23:07 out there eating you think i'm like you

23:10 driving past the fast food restaurants
23:12 to begin with you think i'm thinking oh
23:13 you're eating all that junk and
23:15 garbage no i'm not
23:18 that that fool's eating all that fried
23:20 food and greasy stuff i'm not saying
23:22 that no guess what you think i i would
23:25 be and then when i'm driving past the
23:26 health food stores and health food
23:28 restaurants and everybody's sitting
23:29 outside right and they're eating their
23:31 healthy bean burritos and everything
23:32 else you think i'm saying hey good job
23:34 you guys those guys were lined
23:36 up at those fast food restaurants and
23:38 you guys are the smart ones you think
23:40 i'm doing that no i'm not
23:43 because you guys
23:45 are just as addicted as those guys
23:48 and none of you know what's happening

23:56 you're smart you're dumb
23:59 i don't say oh good job

24:07 because you think you're doing it right

31:23 bit more people who do fast food end up

31:30 gastro abomination now i want to go to

31:36 there's a high what about the foodie

31:44 you know i travel around the restaurants
31:47 and i'm a foodie you know i like to try
31:49 this restaurant that restaurant because
31:52 there's this high and you can't get
31:53 enough
31:54 right everything because the brain
31:57 ends up
31:59 maxim it ends up maxing out where you
32:02 have to trump it you have to ride over
32:05 that
32:07 you have to ride over that
32:09 then it's not enough
32:11 a little piece of chocolate once a
32:13 week's not enough you need more
32:15 chocolate now and then more chocolate
32:17 and you need a quarter of a bar then you
32:19 need a quarter of a bar every single day
32:21 until something inside of you says oh
32:23 oh i better stop eating two
32:25 chocolate bars a
32:26 day i better stop i better stop you know
32:29 eating two chocolate bars a day

32:33 because
32:34 something inside here in the brain
32:37 here's how the brain works
32:38 neurotransmitter chemicals
32:40 neurotransmitters neurons and everything
32:41 else glial cells the brain works where

32:45 you have to keep on upping

32:49 to get a feeling like you used to feel
32:52 you have to keep on upping it
32:55 right it's people there's people that
32:56 are addicted to fighting
32:59 right they're addicted to fighting and
33:02 they start yelling and have an argument
33:04 that ain't enough
33:06 the next week they start yelling and
33:08 having a bigger argument the next week
33:10 they start yelling and having now
33:11 they're slamming the doors running out
33:14 of the house running out of the office
33:16 now they're they're they're now they're
33:18 having a bigger coral right
33:20 it becomes addictive where adrenaline
33:23 surge occurs
33:26 and then the depression that hits
33:28 afterwards
33:29 after those fights
33:32 it's all part of the addiction can get
33:33 you trapped in there
33:35 okay same thing when you're bulimic and
33:38 you're anorexic bulimic and you're
33:40 throwing up your food
33:42 it becomes addictive the the there's an
33:44 addiction quality to it
33:46 if someone had emotional abuse and it
33:48 made them bulimic because they had
33:49 severe emotional abuse right happened to
33:51 them and they became bulimic right
33:54 and they're throwing up everything they
33:56 eat
33:57 they start out just throwing up once
34:01 okay
34:02 and then they've got a high off of it
34:04 because when you throw up
34:06 force yourself to throw up
34:08 your adrenals explode
34:11 they explode
34:14 and then whoa my high is coming down my
34:17 high's coming down throw up again boom
34:19 throw up again
34:20 they're self-medicating
34:23 somebody with bulimia self-medicating
34:26 and their adrenals explode again
34:28 i'm gonna go to this fast food
34:30 restaurant and eat this big gastric
34:31 abomination your adrenals start to
34:33 explode
34:36 i'm going to get i'm going to get on my
34:37 my uh my amphetamine
34:40 from my black market amphetamine or my
34:42 prescribed doctor's amphetamine you guys
34:45 give me a thumbs up if you get a chance
34:46 to before i forget if you don't like the
34:48 video give me a thumbs up anyway i don't
34:50 know

34:56 so
34:57 that's what happens right so back to the
34:58 bulimia

35:01 one throw up's not enough
35:04 the brain
35:05 plateaus
35:07 now it's throwing up once a day instead
35:10 of once a week
35:12 but that adrenaline high
35:15 now you're throwing up every day
35:18 now you're addicted
35:21 same thing with an anorexia starving
35:23 yourself
35:25 the adrenals when you starve yourself
35:27 everybody's that's on an intermittent
35:28 fasting diet
35:30 right
35:32 is on a type of anorexic diet did you
35:34 know that
35:36 when you don't when you withhold from
35:38 food all day purposely
35:41 right
35:43 when you do that all day your adrenals
35:45 are exploding all day long
35:48 when someone who's anorexic
35:51 right that doesn't want to eat and it
35:54 becomes such a problem their adrenals
35:56 are exploding giving them high
35:59 it fills in for missing blood sugar so
36:01 i'm on an intermittent fasting diet not
36:03 eating anything but coffee and caffeine
36:06 and then i'll have a big fat meal at
36:07 night um yeah i'm slimming down nice
36:10 from it you're just living off of
36:12 adrenaline and eventually
36:14 that will run out you'll burn those
36:16 adrenals out something will happen down
36:18 the road right
36:19 someone who's anorexic is withholding
36:21 from food because they have some
36:22 emotional abuse that happened to them
36:24 something terrible happened to them or
36:25 like i said toxic heavy metals in the
36:27 brain there's a reason why they're
36:28 anorexic and they don't want to eat but
36:30 that they're living off of adrenaline
36:32 from not eating and
36:34 eventually
36:36 it's not enough
36:38 so you stop eating longer
36:41 you stop eating longer
36:43 you want more adrenaline high
36:47 and the opposite can happen when you're
36:48 eating all that fast food and that
36:50 grease
36:51 you want the adrenaline high so you eat
36:52 more of it
36:54 i'm gonna have pizza every night
36:57 oh no i'll have something else this
36:58 night
37:00 addictions
37:01 do this right where
37:04 your brain
37:05 maxes
37:07 and then you have to override and
37:09 override and try to get the same feeling
37:11 again but go further and further
37:14 right how many people i've talked to
37:16 over the years you're going to start out
37:18 smoking a little bit of pot on the
37:19 weekends
37:21 then they needed a lot of pot on the
37:22 weekends
37:24 and then they needed
37:26 lots of marijuana all week long and then
37:28 they smoked it three times a day
37:30 and their wife was like get the hell out
37:32 of here i'm divorcing you
37:34 how many friends how many have i seen
37:36 that to do that right i've seen i can't
37:39 tell you can't count how many over the
37:41 years
37:42 and and because you you max out and you
37:45 have to override
37:47 same thing with chocolate
37:49 a little square once a week
37:51 you need three squares
37:53 now you're gonna need ten squares or
37:55 you're gonna need two chocolate bars
37:56 then you're gonna eat in your smoothies
37:58 same with medications amphetamines
38:01 right
38:02 a little bit ain't enough why do you
38:03 think all the college students are
38:05 looking in the black market in their
38:07 prestigious schools they go around the
38:08 corner and they buy it right there
38:11 no one says anything
38:13 it's possible it's practically passed
38:14 out for free
38:16 on campuses
38:17 because the prescribed dose isn't enough
38:20 for all the students
38:22 so you need that prescribed dose from
38:24 the doctor and then they need a whole
38:25 bunch more because you you need to
38:27 override to get the feeling you need
38:29 again same with alcohol
38:32 same with alcohol
38:37 but you think they'd be passing out
38:39 celery juice passing that around through
38:41 all the prestigious universities no
38:45 you think they'd be passing all the

41:00 is they're teaching people to be afraid

41:12 and even peas and and

41:16 sweet potatoes and regular potatoes and
41:18 purple potatoes really good for people
41:21 for bringing the brain back
41:25 what happens is that when they study the
41:27 human brain they study the human brain
41:30 with overweight cadavers they cut them
41:32 open
41:35 and their brain had fat in it like a
41:37 chicken does
41:39 okay
41:43 when you have chicken you see all that
41:45 fat in the chicken you guys ever see
41:46 that when someone puts a big nice piece
41:49 of chicken on your plate right and you
41:51 see all that fat that yellow stringy fat
41:54 all through the chicken
41:56 right because they fatten the chickens
41:57 up and they fatten them up so you guys
41:59 have your chicken right
42:00 well the same thing happens to our brain
42:03 right
42:05 we get a lot of fat in the brain it
42:06 builds up it shouldn't be in there
42:09 you get fat all around it the brain
42:10 starts shrinking and then more fat
42:12 starts to show up the brain starts
42:14 shrinking right
42:16 and
42:17 and that's part of how we basically lose
42:20 ourselves and get sick throughout the
42:22 years
42:23 so that's important to know too that's
42:25 part of it we lose the gluck we lose the
42:28 glucose the glycogen reserve our brain
42:30 starts to shrink over time
42:33 and
42:34 that's important to know
42:36 so
42:37 on that note when i was talking about
42:39 addictions in fact some of you and i'm
42:40 going back to this for a reason because
42:42 some of you pray like fats are good for
42:43 you you need fats brains made out of
42:45 fats
42:46 right
42:48 so the brain study they did for how much
42:51 fats in your brain
42:52 saw an overweight cadaver
42:55 with additional fat that shouldn't have
42:57 been surrounded around the brain
42:59 just like you get fat around your liver
43:01 and you get a fatty liver people get a
43:03 fatty brain
43:04 important to know
43:06 and it had it in in it around it twisted
43:08 in it too fat that's not supposed to be
43:10 in there bad fat that's not supposed to
43:13 be wrapped around your brain when you
43:15 look at a cadaver
43:17 that that's not overweight the
43:20 percentage of fat in the brain is cut in
43:22 half
43:24 and then you look at a healthier cadaver
43:27 the percentage is even lower
43:30 and lower
43:32 and that's how it works when they cut
43:33 open a brain of somebody who's 90 years
43:36 old and is still lean after all those
43:39 years and didn't consume a really high
43:41 fat diet and they cut open that
43:43 cadaver's brain there's very little fat
43:45 in the brain
43:46 right they cut open a 50 year old
43:50 that's
43:50 pounds and pounds overweight
43:53 where do you think all that fat goes
43:54 it's just in the skin it's just under
43:56 the skin is that where all the fat goes
43:59 it's wrapped in and around the organs
44:01 liver the spleen
44:03 wrapped around the colon wrapped around
44:05 the brain
44:07 and so i know it's talking about fats
44:09 being addicted and we're looking for the
44:10 greasy foods and then we're looking for
44:12 healthy fats because that's what we want
44:13 to eat all the time but we have to
44:14 remember
44:16 that you got to lower those fats
44:18 so you don't kill your adrenals and help
44:20 to break the addiction so you can learn
44:22 about that information on many of the
44:24 lives i've done and everything guys i'm
