends and family
6:33 that have a back problem
6:35 okay they go to their doctor the doctor
6:37 checks out their back right they're like
6:40 well you got you've got a little bit of
6:41 a bulge in one disc or you're a little
6:44 degenerative at another disc right
6:46 where everything looks fine we don't
6:48 know why your back hurts and that's
6:50 another thing too
6:51 a lot of people everything checks fine
6:54 checks out fine in their back
6:56 everything checks out okay
6:58 but they don't know why they're in pain
6:59 they just don't know why their leg is
7:01 numb they don't know why their foot
7:03 hurts they don't know why they have pain
7:05 in the calf
7:06 they don't have any of that so that's
7:07 important to know
7:09 a lot of people
7:12 a lot of people
7:14 right will have pain in their knee
7:16 they'll have pain in their ankle pain
7:20 somewhere in their foot
7:22 and they'll get a diagnosis of like
7:23 plantar fasciitis they'll get some other
7:25 type of diagnosis right but really
7:28 what's happening the pain is coming from
7:30 their lower back and that's where it's
7:32 coming from so you can get pain in your
7:34 legs you can get numbness you can get
7:36 tingling in the legs you can get
7:38 problems in the legs and feet which can
7:41 lead to a different diagnosis meanwhile
7:43 the problem is inflammation with the
7:45 sciatic nerve in inflammation with the
7:48 tibial nerve inflammation with the lower
7:50 lumbar right the lumbar it could be
7:52 inflammation in you know l5 l4 l3 l2 l1
7:57 could be inflammation in all of those
7:59 and that's people will deal with that's
8:00 what they do they deal with this chronic
8:02 problem
8:03 any advice on degenerative discs so the
8:06 whole thing is what i'm trying to say is
8:08 that when you get your inflammation
8:10 down something changes
8:14 something changes i'm going to talk
8:15 about degenerative discs and bone
8:16 problems too with all that when you get
8:18 your inflammation down
8:21 i've seen even the worst backs
8:23 recover and get better debbie evans says
8:26 hello the celery juice took away my back
8:28 pain that's incredible because the
8:30 inflammation went down from the celery
8:31 juice alone i have r.a
8:34 and i used to have so many aching places
8:36 in my body you're on facebook debbie
8:39 evans amazing
8:41 well that's what happens is like celery
8:43 juice is one of the medical medium tools
8:45 right and it has an ability to change
8:48 people's lives even if they're just
8:50 doing that a lot of people they may need
8:52 more than that and there's a lot of
8:53 medical medium tools but the celery
8:55 juice is helping because it's knocking
8:57 down
8:58 viral inflammation so that's what it's
9:01 doing it's knocking down viral
9:03 inflammation now if celery juice doesn't
9:05 do the trick for a lot of people then
9:07 that's when a lot of other things have
9:09 to be thought about like one is
9:12 when you're dealing with back problems
9:13 you're dealing with nerves right
9:15 so that's when b12 is critical so that's
9:18 a big piece of how we keep our nerves
9:21 good it's through b12 that's another
9:23 example right there okay magnesium is a
9:26 good thing for for nerves and it's good
9:28 thing for problems like that but guess
9:30 what
9:32 when it's viral inflammation
9:36 then you're looking at things that are
9:37 anti-viral right where you're looking at
9:39 like lysine and you're looking at stuff
9:42 like that these things make a difference
9:44 p there's a lot of people with stubborn
9:46 back problems they just don't go away
9:48 and the stubborn back problems are
9:50 because they're dealing with viral
9:51 inflammation
9:53 a pathogen so it's critical to have the
9:55 right type of stuff the right kind of
9:57 stuff right and so
10:00 this is the vimergy stuff right here i'm
10:02 not sponsored but this is the vimergy
10:04 stuff that's the microc that's the
10:06 lysine because when you're dealing with
10:09 inflammation you're dealing with pain in
10:11 the body
10:13 and it's mysterious
10:16 then there's something going on immune
10:18 system problems along with pathogen
10:21 issues along with viral issues and you
10:24 know so we have to realize you got
10:26 immune system is low
10:28 uh pathogens are increasing so what's
10:31 the number one pathogen that gets in the
10:33 way when it comes to back problems the
10:35 number one pathogen that gets in the way
10:37 with the back problem you guys
10:40 is the shingles virus
10:42 that's the number one and you don't have
10:44 to have
10:45 shingles
10:47 to have that back pain okay
10:49 you don't have to see the shingles like
10:52 you don't have to see the pustules of
10:53 the shingles stripped across your chest
10:56 you're stripped across your back or
10:58 on your leg or on your butt or on your
11:01 thigh you don't even need to see the
11:02 shingles for it to cause problems the
11:04 shingles virus sits in everybody and it
11:07 can cause a problem one way or another
11:09 as time goes on so what happens is we're
11:12 living our life our immune system gets
11:14 knocked down it gets knocked down by
11:16 different things different problems that
11:18 we're up against our immune system gets
11:20 knocked down right
11:22 like betrayal and hardship and loss can
11:25 break down our immune system okay
11:28 foods that aren't good for us can break
11:30 down our immune system over time
11:32 and
11:33 these different things break down immune
11:35 system and then viruses like the
11:37 shingles can creep up and creep up but
11:40 when that virus creeps up it loves a
11:42 couple of different areas it loves the
11:44 trigeminal nerve it loves to be up here
11:47 in this area okay and it can cause
11:49 things like bell's palsy it can cause
11:51 things like trigeminal nerve pain that's
11:54 one thing shingles and another thing it
11:55 does
11:56 it can
11:57 actually more commonly too
12:00 it gets into the nerves in the lower
12:02 back so shingles can get into the nerves
12:05 and lower back another thing too
12:07 it's the big body pain causer for so
12:09 many people of course you can mess up
12:11 your back of course you can have pinched
12:13 nerves of course you can have a
12:14 vertebrae problem but guess what
12:17 if a viral issue is combined with that
12:20 vertebrae vertebrae problem if a viral
12:23 issue is combined with that pinched
12:24 nerve
12:25 if a viral issue like shingles is
12:27 combined with
12:29 that inflame that sorry that sciatic
12:32 nerve or tibial nerve when that virus is
12:34 involved it takes it
12:37 and it explodes it the impact is so much
12:39 more so now you've got sciatic problems
12:42 forever you've got problems with your
12:43 back forever it's like not a good day my
12:45 back's not doing good you know i'm gonna
12:47 go see somebody else from my back and
12:50 you have these problems that could be
12:51 long-lasting so what happens is if
12:53 someone has like neurological lyme or if
12:55 they have something like multiple
12:57 sclerosis or if they got lupus or they
13:00 got fibromyalgia it usually comes with
13:02 back pain too because you're dealing
13:04 with pathogens and when those pathogens
13:07 are up
13:08 they tend to cling onto nerves and the
13:11 lumbar is a place where the shingles
13:13 likes to cling on to that's a big area
13:16 that the shingles likes to cling on to
13:18 likes to cling onto the lumbar so one of
13:20 the things that i tell my family
13:23 and i teach doctors is you got to get
13:25 the immune system strong right you got
13:28 to get the immune system strong there's
13:30 some olive leaf right
13:32 licorice is another thing
13:34 these are antiviral you know you got the
13:36 licorice you got the
13:38 got the olive leaf you got the cat's
13:40 claw okay that's one way of doing it you
13:42 can be somebody where you just do celery
13:44 juice and you start with celery juice
13:46 and that's what you use and celery's
13:47 used as anti-pathogenic so what soda
13:50 just does is it reduces pathogen levels
13:53 in the body
13:55 that's what celery juice does so that's
13:56 why a lot of people are like i'm
13:57 drinking celery juice
13:59 like debbie said i'm drinking celery
14:00 juice for a certain amount of time and
14:02 all of a sudden now things are getting
14:04 better my back pain is getting better my
14:05 problems are getting better but there's
14:07 a lot of people
14:08 they're really viral they have a lot of
14:11 viral inflammation they'll have two or
14:13 three epstein bars they'll have a
14:14 shingles they'll have two shingles
14:16 viruses and don't even know it
14:19 and they get into that lower back that's
14:22 what they do and especially the shingles
14:25 virus the problem there is then we have
14:27 pew dental nerve problems where we have
14:29 bladder problems and we have nerve pain
14:32 in our groin and nerve pain pain in our
14:34 lower abdomen and nerve pain in our
14:36 pudendal nerve down there in the bladder
14:39 and that will happen too
14:41 and
14:42 the shingles virus tends to cause all of
14:44 this while it's also clinging on to the
14:46 lumbar nerves and clinging on to getting
14:48 in between the vertebrae and inflaming a
14:51 nerve and here's one of the reasons why
14:52 it does that if a nerve does get pinched
14:56 right
14:57 root hairs
14:58 fray off of that nerve and when root
15:01 hairs fray off of that nerve
15:03 a signal happens inside the body it's
15:05 like a homing signal for a pathogen and
15:08 that's when the shingles virus will go
15:10 looking for
15:11 and i've talked about this in the
15:12 medical media books it'll go looking for
15:14 that damaged nerve that injured nerve
15:17 and that's what it does
15:18 so you'll end up with
15:20 you guys if you just came on here and
15:22 talked about sciatic nerve pain body
15:23 pain joint pain we're just talking about
15:25 back problems this is an important lie
15:28 for anybody who's struggling with back
15:29 issues and stuff like that it's really
15:31 good information um
15:33 which can be really helpful
15:35 so as nerve hairs get frayed you guys
15:38 nerves like the sciatic nerve or typical
15:40 nerve or any of these nerves coming off
15:43 the spine when they get frayed
15:46 because these root hairs come off the
15:48 nerve
15:49 kind of like yarn i don't know if you
15:51 guys ever seen a strip strip of yarn
15:53 where you got all these little hairs on
15:55 that yarn all popping up all over the
15:57 place well guess what when that happens
15:59 and it happens to a lot of people's
16:01 nerves
16:02 viruses like the shingles look for that
16:04 and that virus goes and it clings on to
16:07 the nerve is what it does when it clings
16:09 onto the nerve
16:10 the nerve swells
16:12 so now the nerve swells so now
16:14 somebody's sciatic level sciatic pain
16:16 level is even more and now somebody's
16:18 static nerve pains even more and that
16:20 leads us into this vicious cycle
16:22 the more pain we're in with our lower
16:24 back the more chances we're going to
16:26 jolt it or hurt it and that's what
16:27 happens people walk around they hurt
16:28 their back
16:30 you know other things happen marla says
16:31 totally i've had back issues seeing a
16:33 cairo for years amazing now following
16:36 medical medium protocols i'm finally
16:38 healing oh that's incredible doing the
16:40 medical media protocols for the back
16:41 issues the chiropractor says it's like
16:43 adjusting
16:44 a different body that's amazing marla
16:48 you know that's that's amazing so i see
16:50 a question on tick tock says how do you
16:52 get the shingles so
16:54 here's the thing with shingles shingles
16:55 is easy to get you can catch the
16:57 shingles in just a public restroom just
16:59 off the toilet seat
17:01 very easy just off the toilet seat i
17:03 often talk about
17:05 how you got to look out when you're
17:07 going to bathroom in a public restroom
17:09 you got to flush the toilet first
17:11 before you sit down to eliminate because
17:14 when you sit down to eliminate as you're
17:16 dropping that torpedo into the toilet
17:20 yeah talked about this so many times a
17:22 splash can happen and that splash has
17:24 other things in the toilet bowl i've
17:26 talked about all these different
17:28 pathogens in there and you can have
17:29 shingles could be just floating on top
17:31 of the water and it just splashes back
17:32 up could be on toilet seats restaurants
17:35 eating out restaurants is probably one
17:36 of the biggest ways to actually catch
17:38 the shingles
17:39 um there's there's so much shingle
17:41 contamination just in that in that alone
17:44 so yeah so what happens if people don't
17:46 realize that we we would we in
17:48 restaurants were eating off of forks the
17:50 forks weren't sterilized there's a lot
17:52 of stuff i've talked about about that
17:53 with the forks
17:54 where forks aren't sterilized so when
17:57 you go to a dentist
17:59 and the dentist sticks a drill in your
18:00 mouth or sticks a probe like the metal
18:02 probe have any of you guys what been to
18:03 a dentist where the dentist takes a
18:05 metal probe
18:06 and they're poking around and they're
18:07 they're jamming it into your teeth right
18:10 okay
18:11 well
18:12 that's that's basically you go to a
18:14 restaurant and they're not sticking that
18:15 in a you know like a um you know a
18:18 sanitizer they're not doing that they
18:20 put those tools in these little and
18:22 these little bug killer machines right
18:24 that's what they do or they they open up
18:26 brand new tools for people they just
18:28 open them up and they poke in their
18:30 mouth to the brand new tool that's never
18:32 touched another person's mouth when you
18:33 go into a restaurant they don't take the
18:35 forks and the spoons and they don't put
18:38 it into like
18:40 literally like a ten thousand dollar
18:41 unit to actually kill everything on them
18:44 instead they just run through a crappy
18:45 dishwasher if you're lucky they do that
18:47 in the restaurants busy restaurants if
18:49 you're lucky you can do that now you got
18:51 a fork that's been in 20 people's mouth
18:53 that mounts that day you know 10
18:55 people's mouths a day or that week or
18:57 whatever and then you're using that fork
18:59 and you're jamming it in your gums and
19:01 you're hitting your tongue with it and
19:02 that's how we get the shingles
19:04 that's one reason right there so that so
19:07 this information is could be helpful for
19:09 you guys like i'm not eating out anymore
19:11 relationships is another way to get
19:13 shingles
19:14 it's it's relationships is how everybody
19:17 transfer bugs that's how everybody's
19:19 transferring bugs they're transferring
19:20 the upsy bar they're transferring the
19:22 shingles or transferring these bugs back
19:23 and forth and in relationships that's
19:25 another big way it's done all the time
19:28 so people just all everybody has at
19:30 least one variety of shingles in them
19:32 and eventually they'll have like a
19:33 sciatic nerve pain problem and here's
19:35 how it works
19:37 someone if their shingles hasn't come
19:39 out of dormancy
19:41 they can have some damaged back
19:44 right damaged vertebrae they could have
19:45 pinched nerves but they're not in pain
19:48 a lot of people walk around they're not
19:50 in pain
19:51 they have like you know bulging discs
19:53 they have problems with with their back
19:55 and they're not in pain but then you get
19:57 somebody right
19:58 who has hardly anything wrong with their
20:00 back or nothing wrong with their back at
20:02 all that can be seen with the eye
20:04 through x-rays or anything else or
20:06 through an mri or an x-ray or anything
20:08 at the chiropractor's office and they
20:09 can't even see there's nothing there and
20:11 then they still have all this mysterious
20:14 back pain
20:15 right all that mysterious back pain
20:17 that's because the shingles virus can
20:19 cause this even if you don't have
20:21 a back injury or or a sciatic nerve
20:24 that's being compressed or any kind of
20:26 nerve that's being pinched or any nerves
20:29 off the lumbar that's being pinched
20:31 right the whole bit so all that's
20:32 important to know
20:34 what i do is what i tell doctors all the
20:36 time is if you want to get back problems
20:38 better the first thing you got to do
20:40 instead of jumping into surgery and back
20:43 surgery because a lot of people jump
20:44 into back surgery
20:46 and then as they come out of back
20:47 surgery man it's not getting better and
20:49 now what the heck they're on painkillers
20:51 now they're on opioids now they're on a
20:53 lot of painkillers and now they're
20:55 addicted to painkillers and they still
20:57 have the back problem and it's
20:58 post-surgery and they're suffering right
21:01 and i tell doctors
21:03 whenever doctors reach out and doctors
21:04 have known for years i tell them what
21:06 you have to do is you have to make sure
21:08 you try to get that inflammation down
21:10 first that's a big thing it's getting
21:12 that inflammation down
21:14 first if you're even going to do a back
21:17 surgery you have to work on getting
21:19 inflammation down first unless it's a
21:21 crisis
21:23 where there's just such a crisis in the
21:24 back because of a severe injury or
21:26 something that just happened you know
21:28 sometimes people can't avoid that but
21:30 overall
21:32 it's really important to know that
21:34 there's measure there's you can take
21:37 you can take precautions in so many ways
21:39 and avoid back surgeries i've had so
21:41 many people avoid back surgeries so a
21:44 couple of things let's talk about a
21:45 couple of tips to do okay first of all
21:48 if you're somebody that's really acidic
21:50 and really toxic you're doing your
21:52 caffeine right you guys on tick-tock
21:54 you're doing your caffeine products i
21:55 know you guys on tick-tock
21:57 i know a lot of you guys are jacked up
21:58 on caffeine and there's no judge i'm not
22:00 judging anyone here same thing with you
22:02 guys and
22:03 and you know in other places too on
22:05 facebook wherever else it's i get it
22:07 everybody's on caffeine all that but
22:09 caffeine
22:10 really makes an acidic body and the more
22:13 acidic we are the more room we're gonna
22:16 have for eventually pathogen issues
22:19 another thing is dairy products a lot of
22:20 people are doing a lot of dairy products
22:23 okay that's another thing that could
22:25 make our body right environment really
22:28 acidic okay vinegar that's another one
22:31 right there too i know everybody's on
22:32 vinegar every other day it's in
22:34 condiments it's in your refrigerator
22:35 these you know everybody's mainlining
22:37 all that vinegar right so
22:39 and what we're doing is when we're doing
22:41 all that
22:43 we're starting to lose all our calcium
22:45 so we're weakening all of our bones so
22:48 we've got to remember that that's one
22:49 thing right there so in order to
22:51 preserve your lumbar preserve your
22:54 vertebrae
22:55 preserve your spine and your bones and
22:58 your skull
22:59 is to get that acidity under control so
23:01 you're not using
23:03 your calcium to neutralize all the other
23:06 stuff you're doing like the dairy
23:07 products and
23:08 and and the caffeine and the vinegar so
23:11 we have to keep that in mind right a lot
23:13 of us are just really acidic and that
23:15 doesn't help but the acidity can lower
23:18 the immune system allowing pathogens to
23:21 creep up like shingles and then when
23:23 pathogens like shingles creeps up we
23:25 inflame the nerves and then that
23:26 pathogen inflames all the different
23:28 nerves and that's important to know and
23:32 so we end up hurting ourselves we hurt
23:34 our back
23:35 and we got
23:36 we got a real acidic environment in our
23:38 body right
23:40 we're totally acidic our immune system
23:42 is already struggling a little bit and
23:44 then all it takes is that and then boom
23:46 the shingles virus comes out and when it
23:48 comes out
23:50 when it comes ripping out
23:52 you don't need a rash you don't need
23:54 pustules you don't have to have any
23:56 punctuals you don't have any rashes you
23:57 don't need any of that to have shingles
24:00 the shingles virus
24:01 does things on its own without
24:03 showcasing that pustule or that rash and
24:06 it goes into the lumbar into the nerves
24:09 attaches itself to the sciatic nerve
24:12 attaches itself to nerves coming off of
24:14 l1 lt l3 l4 l5 it attaches itself to
24:18 those lumbar nerves coming out okay
24:21 out of the spine and it attacks it it
24:23 attaches itself to the tibial nerves
24:26 and attach itself to the pudendal nerve
24:28 in the front so a lot of people okay a
24:31 lot of people
24:32 right in the front the pudendal nerve
24:34 okay
24:35 that shingles virus will attach into the
24:37 pudendal nerve and then they have the
24:38 overactive bladder then they have the
24:40 bladder pain then they have the bladder
24:43 problems then they have all that weird
24:44 the terrible itching in their lower
24:47 abdomen that they can't like get any
24:49 kind of just you know any kind of relief
24:51 from all these problems can happen from
24:53 the shingles virus getting into the
24:55 lower part of the body so i guess the
24:57 bottom line is one of the things i'm
24:58 trying to tell you guys is the shingles
25:00 virus can get into the lower part of our
25:02 body and wreak a lot of havoc
25:04 and what it does it gets into the spine
25:07 the lower spine and that's where it
25:09 causes a lot of turmoil the shingles
25:11 virus there so some of the basic steps
25:14 and i tell doctors to tell their
25:15 patients is celery juice is a great
25:18 place to start there's no question if
25:20 you're doing 16 ounces a day empty
25:22 stomach every single morning don't add
25:24 anything to it that right there is
25:26 something you can start with because
25:27 that at least starts to bring the
25:29 inflammation down by getting toxins and
25:33 poisons that the viruses create to flush
25:36 out of the body okay
25:38 here's where back problems get really
25:39 bad
25:40 right
25:41 you got the shingles virus your nerves
25:44 are inflamed
25:45 your sciatic nerves are inflamed your
25:47 lumbar is inflamed okay
25:49 and then
25:51 you also have an epstein bar
25:53 right at the same time that's out
25:55 a lot of people they struggle because
25:57 they'll have the fibromyalgia diagnosis
26:00 with the neurological dia lyme diagnosis
26:02 with the back problem diagnosis from the
26:04 chiropractor with some other diagnosis
26:06 and they'll be into like four or five
26:08 diagnoses they'll have the epstein bars
26:11 with the shingles they'll have an
26:13 inflamed back and body pain everywhere
26:15 so it's confusing so let's go into that
26:17 now a lot of people will have two
26:19 viruses
26:21 they'll have the shingles causing
26:23 sciatic pain and body pain and joint
26:25 pain in the back and in the hips and
26:27 then they'll have the epstein bar
26:30 causing nerve pain everywhere shoulders
26:32 arms hands in other places in the body
26:36 neck right they'll have the epstein bar
26:38 with this shingle so they'll have a
26:40 combination of both and people walk
26:42 around with all these low-grade viral
26:44 infections and they're highly inflamed
26:47 and they don't know what they can do
26:49 about it one of the things i recommend i
26:52 recommend any family members i tell
26:54 doctors is too is to make sure you're
26:56 doing the cold packs on the lower spine
26:58 when you've got sciatic nerve pain make
27:00 sure you're doing that every day you can
27:02 do some heat on it in the morning that's
27:04 something you can offer heat on it in
27:05 the morning is fine right cold packs too
27:08 you know on your lower back that's a
27:10 great thing you do
27:12 right and movement's important too
27:15 okay so movement is important michelle l
27:17 says shingles has caused so much pain it
27:19 causes a lot of pain with a lot of
27:20 people
27:21 movement's good too but you got to take
27:23 it slow movement really slow depending
27:26 on how you're inflamed i've seen a lot
27:28 of people get pushed into
27:30 heavy exercise with their trainers while
27:33 they're inflamed from viral inflammation
27:36 they don't know about in their lower
27:37 back and then it takes them to another
27:40 level where now they're really hurting
27:42 really bad and then up for then they're
27:44 eligible for a back surgery which could
27:46 be avoided which could have been avoided
27:48 so anyway some of the other things do is
27:50 is to take the viral load down it's like
27:53 dropping down the inflammation and
27:55 that's the next thing you can do and
27:57 that's why i talk about in the medical
27:59 medium book so
28:00 if you're somebody who just got on here
28:02 i've got cleanse the heel book right
28:03 here
28:04 okay so this has the multiple cleanses
28:07 but has the symptoms and conditions in
28:08 here and the dosages in case you're new
28:10 to medical medium information this is
28:12 the cleanse the heel book get it free at
28:14 the library
28:15 right or get it get it on amazon.com and
28:18 it talks about the shingles in here in
28:20 the shingles section like the sciatic
28:22 nerve pain the frozen shoulder
28:26 bell's palsy other problems that the
28:27 shingles caused claudia says i've had
28:29 bad shingle pain for years it's starting
28:31 to get better on your protocols i'm
28:33 thrilled claudia on facebook thank you
28:35 for being here
28:36 protocols are in here
28:38 you know so
28:39 so according ema says i do everything
28:41 you recommend for movement that's
28:43 fantastic
28:45 so
28:47 good to see you guys coming on here
28:49 so
28:50 when it comes down to getting viral
28:52 information now claudia says so which
28:54 protocol to use if you have ebv versus
28:56 shingles with the neurological issues
28:58 so you check out check out the books
29:00 when you get a chance you what i always
29:02 say
29:03 is what kind of symptom does somebody
29:05 have what kind of condition does
29:06 somebody have right all right so ebv
29:09 plus shingles i say so what kind of
29:11 symptom that you have i always say try
29:13 to find your symptoms in the books
29:15 that's one way of doing it right is find
29:17 your symptoms in your book and it'll
29:18 lead you to being able to start battling
29:21 that epstein-barr battling that shingles
29:23 take the book to your doctor too so your
29:24 doctor you know
29:26 can take a look
29:28 how to get inflammation down
29:30 using antiviral approaches gets the
29:33 inflammation down with the back really
29:36 important to know right anti-viral
29:39 approaches
29:40 so i got some golden seal right here
29:43 okay and i would start with the symptom
29:45 that causes you the most trouble if it's
29:47 your back it's sciatic pain or anything
29:49 that and that's the symptom that causes
29:50 the most trouble you start with that
29:52 in the cleanse the heel book amazon.com
29:55 us it's only 69 16.99 so it's 51 off 16
29:59 dollars get it free at the library you
30:02 can learn about the protocols
30:04 so when you when you're building up your
30:05 immune system and knocking down
30:06 inflammation
30:08 some of the things that i teach doctors
30:09 all the time is goldenseal is a good one
30:11 right there cat's claws is another good
30:13 one ask your doctors that's your
30:14 doctor's what's right for you
30:16 licorice is another great one when it
30:18 comes down to shingles and back pain and
30:20 back problems right that's another one
30:22 that's really important olive leaf's
30:24 another one that's really important
30:25 which is vitamin c
30:27 right
30:28 you know the buffered vitamin c not the
30:30 scorpic acid right that's the micro see
30:32 right there
30:34 and um and you can go to the library get
30:36 the book for free at the library you
30:38 know if you're somebody that's like look
30:39 i don't have the 16
30:41 get the book learn about why i have the
30:43 problem so you can actually do some
30:44 things through some foods and some other
30:46 and some cleanses right and supplement
30:49 quality matters too just not every
30:51 vitamin c is the same ascorbic acid can
30:54 be hard on people's stomachs
30:56 that's why i'm always recommending
30:57 vimergy this stuff is so easy on the
30:59 system
31:01 so yeah totally um
31:05 you guys i'm heading off to ig i'm going
31:08 to turn tick tock back on i'm going to
31:10 pop tick tock back on we're going to
31:12 instagram
31:13 and
31:14 i can't wait i'm looking forward to it
31:17 i'll have telegram back on too
31:19 i'll see you guys then and we'll cover
31:20 more there about lumbar back nerves
31:23 all that stuff
