children they're starving their babies 0:29 they're feeding them lettuce 0:31 feeding them tomato and lettuce feeding 0:33 them a little piece of fruit and they're 0:35 starving a protein 0:36 they get no protein right all the 0:38 plant-based mommies are starving their 0:40 children 0:41 no protein no nutrition malabsorption 0:45 all that bs that was told to 0:49 so many plant-based moms right 0:52 and then hey the vegans in the 0:54 plant-based you know they're not 0:55 innocent either okay you're killing all 0:58 the animals 0:59 you're killing you're destroying the 1:01 animals the animals got souls which they 1:03 do 1:04 you're destroying the animals you're 1:06 you're harming the environment 1:08 you're you're you're creating the 1:09 situation where 1:11 you're knocking down the amazon to just 1:13 raise cattle 1:15 so we're losing our amazon we're losing 1:18 our 1:18 natural the natural preserves of the 1:21 planet right the forests 1:23 um the jungles right we're losing all 1:26 that 1:26 because you guys want to knock it all 1:28 down and you guys want to grow 1:30 you know you want to raise cattle and 1:33 hamburger meat right 1:35 so that's the other thing too so there's 1:36 this war out there right 1:38 which one's right which one's wrong me i 1:41 don't care 1:42 i don't care who's right or wrong i 1:43 don't i don't 1:45 i don't i don't care for the fight the 1:47 battle because 1:48 that's uncool i believe that i believe 1:51 that people shouldn't be throwing stones 1:53 at each other and yeah they shouldn't be 1:54 and they shouldn't be saying 3:24 just keto or plant-based 3:26 or vegan right plant-based are vegan and 3:28 the vegans in the plant-based they 3:29 separated 3:30 so they separated like everybody wants 3:33 to belong i guess 3:34 in some place right they want this 3:38 belief system right 3:39 they want a belief system you know the 3:41 vegans are mad at the plant-based people 3:43 i didn't even go there 3:44 right but it's true because the 3:46 plant-based people are still wearing 3:48 leather 3:49 right they're still they're still 3:50 wearing leather shoes 3:52 okay so then you got that little war 3:54 going on too people like wait a minute 3:56 are you vegan 3:57 are you plant-based right we're totally 3:59 censored today by the way 4:01 right across right across the board 4:03 we're really censored today 4:04 um we can't even get anybody on today 4:06 we're so censored 4:08 so do you have this whole war that's 4:10 happening with vegan and plant-based 4:12 the plant-based vegan movement with each 4:14 other right and then you got the 4:16 animal-based movement 4:18 the animal protein movement where the 4:19 keto people they get all mad at the 4:22 other people who are eating animal 4:23 protein so the keto people get all mad 4:26 at the other 4:26 animal protein people you guys right on 4:29 clubhouse you guys 4:30 never notice that you guys and and 4:33 youtube facebook 4:34 and because there's a little bit of a 4:36 war going on there 4:37 okay the food wars right 4:41 the plant versus animal wars right 4:44 good to see you dr fong glad you're 4:45 coming on yeah sorry about the sensory 4:48 yeah no totally it's just been 4:49 unbelievable lately it's just getting 4:51 worse and worse 4:52 so we got we got and who gets hurt the 4:54 chronic leo 4:55 i don't care about me but who gets hurt 4:57 is the chronically ill getting 4:58 information and everything else 5:00 so but we got the keto people they're 5:03 upset at the animal 5:05 protein people because the animal 5:07 protein people aren't 5:08 adhering by the law by the law 5:11 of the keto people law right 5:14 because wait a minute you're either keto 5:16 or you're just eating you know regular 5:18 animal protein and then they 5:19 start saying maybe you're on a standard 5:21 american diet and people like no i'm not 5:22 it's not a standard american 5:24 diet i'm not doing processed foods i'm 5:26 not doing you know 5:27 processed foods i'm not doing fast foods 5:29 i'm not doing fried greasy foods 5:31 but i'm i i guess i'm not all the way 5:34 keto 5:35 so what am i so but i'm eating clean 5:37 right 5:38 so the keto people are yelling at the 5:40 people who are eating clean people that 5:41 are eating like clean diets or yelling 5:43 at the keto people 5:45 and you've got the vegans yelling at the 5:46 plant-based and plant-based yelling at 5:47 the vegans and then the pescetarians 5:49 they're just kind of like out there like 5:51 you know they're sitting out there 5:53 somewhere on some island right 5:56 pescetarians 5:57 you think about that or the vegetarians 5:58 who even talks about vegetarians anymore 6:00 i mean it's like it's that's a whole 6:02 nother thing all in its own it's 6:04 you know uh be open-hearted hey good 6:07 glad you're on 6:08 good to see you um so glad you guys are 6:10 coming on and 6:11 this is an important talk because you 6:15 take your eye off the ball 6:18 when you're fighting for something 6:22 that isn't really got your back 6:26 you're taking your eye off the ball i'm 6:29 so busy fighting 6:30 i'm so busy being a staunch plant-based happens is we get wrapped up into the 6:45 battle 6:46 it's the battle right so i'm plant-based 6:49 i'm gonna follow all the plant-based 6:50 people right 6:51 i'm gonna follow the plant-based people 6:52 if i'm animal-based i'm gonna follow all 6:54 the animal-based people right 6:56 but everyone gets sick everyone gets 7:00 sick michelle l says we have to keep the 7:02 eye on the ball our eye on the ball 7:04 right 7:04 yeah um so we're vegan saying we cannot 7:08 be vegan because we consume 7:10 honey uh it is called healing 7:13 people right that's another thing too 7:15 with the honey yeah first of all 7:17 honey is vegan honey is plant-based 7:20 right 7:20 a bee is an insect really important to 7:23 know right there 7:24 a bee is not an animal so someone missed 7:28 the memo on that whole thing okay 7:31 so and and the b doesn't get hurt 7:35 so the b doesn't get hurt through that 7:37 process okay so that's important to know 7:39 right there 7:40 right and these bees have been here for 7:44 forever on this planet thousands of 7:47 years 7:48 right providing a source 7:51 for animals and humankind you know 7:55 but you know i if someone says well what 7:58 does anthony williams think 7:59 can you be vegan and still have honey 8:01 yeah i do i know that's gonna get people 8:03 mad 8:04 because then all of a sudden the vegans 8:05 are gonna be mad at me now oh he's he 8:07 doesn't know he's not 8:08 he's not woke on that whole thing like 8:11 aws not woke about that you know he's 8:14 off the mark and if he's off the mark on 8:16 the honey thing 8:16 i'm not gonna listen to anything the guy 8:18 has to talk about i'm not gonna listen 8:20 to anything meanwhile 8:21 you know they're doing medical medium 8:23 information tidbits that got into 8:25 all the different diet beliefs out there 8:27 right 8:28 that because the keto belief system is 8:31 now 8:31 surviving because it's it's adhering to 8:34 medical medium stuff that's how it's 8:36 even surviving 8:37 because in the old days you went keto 8:39 you got sick 8:40 real sick keto now was in keto by the 8:43 way i want to cover that for a second 8:45 before i make these potato wraps these 8:47 killer potato wrap salad wraps 8:49 um but keto is in keto anymore 8:52 that's it okay you eat a tomato 8:55 you eat a tomato okay on a keto diet you 8:58 can't go into ketosis 9:00 there's too much sugar in it there's 9:02 sugar in the tomato you there's glucose 9:04 in tomato you can't go into keto 9:06 you can't go into ketosis you can't go 9:09 your body 9:10 can't evolve to that process it can't 9:12 make that process happen 9:14 you eat an avocado as somebody on a keto 9:17 diet 9:18 and you can't go into ketosis it's not a 9:22 keto diet anymore 9:24 i mean when you really think about how 9:25 much confusion is in the diet world it's 9:27 unbelievable 9:28 minis are good to see it tonight you 9:30 know it's when you think about that 9:32 how does that work if you're eating an 9:34 avocado which is filled with sugar 9:36 should you guys know that you know that 9:38 avocado has glucose in it it's a fruit 9:40 it's not 100 fat fruit 9:44 avocados not it's got some sugar in it 9:46 it's got glucose in it 9:48 you can't go into ketosis so i'm on a 9:50 keto diet i'm doing my avocados no 9:52 you're not on a keto diet you're on 9:54 what people think is a keto diet but 9:57 it's not 9:58 it's not because it's got the sugar in 10:00 it i'm on a keto diet i'm doing 10:02 i'm doing uh almond butter there's sugar 10:06 in nuts and seeds 10:08 you can't go into ketosis because 10:10 there's sugar in nuts and seeds you guys 10:13 this is powerful information this is how 10:15 you empower yourself 10:16 by knowing where you're being tricked 10:18 and duped your whole life 10:20 you know what you know what if you guys 10:23 want 10:23 look i'm not against it if you guys want 10:26 to be tricked your whole life 10:27 if you want to live your life in some 10:29 weird 10:30 phantom world of misinformation but just 10:34 living by misinformation your whole life 10:37 i thought our lives are really important 10:39 where missing why would you want 10:42 to be stopped up and soaked with 10:44 misinformation your whole life 10:47 and not have the truth and the answers 10:50 isn't your life important don't you live 10:52 by your truth you live by your truth 10:54 right yeah but that's that's where they 10:57 trick you in alternative medicine 10:58 conventional medicine you get tricked 11:00 right because it's someone should just 11:04 all of a sudden be like uh 11:06 hey um everybody um it's not the keto 11:10 diet 11:11 it's just now a clean diet 11:14 you can be plant-based keto you can be 11:18 animal-based keto 11:19 but they're not keto the word doesn't 11:22 even apply anymore 11:25 that's how it works the only way to go 11:28 into ketosis 11:30 is literally just maybe doing animal 11:33 protein by itself and never 11:36 having any glucose no lemon no avocado 11:40 no tomato no starchy vegetable 11:45 not nothing right you just you're doing 11:47 just animal protein so you end up 11:49 and there's still glucose in meat but 11:51 you have a better 11:52 chance of heading into you know 11:55 ketogenic 11:56 state right you have a better chance of 11:59 of 11:59 reaching that keto ketogenic state right 12:02 especially if you're not eating a lot of 12:04 meat so 12:05 say you don't eat a lot of meat like say 12:07 you're a carnivore person 12:09 and you're not eating dairy and you're 12:11 not you're and you're just eating some 12:13 meat 12:15 you can go into ketosis if it's not a 12:17 lot of meat because if you're starting 12:18 to do a lot of meat there's sugar in the 12:19 blood 12:20 the blood of the animal their sugar it 12:22 caramelizes 12:24 it's in the it's in the meat it 12:25 caramelizes right so what happens is you 12:28 guys 12:29 when you eat a little bit of meat and 12:31 only a little bit of meat that's when 12:33 you go and take 12:34 you know into ketosis that's when you 12:35 can do it 12:37 but why doesn't anybody straighten out 12:39 all this misinformation 12:40 why is the world it's like the matrix or 12:43 something right 12:44 just everybody living this phantom 12:47 misinformation 12:48 place and nothing gets fixed and nothing 12:51 gets corrected 12:52 you can have all these fancy tv shows 12:54 you can have all this information on the 12:55 internet you can have all these articles 12:57 on the internet 12:58 you can have all these interviews all 12:59 these podcast doctors and nothing is 13:01 correct 13:03 nothing gets fixed it's almost like 13:06 it's it's yeah it's the matrix that's 13:08 what it is 13:09 in in natural health and conventional 13:11 health right 13:13 so um so paula torres says this is 13:16 nonsense i was vegetarian for 20 years 13:19 and it was 13:20 the worst thing for my body try am i 13:23 telling you to be vegetarian 13:24 i'm confused tried medical medium 2 it's 13:27 nonsense 13:29 at the bottom what affects everything is 13:31 genetics 13:33 read gene keys so okay so paula 13:37 so you just think our genes went all bad 13:39 in the last 20 years 13:41 our jeans went all bad in the last 25 13:43 years 13:44 so everything was going fine and now we 13:47 got the worst chronic illness ever 13:48 before in the history of humankind right 13:50 now 13:51 and i guess your genes all went bad in 13:53 the last 20 years so that's what you're 13:54 chalking it off to be 13:56 just so you know the whole it's your 13:58 genes comes from a theory that it's your 14:00 body attacking itself did you know that 14:02 like it's cause unknown do you know why 14:05 they came up with the word genes 14:07 do you know why the gene theory now 14:09 paula remember this it's called the gene 14:11 theory it's inconclusive 14:14 there's no facts there's no study that 14:18 proves it's your genes it's inconclusive 14:20 so 14:21 here you are already you're sitting here 14:23 you're 14:24 you're spouting out inconclusive stuff 14:26 like cause 14:27 unknown so they just say it's genes 14:30 right 14:30 but you might not be able to handle this 14:32 truth so paula 14:33 you might not be able to handle this 14:35 truth and i'm kind of wondering what mm 14:37 did you try 14:38 because there's a thousand different 14:39 protocols to customize for everybody's 14:41 problems 14:42 for people who are animal protein people 14:44 who are plant-based 14:45 people who are anything it's there for 14:48 you to heal 14:49 so i'm starting right chris good to see you and so 17:05 and that what people don't realize right 17:08 how long did someone try medical medium 17:11 were they doing 32 ounces of celery 17:12 juice 17:13 every morning or not were they doing the 17:16 spinach soup every day were they keeping 17:17 it fat were they 17:18 keeping the fat free were they doing 28 17:20 day cleanse were they doing the 369 17:22 cleanse advance for someone who's really 17:24 sick 17:25 were they mono eating because they have 17:26 all kinds of digestive problems and 17:28 chemical sensitivities 17:29 and food sensitivities were they mono 17:31 eating which is 17:32 medical medium protocols right and did 17:34 they do the 369 cleanse over and over 17:37 again to get out of that place of health 17:39 so they can heal 17:41 and did they do 64 ounces of celery 17:43 juice because they needed that to heal 17:45 like what where did they go and what 17:47 about supplement protocols 17:48 were they doing vimergy stuff 17:52 or another or traditional medicinals 17:55 were they doing a company that doesn't 17:58 have the alcohol natural flavors the msg 18:00 what were they doing were they doing 18:02 somebody else's supplements out in the 18:04 world where there's alcohol in there and 18:05 other company supplements out there it's 18:07 alcohol i'm not sponsored by 18:09 them it's the best stuff right were they 18:11 doing nutritional yeast 18:12 was that in the works right were they 18:14 having a glass of wine once in a while 18:16 with their friends 18:17 how what was happening and what is wrong 18:20 how 18:42 are they doing that okay so what else is 18:45 happening 18:46 all these things matter and they add up 18:49 they add up how much cacao how much 18:51 nutritional yeast how much acv 18:53 right did they do the bentonite clay did 18:55 they do some kind of zeolite did they do 18:58 what are they doing that isn't helping 19:00 it's not beneficial are they doing 19:02 corella 19:03 and you got you doing and mixing in in 19:37 there 19:37 what foods are you doing are you doing 19:38 pizza on friday nights is anybody doing 19:40 pizza on friday nights right 19:42 are you doing that because that's 19:43 another one right there that's a head 19:45 scratch roll on its own 19:46 is the pizza happening on friday night 19:48 is it happening on saturday night 19:50 what about eggs you didn't have any eggs 19:52 in there huh right 19:54 dairy products at all i'm not shaming 19:56 anybody 19:57 it's just that if you want to go all the 20:00 way 20:02 don't throw mmm under the bus 20:05 because you didn't do your homework 20:07 don't throw a medical medium under the 20:09 bus 20:10 so that 10 other people say oh that 20:11 person tried mm i better not ever try it 20:13 so let me just stay sick the rest of my 20:15 life 20:15 because you'll send somebody else 20:17 packing and that person packing 20:20 up their belongings and going on the 20:21 road going on the road to musical chairs 20:24 and guessing games 20:25 you'll send them on that road for the 20:26 next five years 20:28 because they got thrown because they 20:30 believed 20:31 you were doing a real medical medium 20:34 protocol 20:35 doing it right doing it the way you 20:37 needed to do it 20:38 and then you just sent somebody on their 20:41 way 20:42 see you later alligator you've been sick 20:44 for another four five 20:45 six seven years before you learn what 20:48 viruses are causing your problems with 20:50 bacteria 20:50 causing your problems about the toxic 20:52 heavy metals about all the things to 20:54 avoid 20:55 and then you learn i should have been 20:57 doing the heavy metal detox smoothie 20:58 long enough i should have been doing the 21:00 celery juice a little bit long enough i 21:01 should have been doing spinach soups 21:03 i should have done the anti-radiation 21:05 tea i should have done the things that i 21:06 needed to do 21:07 i should have done use the right 21:09 ingredients and not 21:11 hpp i should have picked a celery juice 21:13 that was freshly juiced and not 21:15 high pressure pasteurization because you 21:16 can't get batter from that 21:18 right so i'm i'm just giving you the low 21:22 down 21:23 of how it works so i actually giving 21:26 good to see 21:26 i'm scratching my head when i hear that 21:28 one that's a funny one to me 21:31 so um you guys we're making food we 21:33 gotta do this 21:34 we're talking about plant-based versus 21:36 animal-based 21:38 this is a really incredibly important 21:40 topic because you can get wrapped 21:42 up in the belief systems and lose your 21:45 chance to heal 21:48 i believe in plant-based i believe in 21:50 vegan 21:51 i believe in animal protein if someone 21:53 wants to be on animal protein okay 21:55 because i've come i've come from a place 21:58 where spirit of compassion 22:00 has told me that it's not the person's 22:04 fault wherever they are spiritually 22:06 right 22:08 it's not the person's fault if they make 22:11 mistakes 22:12 right it's not the person's fault 22:15 of why they're even sick we have to not 22:18 pull the blame game on the person 22:22 we instead have to give the people the 22:24 tools and the truth 22:26 and then when they have that in their 22:28 hands they have a chance to heal and 22:29 move forward let's start making this 22:31 i'm excited you guys so 22:35 and basically it's about having a choice 22:39 i mean don't you guys want a choice 22:40 it's about having a choice you want to 22:42 be able to 22:44 be able to make that choice to 22:47 make a decision so listen if you're 22:49 animal protein you got to do it right 22:51 to why you're sick if you're plant based 22:54 if you're vegan you've got to do it 22:56 right to why you're sick 22:59 knowing why you're sick is part of you 23:00 guys on clubhouse knowing why you're 23:02 sick 23:03 is part of it it's a big part of it then 23:05 knowing what to do 23:06 the tools and how about what 26:31 you're putting in your mouth 26:32 you're worried about how like every 26:34 minute is about food right 26:36 they'll make you feel that way they'll 26:38 make you feel that way calories down 39:29 and that's all you eat each day and then 39:31 guess what you're gonna hit that 39:32 ketogenic state and guess what 39:34 if you're somebody who's sick and not 39:36 well or somebody who's not even 39:38 sick you're gonna go downhill downhill 39:40 downhill downhill because guess what 39:42 your brain 39:44 needs glucose it dies without it 39:47 you guys on clubhouse i'm chocolate with with some 40:28 they bring in their sweet 40:29 i can't tell you how many how many 40:30 carnivore people are still having their 40:32 chocolate bar 40:33 and they got the cane sugar in 43:39 vegan cookies 43:41 so they live off of the chocolate the 43:44 chocolate bars right 43:46 that's right they live off of the 43:49 different 43:50 vegan cookies right plant-based people 43:53 are always running for a vegan cookie 43:54 i get it i get it i i i'm not it's not 43:57 about 43:58 harping on anybody right and then the 44:00 plant-based people 44:02 run for the butter next right they'll 44:05 run for the butter next 44:07 maybe maybe they'll even run for the 44:10 vegan grilled cheese sandwich 44:12 the vegan grilled cheese sandwich with 44:15 the vegan cheese and the gluten-free 44:17 bread 44:18 right they'll run for that so you know 44:21 it's worth 44:22 the vegans and the plant-based they get 44:23 their comfort zone they're running for 44:25 all the cheese could be on and 44:36 raw butter and stuff like that and you 44:38 know the real stuff you know and you see 44:40 somebody else 44:41 on the internet or youtube channel and 44:43 they're raising their green 48:25 apple and be like yeah the green apple 48:27 they're only my patients are only 48:29 allowed green apples 48:30 it's like why because apples have too 48:32 much sugar it's fruit 48:34 so it's only green apple and i'm like 48:37 okay well it's your patient that's what 48:39 you can do but then don't don't send 48:40 your patients to me 48:41 because i'm gonna actually you know make 48:43 sure they can have 48:45 other things too and it's like it's like 48:47 like 48:48 real apples not just the green granny 48:50 smith apple 48:51 that you can't taste really any kind of 48:53 sugar or any kind of glucose 48:55 and people don't realize your brain dies 48:58 without the glucose 48:59 and if you don't keep the fats down low 49:02 you can't get sugar 49:04 to your brain cacao is high in fat 49:08 and caffeine right so two things are 49:11 wrong right there the caffeine damages 49:13 your adrenals 49:15 and the fat keeps glucose from going to 49:17 your brain 49:18 so then information led you 1:00:20 there 1:00:20 it was it was one of those things that 1:00:22 led you there 1:00:23 and people are fatting themselves to 1:00:25 death and that's what they're doing 1:00:27 you want to do some 1:00:42 animal protein do it at the end of the 1:00:44 day 1:00:44 right don't do it in the middle of the 1:00:46 day don't do the breakfast morning time 1:00:48 and the whole intermittent fasting thing 1:00:50 that came about 1:00:52 has helped people to some degree it's 1:00:53 still not perfect at all on any level 1:00:56 because 1:00:56 when you intermittent fast you still you 1:00:59 still don't get the things you need so 1:01:01 you'll age you'll still age 1:01:03 quickly down the road right because 1:01:05 you're living off adrenaline and 1:01:06 adrenaline ages us 1:01:08 it ages us all that adrenaline so if we 1:01:11 stay 1:01:11 on the intermittent fasting train we're 1:01:14 eventually just going to get dried up 1:01:15 down the road we're going to just our 1:01:17 adrenaline is going to dry us 1:01:18 up we're going to be a plant that 1:01:20 eventually gets dried up 1:01:22 and then you know and we age quick and 1:01:24 the wrinkles come 1:01:25 and everything else but yeah 1:01:26 intermittent fasting actually helps 1:01:29 people temporarily 1:01:30 because it's giving them energy because 1:01:31 they're not doing steak and eggs in the 1:01:33 morning anymore 1:01:34 they're not doing bacon in the morning 1:01:36 they're not doing all that nut butter in 1:01:38 the morning they're not doing the fats 1:01:39 in the morning 1:01:40 they're not doing all that nut butter 1:01:42 and cheese in the morning 1:01:44 cheese and eggs they're not doing all 1:01:45 their eggs in the morning because when 1:01:46 you intermittent fast doesn't mean they 1:01:48 don't eat that at the end of the day 1:01:49 but when you intermittent fast you're 1:01:51 giving your liver a break 1:01:53 that's how it works and you're get 1:01:55 you're giving yourself a break you're 1:01:56 giving your liver a break when you 1:01:58 intermittent fast 1:01:59 right this is still cooking up it's 1:02:01 coming around i still want to get a 1:02:03 little bit more toastier 1:02:05 so serena says that food makes you sick 1:02:08 what about the fact you were already 1:02:10 sick well we're eating fats our whole 1:02:13 life 1:02:14 that's what's going on we eat fats our 1:02:16 whole life we're taught to just be on 1:02:18 fats our whole life 1:02:19 right our kids are eating hot dogs right 1:02:22 our kids are eating chicken or kids are 1:02:24 eating 1:02:24 peanut butter right it's not just about 1:02:26 animal protein it's plant 1:02:28 fat too okay so oils 1:02:31 all of it fried food or kids are eating 1:02:33 fried food 1:02:34 so what no kids ever have fried food no 1:02:38 no kids ever had hot dogs no kids ever 1:02:40 had 1:02:41 chicken fingers no kids ever had any of 1:02:43 that kind of thing right 1:02:45 you know and um 1:02:51 but what it is not just that and i know 1:02:53 that i'm heading there it's not just 1:02:55 that 1:02:57 it's like it's like 1:03:00 it's it's not just like our children 1:03:03 eating the chicken fingers and the 1:03:04 little 1:03:05 you know buffalo chicken wings right and 1:03:08 you know the hot dogs okay it's we're 1:03:11 trained 1:03:12 we're raised on fat and we're trained to 1:03:15 be on fat right 1:03:16 but it's not just this you can do this 1:03:18 and still not get sick for a while 1:03:20 but you end up getting a pathogen or you 1:03:22 end up getting 1:03:23 which everybody has in the end they'll 1:03:25 have their epsine bars they'll have 1:03:27 their streptococcus 1:03:28 and it's those pathogens that get away 1:03:30 from us 1:03:31 because we keep on bombarding ourselves 1:03:33 with cheese 1:03:34 and butter and we're dropping our immune 1:03:37 system with 1:03:37 all that fat and that's how it works and 1:03:40 then we're eating eggs and that feeds 1:03:41 the pathogens it's all important 1:03:43 information 1:03:44 i think these are just about ready here 1:03:48 i don't know maybe a couple more minutes 1:03:50 actually and we're good 1:03:52 so um 1:03:59 but the bottom line is you can be you 1:04:01 can be look you can still heal 1:04:04 and but it's about having those tools 1:04:07 lowering the fats is really a good way 1:04:08 to heal if you're sick 1:04:10 bringing them down a little bit so if 1:04:11 you're doing animal protein do it at the 1:04:13 end of the day 1:04:13 don't do a lot of it maybe do it every 1:04:16 other day but get ready for this if 1:04:17 you're vegan or plant-based you guys 1:04:19 right do the avocado at the end of the 1:04:22 day and do it every other day 1:04:24 right just bring in some steamed 1:04:25 potatoes okay bring in papaya bananas do 1:04:28 the smoothies bring in steamed potatoes 1:04:30 do the leafy greens keep the leafy 1:04:32 greens going in there 1:04:33 all of that do the spinach and leafy 1:04:35 greens do more fruit 1:04:36 and then keep your fats try to stay away 1:04:39 from the cacao and all the nut butters 1:04:41 and everything 1:04:42 look i know this information is annoying 1:04:43 in some way but 1:04:45 it's not annoying when you're sick 1:04:47 what's more annoying 1:04:49 is it just being sick all the different 1:04:51 aches and pains and 1:04:53 tingles and numbness and exorisis and 1:04:55 acne and 1:04:56 you're sluggish and you're just and 1:04:58 you're fatigued and 1:05:00 you're just you're hitting the doctor's 1:05:01 office you've got the functional 1:05:02 medicine doctor now your chinese 1:05:04 medicine doctor and you're 1:05:05 now you're at the dentist and now you're 1:05:07 back at the doctors and you're you know 1:05:08 back to functional 1:05:09 now you're back at your conventional 1:05:10 doctor and and 1:05:12 what's more annoying is it that or 1:05:14 having tools to actually 1:05:15 be able to rise out of that okay and 1:05:18 grains can be okay for people if they're 1:05:21 not dealing with pathogens and 1:05:23 other things or if they're not super 1:05:24 sick and fats can be okay for people if 1:05:27 they're not super sick with pathogens 1:05:29 right 1:05:30 but when everybody's sick and they're 1:05:31 getting all the symptoms then we've got 1:05:33 something we need to do 1:05:34 we need to do something all right these 1:05:35 are done i'm going to pull them out 1:05:39 so i'm going to do that now 1:05:48 and 1:05:58 this thing is really really hot so i'm 1:06:00 just letting you 1:19:30 that don't have the fat your blood thins 1:19:34 out so you can get rid of the toxic 1:19:36 heavy metals the medical medium 1:19:37 protocols 1:19:38 you can get rid of the pathogens with
