so you had to roast the chicken at night 24:47 for dinner you had your roasted chicken 24:50 at night for dinner you just slammed 24:53 your liver with fats okay 24:55 but you go to bed and the hours go by 25:00 right say you eat at seven o'clock at 25:02 night 25:04 three hours later it's ten o'clock at 25:06 night 25:10 four hours later it's eleven five hours 25:12 it's twelve 25:13 six hours it's one two o'clock in the 25:15 morning you're 25:16 seven hours since eating your fat 25:20 three in the morning i think we're at 25:22 three in the morning two in the morning 25:23 three in the morning 25:24 three in the morning okay 25:28 we're another couple of hours in 25:31 now we're getting to the point where we 25:33 haven't eaten 25:35 in a lot of hours keep that in mind 25:39 you're eight hours into not eating 25:42 eight hours right 25:46 so now your liver is free 25:49 it's clean it's already been working on 25:52 dealing with processing that dinner time 25:54 fat it was processing and working on it 25:57 hours ago eight hours ago 26:00 see guys how it works eight hours ago it 26:03 was already processing 26:05 by three four in the morning now 26:08 we're nine hours deal with fat in 10 hours 26:26 six in the morning 26:29 you're 11 hours into it or whatever 26:34 now you're 9 10 11 hours into it 26:37 you wake up at seven in the morning 26:39 let's just may you wake up maybe you 26:40 wake up at six maybe you wake up at 26:42 seven 26:42 your chicken fat 26:45 isn't hurting the liver so much anymore 26:49 it's now it's detoxing it's ready to 26:53 detox it's
