That's right. Here we are talking about caffeine again. Can't just talk about it once. Gotta keep a reminder out there. It's a controller. Gotta talk about the controller. Gotta talk about the machine, the caffeine machine. Sure, caffeine seems harmless. Good old cup of coffee, espresso, maybe some green tea. No big deal at all. But it kinda is a big deal if you're thinking about longevity, if you're thinking about aging. Caffeine's the ager. But here's the kicker. It's not the ager of males. Not at the rapid speed, it's the ager of women. Caffeine can age men, yes. Enough of it eaten, enough of it taken, it can. But for women, it's a different story with caffeine. It knocks their adrenals hard. It messes with their hormones. It dries out their skin. It brings about wrinkles, creates wrinkles much faster than they would normally come. The amount of women getting cosmetic enhancements would reduce greatly if the caffeine industry wasn't controlling them. And if men consume enough caffeine in their lifetime, their faces will not just droop, they practically almost look like they're falling off. The use and the need for caffeine for women these days and men has increased greatly in just the last 30 years. Chocolate alone is a whole other game compared to 20, 30, 40, and even 50 years ago. Chocolate is an everyday thing for a lot of people out there. That means caffeine is in the mix. So get ready for the ride, strap yourself in. We're talking about the caffeine machine. I love this coffee shop. I'm like totally addicted. What about you? You too? I know. Yeah, let me just sit here. What about my lips? They look thinner? What do you mean they look thinner? They do? I was looking in the mirror this morning. I think you're right. For some reason, I was feeling my lips and wondering if I should get, you know, a lip enhancement. I think they look thinner. Hey, you got a new wrinkle on your face. Did you know that? I never saw that line before. Are you stressed out? Anyway, let's get our coffees. Caffeine's the wrinkle maker. But don't get me wrong, people can get wrinkles. Can get wrinkles from squinting your eyes in the sun over time. You can get some wrinkles just because you're getting older. You can get some wrinkles because you're not sleeping. You can get some wrinkles because you're stressed. And you can get some wrinkles from getting just too much sun for too many times. You can get some wrinkles by not eating the best foods. And you can get some wrinkles from having too many toxins. But all in all, caffeine is a different story. And caffeine is not just a wrinkle maker, it does other things too. What people don't realize is caffeine sucks the life out of people, especially women. And it will over time fast track you to a lot of different symptoms and conditions and diseases. It may not be the cause of a disease or the cause of a condition, but it can help fast track it. Caffeine is dehydrating in any source that you're consuming it. Tends to draw fluid, precious liquid, precious water from the cells of the skin. Deep in the derma, people love their skin. All you see is ads out there, moisturizers, skin tonics, skin creams, in hopes it makes the skin more supple, juicy, and less dry. People want fresh, clean, clear, good looking skin. And at the same time, they're searching for that. They're taking their daily skin destroyer, caffeine. Caffeine sucks the life out of the derma, deep within the skin. And as it removes these precious resources from the skin, water, nutrients, trace minerals, antioxidants, it kindly replaces them with something else. And that's adrenaline. Because caffeine tends to put the body into fight or flight when no other crises are happening, when there's not a crisis occurring. But this is a problem because it makes us numb to real fight or flight problems. Because we're so used to the caffeine fight or flight, we get reprogrammed. But not reprogrammed for good, reprogrammed for bad. When someone's on caffeine, they're experiencing a continued fight or flight. It's gentler than an actual crisis occurring in the moment. But yet when a crisis does occur, there can be a delayed reaction to it because of being numb. And that delayed response can make or break our survival. And that's a tricky thing because a lot of people believe they have a faster response time when they're on caffeine. And maybe they do. Maybe they do have a faster response time. They answer the phone a little faster. They take a shower a little faster. They respond to a family member or a friend a little faster. They feel like they can get some work done. They lift a little brain fog. And maybe in that moment, they can react to a crisis a little faster. But timing is everything. And that crisis might be when they're coming down off that caffeine ride for a moment. After they've been in fight or flight all morning long, they start coming down from that train before they get their next caffeine boost at some point. But boom, that's when something can happen right there. A car turns in to them. They don't break in time because you're numb. Because caffeine conditions are brain to be in fight or flight when we're on the spike, a caffeine spike, a caffeine high, which also has the potential of leading to a delay as well. Because perception of time changes when we're on caffeine. And that delay isn't necessarily a delay. Instead, it's an acting too fast. It's when you jump the gun. Caffeine can make you jump the gun. And that can pose a problem as well. Because caffeine ends up thinking for you. Caffeine is an addiction that gets passed down from generation to generation to generation. Moms unknowingly pass down a caffeine addiction to their babies. Pregnant women consume chocolate. It's also part of the strategy of the caffeine industry. Pregnant women are also being told to consume coffee, matcha tea, green tea, or even kombucha tea while pregnant. And the alternative medical industry promotes green tea for women, even while pregnant, promotes cacao, kombucha, and matcha tea, doing the bidding for the caffeine industry. And maybe some women hold off caffeine, they've learned about it, and they keep caffeine away until they give birth. And then it's back to consuming caffeine while breastfeeding. The breast milk then gets filled with caffeine, and that exposes the baby to the caffeine, creating an addiction, an early addiction. If moms had any idea they were being used by the caffeine industry in any way, they would be appalled by this, and majorly motivated to make the changes. One of the big problems with fight or flight produced by caffeine is that the adrenaline breaks down the immune system, leading women to autoimmune diseases. Caffeine lowers the immune system throughout the body, allowing the body to be more susceptible when exposures occur, especially pathogens, the invaders, viruses, bacteria. Viruses and bacteria that create problems for women, giving them a host of neurological symptoms, including vagus nerve problems. And with vagus nerves, you can get tightness of the chest, tightness of the throat, panic attacks, anxiety, strange sensations around the body, the limbs, and even hot flashes. When vagus nerves are irritated, irritable, they're affected by viral inflammation, viruses, pathogens, or even hypersensitive to adrenaline, to the point where the vagus nerves are burned out, burned out by the constant fight or flight. Vagus nerves do not like adrenaline at all. Like for instance, when someone has a bad breakup between a friend or a family member or a boyfriend or a girlfriend or even a separation or a divorce, it's that breakup that really triggers those vagus nerves deeply and can instigate problems with the vagus nerves for years. And how does this happen? For one, adrenaline, fight or flight, constant fight or flight, vagus nerves hate adrenaline. Not just normal adrenaline, functional adrenaline, day to day, foundational adrenaline, not those sources of adrenaline. Those sources of adrenaline, day to day adrenaline, naturally there for a reason so we can function, walk, talk, take a shower, eliminate the bowels, urinate or any other basic function. It's through adrenaline. Vagus nerves do not mind that, but what they mind is fight or flight all the time from caffeine. So caffeine has the potential to assault vagus nerves. And mostly it falls on women, assaulting women's vagus nerves because caffeine lowers the immune system. It weakens immune cells. And a big part of it weakening immune cells is adrenaline caused by caffeine consumption. As immune cells weaken, killer cells can't protect women or men from the bugs, from the pathogens that are being kept at bay because people are walking around with all kinds of different viruses, Epstein-Barr, herpes simplex 1, 2, cytomegalovirus, HHV6, HHV7, shingles, and lots of different varieties, including lots of different varieties of strep. More caffeine consumed, the immune system weakens more because of the upsurge of adrenaline and the bugs rise up. Fight or flight adrenaline is different than normal adrenaline we were talking about before. Fight or flight adrenaline is toxic, it's poisonous, it's aggressive, and it's corrosive. Corrosive to immune cells and corrosive to the vagus nerves and other nerves. And depending on what falls on the plate of somebody in their life, how things are going, how good things are, how life is going, is there a lot of stress? Are there relationship ups and downs? Are there any healing foods brought in? What's the status of the diet? Are there antagonists involved, like pharmaceuticals, or recreational drugs, or something else? All of this can make somebody more susceptible, if they're not using tools, if they're not using resources to take care of themselves a little bit. Proper resources, proper tools, that can help them fight against all the stress they're against. Weapons to battle the effects of stress. But instead, people don't normally do that. Instead, they lean on more caffeine. So as they're going through a breakup, or a problem, or something stressful, they're now leaning on different forms of caffeine. Now they're on chocolate more. Now they're on coffee more. And sometimes it isn't what they're going through in the moment that's aging them that fast. It's the caffeine consumption. Somebody could have just had a problem happen in their life, and they're doing more caffeine. A friend looks at them and says, Oh my God, you look terrible. Meanwhile, the caffeine consumption is sucking the life out of them. It's sucking the youthfulness and the life out of their face. A lot of people have to continually get facials because their face is just aging faster than expected. As they're walking in to get their facial, they're actually drinking a cup of coffee and espresso, or a green tea, or a matcha tea. The effects of caffeine can show up early, too, in someone's teens, early 20s. Caffeine consumption also shrinks lips and thins out lips. The worldly environment has already created complexes for women regarding their lips. This peer pressure is pushing teenagers to get lip filler, and women in their 20s and 30s to get lip filler. Meanwhile, 10 years of caffeine consumption can reduce lip size, shrink them. Thin them out even more. Almost all female models and influencers use lip filler. And almost all female models and influencers drink a lot of caffeine or consume a lot of caffeine in different ways. Too much caffeine overnight can shrink lips by the morning, showing a difference that's catchable by the eye. If you really understand caffeine well, and you understand what it can do to people's faces, you can eventually pick it off pretty easily. Long-term caffeine addiction can rush people into early facelifts. There are some men influencers where their body looks good. They're working out, they're building muscle, although it's questionable about steroid use. But either way, they look strong. But their faces are aged, aged terribly. And it's not from a lack of pampering. These are men influencers that came from some money, played a lot in their life, did not have to work real jobs, were able to dedicate themselves in the gym, and were always using caffeine in high consumption. And their bodies don't match their face. Their physical bodies do not match their physical face. Their faces look like they're falling off. They're so coarse and wrinkled and saggy at early ages. And that's the power the caffeine machine has over people. It can contribute to that, not being wholly responsible, but almost wholly responsible in many cases. And this is why male influencers, almost all male influencers, enhance their faces cosmetically. They get their teeth done. They get lip filler. They get face filler. They get nose enhancements, nose jobs and eye lifts. A combination of trying to look a certain way for the camera, for their audience, for the public and for themselves. Self-satiation towards how they look, but the caffeine is pressing against them. They want to live the caffeine-fueled life, but they don't realize it's aging them. Youth can fend itself against the caffeine, but depending on the person, what's happening in their life, how they're taking care of themselves, youth may not be enough. And the wrinkles on the forehead will start to show from the caffeine. And one of the reasons this happens is the liver is being bombarded by the caffeine. It's being injured by the caffeine every single day. Caffeine puts a hamper on livers, making them stagnant and sluggish more so than they normally would be. Every time somebody consumes chocolate or matcha tea or green tea or black tea, coffee, espresso, the liver takes a hit. Caffeine is a toxin, it's a poison, so the liver has to process that poison, ultimately weakening the liver daily. The weakening of the liver makes a tired, more sluggish liver that can't process other poisons and other toxins. Many years of a bunch of toxins, metals, different solvents, different chemicals, microplastics, petrochemicals, pathogens, and finally caffeine push everything over the edge. It's the caffeine that's the added extra bonus, a true recreational drug that finally pushes the liver off the cliff. So, as a woman, age 30, going to age 35, age 38, age 39, age 40, all of a sudden, things start happening more rapidly with the skin. The skin starts to thin out a bit, which is a sign of adrenal wear, adrenaline wear and tear from caffeine, liver wear and tear from caffeine. Could happen a lot earlier, could happen a little later. That's why the rampant botulism injections, the rampant botox to try to freeze up all those nerves, freezing up the faces and stopping the lines or trying to stop the lines and wrinkles. Now, this isn't about if wrinkles are good or bad or they don't look good or they look bad. It's not about that at all. There's nothing wrong with wrinkles, nothing wrong with having sagging skin. There's nothing wrong with any of it. It's not about that. Really about the trends out there, being anti-aging, everybody's hopping on the anti-aging boat, the longevity boat. They're all gobbling caffeine at the same time. And they're advertising and selling caffeinated products to the women and men that are trying to buy into the whole longevity, anti-aging, and sustaining your youth lifestyle. When somebody's immune system is already slightly compromised and maybe they don't even know it, and maybe they do know it, and they have different symptoms, maybe they have a diagnosis or two, they've seen a bunch of doctors over the years, maybe they had an autoimmune diagnosis, and they're doing caffeine periodically. Maybe not every day, maybe it is every day. Caffeine becomes a perfect recipe for triggering a shingles attack, a shingles outbreak, herpes zoster. There's a good chance that almost every single shingles attack out there in this world, caffeine was involved to some degree. Now, caffeine's not the cause of shingles or shingles outbreak or shingles infection. It's not the cause, but it's a great trigger. If somebody's immune system is already challenged, it's already compromised, they got a lot of heavy metals in their system, other toxins. Maybe they hit an emotional bump somewhere, a speed bump that was emotional along the way. Maybe they had a hardship of some kind. Their immune system is already down and out. They're already struggling. And then one day, right as the shingles wants to break out, but it's being held back pretty good by the immune system, caffeine goes in there and breaks the camel's back. It was that one more thing. The caffeine caused a fight or flight one last time. The immune system couldn't take it. It couldn't hold the ship together. And then boom, the shingles ignited. And now the person has a shingles outbreak. Or worse yet, a shingles outbreak they don't even know they have. Symptoms of pain, all kinds of different symptoms of suffering, neurological problems, pain everywhere. But no sign of a rash, because it's a non-rashing shingles. And caffeine was that bullet, that last straw, that bomb, that final trigger that has led so many into shingles agony throughout the years. Because caffeine is not an immune system builder, it's an immune system breaker. And a youthfulness taker. It's the wrinkle maker and the lip shrinker. And the liver forsaker. Now, there's no judgment about consuming caffeine because we're in a world where people feel sick. They're foggy headed. They got the brain fog. They can't think clear. They're lacking clarity because they're not feeling good. Their neurons are fried. Their neurotransmitters are burnt out. Their brains are starving of nutrients, trace minerals and most importantly, glucose. They're on high fat diets, whether it's a keto high fat diet, which once was a paleo high fat diet, which is now a different type of carnivore high fat diet, which was another kind of old Atkins high fat diet. Meanwhile, the Mediterranean diet is still a high fat diet. Plant based diets out there are still high fat. The vegan diets out there are still high fat. Vegetarian diets out there, if there's still any left, are high fat. The old macrobiotic diet of the past, that was high fat. It was just oil poured over grains. Or it's just standard American high fat or worldwide high fat. It wears people's livers down, burns them out, makes them more sluggish and tired. And if they have pathogens and toxic heavy metals, they get sicker and sicker. And they have to rely on caffeine in hopes to get a boost. There's no judgment about it. People can't function. That's really what it is. And they need that caffeine. They need that drug. They have to think on their feet. They have to stand on their feet. They're using their own adrenaline. They're using a drug to produce that adrenaline. They're trying to function. It's not easy. A lot of people have a hard time just getting through a day. They're living with fatigue, chronic fatigue. They're tired. They're overworked. They're burnt out. They have viral infections. They struggle with bacterial infections. They got toxic heavy metals in their livers and in their brains. They got various toxins and exposures floating around their bloodstream. And they can barely function without their coffee. They can barely function without their chocolate hits, without their cacao, matcha tea, green tea, energy drinks and other forms of caffeine, including their anti-anxieties and anti-depression meds that have caffeine in them as well. It's not easy out there. And I don't lose respect for someone just because they're using caffeine. I just know there's a reason why they're doing it. Whatever that reason is, I know there's a reason. One of the ridiculous big mistakes in skincare products is having caffeine added. You see this more and more out there. Here you have skincare companies trying to help people with their skin, trying to make it more youthful, make it more juicy, make it more clear, but they add caffeine and caffeine touching the skin is devastating to the skin. Eventually, the use of caffeine on the skin, like on the face, will cause a problem with the skin and give a leather-like atmosphere down the road, fast-tracking somebody into eventually an early facelift. Now, the skin, our largest organ, tends to replace skin cells, tends to renew them, but the damage isn't really done on the surface. The caffeine soaks into the facial skin, into the cells, finds a way deep into the skin, and roots itself into the derma. And that's where it starts to dehydrate. This chronic dehydration of the derma creates a problem for the surface of the skin eventually. And over time, you get that dry cracking, that desert look, which could lead to an early leather look. Caffeine should never be applied to the face in any way, or to the skin on any level. But caffeine is an ingredient now that's in things, even when it's not disclosed. Companies are allowed to play the 10% rule. If it's 10% or less, you don't have to disclose it. So many products have caffeine in them, but nobody would ever know. And that leads us to talking a little bit more about lip shrinking, shrinking lips. Now, there's nothing wrong with having thin lips, nothing wrong at all. But you don't want them to eventually become thinner, unless you do, and it doesn't matter to you, and that's fine. Why should it matter? But in this world today, for women, mostly women, but for men too, they're worried about their lips and the size of their lips. Everybody wants, it's seemingly everybody wants, puffy, juicy lips. And that's why lip filler is all the rage. But the problem with caffeine is it touches the lips. Similar to caffeine touching the face that we just talked about. The constant contact of caffeine on the lips, drinking coffee, tea, matcha tea, green tea, eating chocolate or any other products, energy drinks, the constant touching of the caffeine, touching the lips, entering into the lip tissue is a problem. Lips being exposed to caffeine multiple times a day can take things to a new level. The caffeine removes water, critically needed water that's in the cells of the lips. Now especially the bottom lip, because the bottom lip holds a little bit more water. Cells are filled with more water in the bottom lip. This brings about that juiciness, that suppleness. Caffeine enters the cells of the lips and draws that fluid out, but also injures the cells of the lip. So they can't take on water, instead the cells eventually die. New cells the body creates get injured by the caffeine again before they mature. Brand new healthy cells in the lips can't mature fast enough before they're injured again by the caffeine. Eventually, the lips get so damaged they can't restore quick enough, they start to shrink. This can happen really fast. It can happen very fast with some women, young women too, just in a few years of drinking coffee or a few years of coffee drinks of some kind. As the years go by, you can get something called smoker's mouth, just from caffeine touching the lips and around the mouth. Smoker's mouth is from people who are inhaling cigarette smoke. They're puffing on cigarettes their whole life. Their mouth is in a position of sucking on the cigarette butt. All the smoke infiltrates all the cells around the mouth, inside the mouth, the lips, and so forth, fast-tracking wrinkles and shaping the mouth a certain way, including reducing lip size. But, smoker's mouth isn't really only because of smoking. Smoker's mouth is the caffeine from the coffee drinking. From the black tea from the coffee drinks, almost all smokers of the past and smokers now of today drink coffee, consume caffeine or consume any kind of caffeine beverage, including electric cigarette smokers. They have caffeine addictions as well. So, smoker's mouth isn't really because of smoking so much. Smoker's mouth is from drinking coffee or getting caffeine in the mouth around the lips for years and shrinking the lips and creating lines around the mouth quicker than they should be there, mostly caused by good old caffeine touching the mouth and lips. Shrinking lips is really common because of that caffeine. That's why when women get older and men too, their lips aren't getting more puffy, they're not getting more juicy. Instead, they're getting thinner and they're shrinking more. It's from the caffeine use, including chocolate. As people are getting older, they're not saying, oh, my lips look better and better. I'll never need an enhancement. I'll never want an enhancement. Oh, look, ten years later, my lips are even more juicy and great looking. It's the opposite. People don't like how their lips look. And we can thank caffeine for helping that process along. One of the more difficult and sad parts of caffeine addictions is a difficult childbirth. A strong childbirth depends on strong adrenals. And caffeine consumption weakens the adrenals, especially in women. Women need their adrenals strong, rock solid when it comes down to birthing a child. And if their adrenals are in fight or flight all the time, they're drinking caffeine, they're eating chocolate, getting exposed to caffeine that way, then they're always in this fight or flight. Their adrenals start getting numb and they don't produce enough adrenaline when a real crisis occurs. But not just that. If they're always in fight or flight because of adrenaline being produced by caffeine, then they weaken in general. And then there isn't enough adrenaline in the adrenals for childbirth. Adrenals need a certain storage bank and they also need the ability for high production when needed in a crisis, like when birthing a child. If adrenals have been beaten down by life or beaten down by events or struggles, there's already a susceptibility. Then the caffeine use takes it to the next level. And this is how pregnant women find the strength to push a baby out of the uterus and vaginal canal. It's through the use of adrenaline. That push takes large amounts of adrenaline to keep muscles strong and nerves strong. And the adrenaline delivers messages to the brain so the brain can activate every single nerve within every single muscle to gain the strength to propel the baby out. So weakened adrenals, adrenals that are always being used by caffeine, always being triggered by caffeine, can be a problem. They may not have that strength needed. So the pregnancy could have been more difficult because of this. There are precious reserves in the adrenals that are specifically for childbirth. Many women end up getting C-sections because their adrenals simply cannot produce the adrenaline needed to enter into the nerves, muscle, and brain to get the push to occur or to give the woman enough strength to give that push needed. And caffeine is a diuretic. It's not just what the caffeine is in that's a diuretic. Whether caffeine is in kombucha tea or cacao, it's a diuretic. Whether caffeine is in a soda or a soft drink, it's still a diuretic. And not all diuretics are the same. There are diuretics that are not caffeine naturally in plants that expel non-useful, unproductive fluid from areas such as the lymphatic system, so it becomes medicinal. These same naturally derived diuretics expel poisons and toxins and fluid from the liver and kidneys or even the intestinal tract. Caffeine doesn't do that. It doesn't have any of that ability. Caffeine doesn't expel fluid that's not useful from the body. Caffeine dehydrates our cells, expelling their useful fluids and disrupting cells. So caffeine pushes out the good stuff and it keeps the toxin and poison in the body. But the body freaks out when caffeine enters it and does everything it can to expel the caffeine itself. And in doing so, it's also accidentally expelling trace minerals, macrominerals, nutrients, vitamins, because caffeine's a poison and it's destroying pockets of hydration that have these nutrients and trace minerals in there. It's sucking them out. And at the same time, the body sees it as a poison. Caffeine is an actual toxin to the body. So, the body does everything it can to try to get that toxin out, to get the caffeine out, and during that process, out goes all the good. Trace minerals once again, macrominerals, nutrients, vitamins, all get shoved out to try to get the toxin and the poison out. And then, because it is a toxin and a poison, the withdrawal comes. And that withdrawal is the antioxidant destroyer. That's where we lose a lot of antioxidants. It's through that withdrawal process, that poison coming out of the body. It burns up antioxidants helping to de-age you or helping to stop you from oxidizing. They all go out the window. And they go out the window every single day. You drink that caffeine or you consume that caffeine in any form and there it goes again. The withdrawal hits. It hits on a daily basis. Caffeine dehydrates brain cells and it ages us faster. In there, an injection, I think. Okay, okay, let me lean back. Oh, I spilled my coffee, sorry. I just, can I put my coffee down on the examinating table? Okay, thank you. It's not easy. There's a reason why people use caffeine. They use it to survive. Planet Earth is a hard place for a lot of people. Stress of all kinds people face. And you might be someone that's using caffeine in some form, maybe it's chocolate. And it helps to brighten up your day and get you through. I understand. I really do. But the promotion of it out there, it's nauseating. It's actually sickening. The system is geared to put people on caffeine one way or another. The caffeine machine takes no hostages, it holds no prisoners. It shoots to kill. It just does. Caffeine industry wants babies hooked on caffeine, and they are. Wants children hooked on caffeine, and they are. It wants young moms hooked on caffeine, and it wants everybody, including animals, to be hooked on caffeine. Yes, including animals. Caffeine finds its way in pet foods. But should we care? Yeah, we should care. But it's hard to get a lot of people to care, because guess what? They're hooked on caffeine. And just like any vice, you can't mess with it. You're going to piss somebody off, and they're going to look at you, and they're going to be like, you party pooper, you fun spoiler, leave me alone with my caffeine. And the sad part is, people, they want to be free. They want their health freedom. They don't want something going wrong with their health. They want to feel good. They want happiness. They don't want to be a prisoner. They don't want to be a slave to caffeine. There's a way out. There's a way to heal.
