We're talking about protein and the brainwashing that's involved in the protein law. What's the protein law? It goes back generations and generations and generations.
The medical industry, the science industry, decided that protein was how you live, how you survive, how you grow, how you stay alive. But yet at the same time, many, many years ago, and even still now, no evidence showing protein doing such a thing inside of our bodies. And today, when you look around, all you see is everybody shouting out protein.
Protein this, protein that. Meanwhile, people who get sick get plenty of protein. And people who are dying in hospitals have plenty of protein.
And meanwhile, if somebody gets sick with COVID or the flu, and that fever hits and that cough hits, the last thing they're doing is eating a lot of protein, because protein doesn't fix a bug. It doesn't kill a pathogen. It doesn't heal a person from a problem.
What people don't realize is protein is an empty void in the health industry, and an early plant, going back many, many years ago. A plant in the mind, in the institution, so that someday the pharmaceutical industry offers something protein based that makes them a lot of money. And at the same time, being a blame game for why people are sick with mystery chronic illness.
It's protein. That's why you're sick. Protein is the reason why you're sick or dying.
Yeah, it must be protein. That's the problem. Meanwhile, people are not short of protein, but they're in their dentist chairs, getting their teeth drilled, getting implants, getting root canals, and they're getting plenty of protein.
And even now, young people who are getting an interest in health are counting their protein and hanging on to every last gram. It's the way of the world, and it's grandfathered in for over a century now. And it doesn't matter if you're plant based, if you're vegan, vegetarian, animal based, it's all the same, it's the same protein world, protein fear, protein brainwashing, and protein law.
In this episode, which was recorded almost four years ago, the information is just as spot on and true, foretold and legendary. It's powerful information to keep you above the madness, so you can truly protect yourself. Get ready, strap yourself in, fasten your seat belts.

What am I doing? I'm sitting at the doctor's office right now. Yeah, the doctor just saw me, took a look.
Yep, he's coming in now. Hi, doctor. Hey, how are you?
So what do you think's wrong with me? Oh, you know what it is? Oh, phew, what is it?
Finally, it's protein? The blood work doesn't look good with protein? It doesn't?
You know what? That makes a lot of sense. So you think I'm just lacking protein?
That makes a lot of sense because I've been feeling that way. I just don't feel good. I'm tired all the time.
And my trainer told me I needed some protein, and my psychiatrist told me I needed some protein, and I almost didn't believe them, but then I did believe them, and now I really know I need that protein. I think my dentist said I need a protein too. So what do I do?
Just eat more protein? Okay, well, you know what? Maybe I'll just, when I leave here, I'll go get some protein bars.
I'm so glad I finally got the answer. There's a law out there. It's the law of the land.
What's that law? What is it? It's protein.
Protein. Where do you get your protein? Well, I don't know where I get my protein.
I eat lots of protein. Where do you get your protein? I don't know where I get my protein.
Where do you get protein? You got to have protein. You got protein.
But you know what's funny? Everybody's sick. Everybody eats protein.
Everybody eats protein. Who doesn't eat protein? Everybody is eating protein all the time, all around the world.
Yeah, they're having dairy. They're having cheese. Protein.
They're having meat. Protein. They're having duck.
People are eating duck, you know. They're eating ducks. I mean, can you imagine eating ducks?
I'm not saying anything bad about any of our animal protein people or plant-based protein people, whatever. They're eating ducks. Everybody's eating some kind of protein out there.
Wild game, brass-fed beef, chickens, you know, b-b-b-b-b-chickens. Everybody's eating protein everywhere. Nuts, nuts, seeds, nut butters, protein, protein, eggs, protein, protein.
But you're still in the dentist chairs getting drilled, eating your protein. The dentist will say, are you getting enough protein? It's like, I don't know.
I thought I was getting protein, but eating protein my whole life. You're sick in the hospitals. Protein, protein, protein.
Just walk through a hospital, walk through, walk by patient rooms. That person ate protein their whole life. That person with heart disease, break protein or what.
That person with kidney failure ate protein or what. That person dying of fatigue, some kind of neurological condition. That, that, that's protein.
That person breaks protein their whole life. That person that's got some kind of diabetes, that person who's got this disease, that person who's getting some organ out, they all ate protein. Protein.
Protein. That's what they did. Everybody's eating protein.
The sick vegan who went vegan because they were eating protein. The vegan was eating protein. So they went vegan.
And what did they do on their vegan diet? Ate protein and got sicker later or got better and then sick. And what about the animal protein person?
They ate protein. But you know what's funny? Breast milk has very little protein in it.
Breast milk, very little protein in it. It's all sugar water. Breast milk is sugar water with a little bit of fat and a little bit of protein.
It's sweet sugar water. It's not protein, but yet you need protein to grow up. You need protein to grow.
You need protein as a child. You need protein. You need protein.
Where's your protein? Got to drink your milk. Where's your protein?
Got to drink... What? Milk is sugar.
Milk is sugar. Very little protein for human breast milk. Very little.
Very little. Some women, it's 1% of their breast milk. And they can eat all the protein they want.
It'll still stay 1%. Some women, it's 2%. Some women, at best, it's 2.5%.
What's the rest of the breast milk? The rest of the breast milk is sugar water. Interesting.
Because you need a carbohydrate. You take a carbohydrate. You know what they did?
They did an experiment back in the old days. Did you know what happened with experiments? I wouldn't doubt it if they're still not doing it now in some weird way in some place.
You know what they did? When you wanted to be in a case study, you had to sign a document, right? You still do now, but you had to sign a document.
And there was a study that a whole bunch of people, a hundred people entered, and it was they were gonna feed you only protein in three months, 90 days. They were only gonna feed you protein and nothing else. And it didn't matter if you were sick and dying, they wouldn't let you out.
It didn't matter if something happened to you. They wouldn't let you out. They locked everybody on a campus.
And they fed them only protein. And they signed their lives away. OK, you got it.
I'm in. How bad could it be? It's just protein.
Oh, just protein. Sign my life away. It's just protein.
Here, here. Here you go, scientists. And what happened was, what the study was, was they removed the carbohydrate out of the protein source.
It's a nut protein source. They removed the carbohydrate and the fat. And if it was an animal protein source, they removed the carbohydrate and the fat.
And what was left was protein, you guys. They didn't know what this was going to do. A hundred people, good people, died in that three-month period of time because they starved to death.
Protein isn't why you're walking. Protein isn't why you're talking. Protein isn't why you're able to take a shower.
Protein is why you're not, why you can do the treadmill. Protein isn't why someone's got a bunch of muscle and someone doesn't. Protein isn't why any of it.
Protein has nothing to do with any of it. When they removed the carbohydrate out of the protein source, whatever protein source they chose, which was a whole bunch of different protein sources, and they mixed them. So they made sure everybody had a balanced diet in this experiment where they said, well, we're going to take out the carbohydrates and the fat out of all the nuts and the nut butter stuff, all the nuts.
We're going to just give them the nut protein, and then we're going to take it all out of the meats and the chickens, and we're just going to give them the meat and the chicken protein, and anybody can choose. They can all have all the protein they want. They had bags and bags and bags of protein.
It was removed from it, so it was just protein, only protein. And what happened was, because there was no carbohydrate in it, and there was no fat in it, to give them at least a fat calorie, as there is something such as a fat calorie. It's true.
The industry doesn't even realize that. So when they removed all that calorie, the people starved to death in three months as if they were fasting on water, or worse than fasting on water, and they died. It became a concentration camp, and you couldn't get out of it because of that piece of paper.
They wouldn't let them off the campus. It didn't matter as they were turning into skull and bones and bones and just falling apart, and their hips were coming apart when they would walk. Because there's no connective tissue anymore.
It was all because their connective tissue was being eaten alive. They were going into, basically, their body was trying to stay alive by eating everything it could. And they sat there, medical research and science sat there and sat there and sat there, while 100 people died from eating straight protein.
Because protein has nothing to do with nothing. What happens is, you guys, it's amino acids, it's phytochemical compounds, it's enzymes, right? It's glucose, it's trace minerals, it's trace mineral salts, it's macrominerals.
All these things are why we're alive, talking and walking. But something terrible happened in 1933. In 1933, amino acids, not protein protein.
And it's a huge amount of amino acids that are in the body, the body, the body. And it's a huge amount of amino acids that are in the body, the body, the body. And it's a huge amount of Antioxidants, antioxidants, all these things are why we can live and live as long as we can and survive as long as we can.
It's not protein, it's not the sticky protein, the sticky protein, you know what I mean? Sticky, glutinous, glutinous protein that's in anything that you try to find it in, right? Because it's in so many things, it's in so many things.
No one's dying of protein deficiency. They're dying of everything else but protein deficiency. That's where they're dying.
That's where they're dying. They're dying everywhere else but not protein deficiency. 1933, a deal was brokered, I told you guys this about this before.
Talking about the protein law. A deal was made to convince the whole world that protein is why we're here, why we exist, it's the food we eat, it's got to be protein is all protein. So the institutional grandfather law was created.
Academics were told it was protein. The school systems, all the institutions, all the doctors, all the hospitals, the medical industry, every industry, the fitness industry, the sports industry, every single industry in the world was brainwashed. Brainwashed is what they were.
They're brainwashed that you needed protein. That's what they were brainwashed with. It was taught in your school, so your great grandparents got brainwashed.
It was taught there. Your great grandparents, parents were brainwashed about protein, then your grandparents were brainwashed about protein. Your parents were brainwashed about protein.
You get brainwashed about protein. It's actually sinister when you think about it. Well, you never see the mistakes made and the theories collapse and anything else.
You never see any of the truth out there. You can't. It's deception purposely.
It's deception by industries. To the law was the protein law. That's what was created.
It's a document sitting inside of vaults, sitting there already signed and sealed. The governments on the planet and the medical institutions and basically everything else on that level, the universities, all made that deal. Not the little people, not the little people in the governments, not the little people in the medical industries, not the little people.
But at the top, the deal was made. And it was to make sure that you will be tormented and brainwashed by the protein law for what's to come. What's to come.
See, on this journey, we're in now epic levels of chronic illness happening and epic levels of chronic illness growing until where it's going to grow and where it's going to go. You're going to be able to use that word against you like you've never seen before. And you will obey.
We're going to take away this freedom here because you need protein for this. And here's how you're going to have it. It's going to be administered this way.
This is what you're going to need for here. What? Your body's falling apart and you're sick.
It's not the radiation levels and the pesticides and the herbicides and the fungicides and the chemical fragrances and the metals. They're all in pharmaceuticals. It's not any of that.
You're sick because protein, it's there as a backup plan anytime. What darkness does is darkness has always a safe fault you guys don't know about. It's always there.
That safe fault, you see it now. You see what's going on now in the world. The safe fault goes all the way back for these deceptions.
They're there so they can pull the card out. Pull the card out. Here's the ace, baby, right here.
Boom, here's an ace. Throw the protein law at them. It's time.
We need another distraction. We brainwashed them for a hundred years. And now we're watching them fall apart out there.
They're dissolving out there. Let's drop. Medical industry can all of a sudden research a science thing.
It's a protein thing. Boom, let's knock it down. And now they're going to need a protein medication.
Boom, there's a protein medication. Your body's falling apart because you need a protein medication. Your genes need proteins.
Your genes are falling apart. So here's a medication of protein for your genes. We systematically designed an incredible medication here at Blah Blah Blah Medical, whatever, and drug company.
And we're going to make sure you take this protein enhancement medication to help you with your genetics. I'll be gone way down the road, maybe when they do it. Maybe they'll do it when I'm still here, right?
But they're going to do it. They brainwash purposely. And they don't care if it takes lifetimes.
They don't care if that shareholder or that government or that whatever it is, they don't care who it is that set the pace. They don't care who in the illumination set the pace. They don't care who up there in the hierarchy set the pace.
They don't care if they live and die. And then the rule still lives and the law still lives on and gets passed on. It's there as a safe fault for the industry so they can slap it on your lap when it's time.
When literally the world's fallen apart with chronic illness in the next 10 years, next 15 years, next 20 years, is everybody sick in the next 20 years and doesn't know how to heal, they can slap that protein medication down and say, and then all they have to say is, we found a new discovery, you guys. Everybody's missing this certain special protein. We're just the right drug company and we're gonna actually create this cure so that you guys have this protein cure to keep you guys distracted.
And everybody's gonna line up for it because I knew it was a protein problem, damn it. I knew it was. My great great great great grandparents told me, my grandparents told me, everybody told me, my friend told me, my neighbor told me, my doctor told me, everybody told me protein, protein, where's your protein, where's your protein?
And I knew it. Give me that medication. What?
How do I get, how do I receive that medication, everybody? Oh, they got all kinds of ways you can receive it. The industries always think way ahead of you.
They think way ahead of me. They don't think way ahead of SOC. I mean, they think way ahead of me, though.
But they don't think way ahead of SOC. SOC always has known what's to come and what happens. And Medical Medium Information has never been proven wrong ever.
It's consistent. Doesn't contradict itself. No one's ever seen that in health.
Every single health author, every single whoever, every single person out there, every single anything to do with health, they've consistently changed their narrative. They weren't consistent. They've always changed their direction, their book direction, their everything direction, their message direction.
They've contradicted themselves all the way to every six months, all the way to the best top podcast doctors that contradicted themselves from what they did years ago to now to yesterday. And that's the game out there. And they never know what's coming.
And the MM Info is always consistent and never contradicted itself, never proven wrong, only been proven right so far by science and research, stealing it and taking it because they have to when it starts getting out there and getting out there and out there and they steal it. And they're going to also eventually get this clip somewhere down the line. They may be like, damn, he's teaching everybody about the protein law that we had everybody scammed on.
The brainwashing is real, you guys. But am I wrong? Wrong.
The CSC just told me someone thinks I'm wrong about it. They're positive that their trainer, their health trainer is right all about the protein and they're giving them protein bars every day. I respect that.
I'm not here to rip anybody down on that level. That's what you think you need. Good.
Do your protein, do your protein. But that brainwashing is hard to break. It's almost impossible to break.
A lot of people out there, it's going to be really hard to break, but it's only going to get worse and worse and worse. Let's talk about protein for a little bit. Okay?
Protein doesn't kill the plague virus everybody's been suffering with for the last, and locked in their houses and wearing masks and everything else and all that stuff. Protein doesn't stop that bug. You can have all the nuts and seeds and all the different protein sources.
You can have all the beans you want, all the nuts and all the tofu you want, all the chicken, and you can even eat liver if you want cow liver. You can eat anything you want. Gizzards, you can eat sheep, lamb, whatever it is.
It doesn't stop any bugs. Protein powders, this isn't, you know, this is, well, actually, barley grass cheese powder is different. That's all the micronutrients and everything.
But if this was some bad protein powder, the bad manufactured protein powders that everybody has, including the plant-based ones out there, protein powder doesn't stop the pathogens that everybody's dealing with. It doesn't stop your mono. It doesn't stop all your aches and pains caused by viruses.
It doesn't stop cytomegalovirus shingles. It doesn't stop Epsiobar. It doesn't stop anything.
It doesn't stop bugs and pathogens. It doesn't stop the flu. Protein makes the flu worse.
You get sick with the flu when you start eating a chicken, don't get confused with chicken soup. Don't get confused with chicken soup, right? When someone eats a little chicken broth, right?
They'd be better off if the chicken was out of there. If someone's sick with the flu or cold, you're better off if the nut butter isn't in there. The nuts and seeds aren't in there.
You're better off if anything dense in protein isn't in there. Because protein slows down the healing process. Another reason why they're brainwashing everybody.
They need you sick. Haven't you seen this? But it's everywhere.
They need you sick. It's everywhere. And it's even here.
It's in the protein law. It's not just what you guys are learning about. You think and everything about how they wanna keep you sick.
So you end up lining up at the pharmacy and you end up asking for medication and your doctor's giving you medication. They need you sick for that, right? They need you sick.
So you can go buy pharmaceuticals and go buy this and go buy that, right? That's why they need you sick. Keep the industry going.
Oh, you guys know that already. Heck, doctors know that. Everybody knows that already, right?
Unless you're somebody that woke up yesterday and you're like, what? But yeah, that's what it is. They need you sick.
Well, the protein law is part of that needing you sick. And here's the funny part. The funny part is you think you're all natural.
You think you're in the alternative health movement. You think you're holistic. You think your doctor's so holistic.
You think your acupuncture is so holistic. You think your nutritionist is so holistic. You think your dietician is so holistic.
You think everybody's so holistic, your naturopath and everybody else is so holistic. Your functional medicine doctor is so holistic. And they're just going to ramble out that protein law at you, which is not holistic and not natural.
That protein law is unnatural. That protein law goes back to the institutions. It goes back to the industry of 1933.
It goes back to the grandfather law that was created and made up. Yes, protein does exist, but it was created. It's a conventional wisdom.
It's conventional law. It's conventional theory. It's conventional make believe.
It's conventional however you want to call it, but it's conventional, which means it's not alternative, which means it's not alternative. It's not all natural, which means it's away from what you believe. You know what's funny?
What you believe in, which is spiritual and natural and all these things. A friend of mine told me he went to a spiritual retreat, right? He's a doctor.
Went to a spiritual retreat and everybody was sitting around a campfire. And it was like at the end of the day, everybody did their yoga and they did that. He said it was awesome.
Said they did their yoga. He said they were doing some breath stuff. He said that was fun.
He said one person he said had anxiety attack because they did have some health problems. So when they were doing the breathing, they literally had a panic attack and they had to call emergency services to take the person out during doing breath work. And I hear that all the time.
Breath work is for people who aren't sick really. They don't have all the neurological stuff, but the person just totally hyperventilated and went down for the count and they had to go home. Anyway, and that's why I don't recommend breath work.
Because the chronically ill, it's just basically aggravates all the vagus nerves. So it worsens your vagus nerve conditions when you do all the breath work stuff. Anyway, so the point is, right, so he said that one person went, whatever, he said the breath work was awesome.
He said the yoga was awesome. He said they also did some storytelling. Everybody read a little bit out of their journey about a story of something that was really, they're having a real spiritual time.
They're talking about astrology, right? And then it was time to eat at the spiritual retreat. It's time to eat.
Feedings for everybody was eating time. That's when it was all about where's your protein? Where's your protein?
Where's your protein? Where's your protein? And my friend was like, Oh my God, what is this?
Everybody, vegans, everybody, vegetarians, you know, animal, keto people, everything, they were all at the retreat and they were all freaking about their protein. Every last one of them, they're all having protein talks and protein. I need protein.
I need this. This is why I'm sick. It's because of protein.
It was the protein brainwash of a lifetime. Meanwhile, they're supposed to be all natural, all spiritual people are supposed to be all enlightened. And he said they were literally brainwashed in a way that was so deep, it was unreal.
So how do you take that out? How does it come out? I bet you so many of you guys are going to watch this video in the future are just going to be like, that's not possible.
You need the protein. But how do you remove, remove that brainwashing? How do you do it?
You just get half the brain removed? Like, how does it, how does it go? How can you get that out?
How can you get it out of there? Not easy. That's what conditioning and brainwashing does.
Even after this video and this talk and everything else, we're live right now, but even after all this right now, some of you guys are just gonna be like, what? Huh? What?
Later on. Protein? Yeah, yeah, no, of course I need, what, protein?
Yeah. Muscles are built with carbohydrates, mineral salts, right? So glucose and mineral salts.
That's the fundamental basis of a muscle to build. That's why when sick people get sick, they're telling them to eat protein as they're wasting away or sick or in a hospital bed, and they can't do much and they can't function and they're getting really thin, and it's like, gotta put on weight, gotta put on weight, you gotta eat your protein, gotta put on weight, you gotta eat your protein. What no one realizes is the more protein you try to throw out, throw out at sick people, the thinner they get, the more problematic they get, unless they're a healthy person that wants to be thin.
A friend of mine is a huge bodybuilder guy. This other friend of mine, famous, famous too. A lot of famous bodybuilder friends, famous, like 40 years ago, being a famous bodybuilder, 40 years ago, he's older now.
And he'll say to me, how's it going with your cardio? How's it going with your biking? How's it going with, do you know that like the bike, knows I like the bike, knows I like to run?
And he's like, even in my day, when I was a bodybuilder, I couldn't run that many miles because it's different. You know, you're purposely putting on mass. Like, oh, you know what?
After my last Medical Medium book, maybe I'll go into, maybe I'll do some weights a couple hours a day. I just don't have that time. You know, he says, oh, you don't need to, you don't worry.
You already ride your bike 10 miles, it's just a heartbeat. You already run your 10 miles whenever you want. You just do what you want.
It's all good. Because that's all that counts, he said. And he's right.
Yeah, you want to build muscle mass. You know, he told me this too. He said, you're right, AW.
Every time, because I try to teach him stuff. Every time he said that he would lower, he would eat more protein. He said, he would be losing his muscles.
But then, when he would do some more carbohydrates, he would get bigger muscles. He couldn't understand it. And now he made it clear to why.
That's why I tell chronically ill people, people who are sick, people who are really sick, and they can't exercise, they can't build muscles, they can't get into the gym, they can't do any kind of workouts, they can't go running, they can't ride a bike, they're sick, they're on mattress island. I always say, it's not about the protein. It's about the carbohydrate.
Because the carbohydrate and the trace mineral salts hold the muscle together, because if you're not able to use your muscles, you don't want them to atrophy so much. So you gotta make sure you're getting the carbohydrate, the glucose and the mineral salts. That's what sustains muscles for sick people so they don't waste away.
And bodybuilders have to bring in carbs and do bulking in order to get more muscle. When a bodybuilder goes truly keto and doesn't do enough carbohydrates, I lose their muscles. So bodybuilders do bulking and cutting.
Bulking means the bodybuilder has to bring in all kinds of carbohydrates with all the fat they're eating. And then they get hulked up because they got a layer of fat and they're building muscle. And then they realize now they're getting too fat, but they built up more muscle, so now they have to cut back.
It's called cutting. Bulking and cutting. And now they got to cut back on their carbs.
But really, they're cutting back on all of it. They're cutting back on their calories altogether, and they're cutting back on their food. And now they're trying to lose some weight, but keep their muscle.
And then they start losing their muscle again. So then they go into bulking and cutting again. This is what weight people do.
They bulk and cut. They have to bulk up on carbohydrates and fats combined because they're not going to give up the fat. So they're just going to keep the fats in there.
They're going to bulk up, bulk up, bulk up. And then they got to drop the food, bulking and cutting. Because you can't keep your muscles unless you got sugar going into your muscles to grow them.
Meanwhile, bodybuilders do enough carbs, they can get bigger and bigger and bigger muscles. So the protein law is so skewed. It's to a point now, even with the best vegan people in any industry, or the best vegan whoever hacks or whatever you want to call them or documentary, they still just say protein, protein.
Everybody's so brainwashed, it's psychotic when you think about it. Really, it's the greatest trick ever played, or actually one of the greatest tricks ever played on the people of the world. And man, did it root in good.
Can I break it out there? No, no, no, no, no. No way.
I could talk about this day in, day out. I could talk about this every day. I could write a book about it.
I could write a Medical Medium Protein book about it. I can go all the way. I don't think you can touch that brainwashing.
That brainwashing has been a hundred years. Hundred years of brainwashing. It put it in the school systems.
As a child, you're taught about protein. Kind of weird. They put it in every system.
Yeah, it's about protein. A friend of mine struggled with drug addiction. He went to a rehab.
All they talked about was protein. They said he had a drug addiction because he didn't have enough protein. I know people, you know, that have family members that are dying in their beds in the hospital, and the doctors are sitting there telling them this because they didn't get enough protein.
It's invasion of the body snatchers all over again. What you need is phytochemical compounds, antioxidants, mineral salts, macromineral salts, macrominerals, trace minerals, glucose, electrolytes, enzymes, antioxidants, like I said before, anthocyanins, more and more and more. Meanwhile, these are the critical aspects of how people stay alive, run, play, do, think, whatever.
These are the critical aspects that are ignored. And all they do is throw the protein label at you. I know people love their chicken soup when they're sick.
And that's a T. When you're sick, it's fine. Fine.
Go ahead and have your chicken soup. But when you're sick, protein and fat isn't the best option. Same thing if you're plant-based and you want your, you know, soup that has all this coconut oil in it, or nut, nut powder, nut, nut whatever, and oil and whatever it is, or tofu in there, or soy, whatever it is, and you think you're getting your protein, and you got your protein and fat and whatever.
When you're sick, those aren't the answer. And the thing is, is the reason why people even feel a little bit better when you do like a soup, it's because they're doing a soup. They're cutting back on their food to begin with.
That's why you're having a soup, you know? Well, yeah, no, I can't eat the usual pizza I usually eat. I can't have the usual mac and cheese.
I can't have the usual ice cream today. I can't have the usual chocolate cake. So I'm just gonna have a chicken noodle soup and just sip the broth because I'm nauseous.
I'm sick. I've got congestion. I won't feel good.
That's why you start getting a little bit better too, because you lowered all your calories. I'm not doing my double bacon cheeseburger for the fast food restaurant. So I better just have my aunt's chicken soup a little and sip it.
Same thing with vegans when they get really sick. You just all of a sudden can't eat so much and then you're not going to be eating your two avocados and your avocado toast when you're really sick. You're really just going to be sipping some herbal tea or something or having some broth.
And then you know, because that's the reason why anybody even gets a benefit. They kill all their calories down when they're sick with the flu. No one's tanking a ton of food when in being like their normal self, whatever that may be, when they're sick with the flu or something.
So the point is, when it comes down to healing, one of the sabotage of the healing world of the industries is the protein brainwashing myth. It's that sabotage. Look out.
It's in here. And it's really almost impossible to get out. Can you be the one to get it out?
Would be able to get out? Can you get that one out? Because that one was seeded deep early on.
And maybe I shouldn't even care or worry about it. Like whatever. Who cares?
But they're going to use that one coming up. They use it already. They do.
They use it already. So, I don't know. It's like a challenge.
I was telling somebody else I knew. Doctor, like last year, big talk about this whole protein thing. Systematically, I had to sit there for hours trying to help so he can learn.
And he was like, it's hard to get it out. I had another question, another question, and another question, and another question. And in the end, he realized that there is no science that actually shows protein that you're eating in a food.
They don't have it leaving your intestinal track on some scope or scan and watching that protein go somewhere to an organ and actually fix something or reconstruct something or heal something. You know what did it for him after hours of talking about it and hours of talking about it? His realization that there's nowhere in any science or research on any level or any study or any proof or anything concrete that showed on any level protein from your food entering your mouth coming down here into your stomach and turning into something or doing something in somebody's body, whether you fixing them or not or whatever.
He said it didn't exist because that's what happened. He looked and he looked and he looked and he talked to a scientist friend. And then he talked to specialist he knew.
He was in a big medical clinic. Then he talked to all the doctors. They're like, I don't know.
They couldn't even find a study that actually showed protein itself entering the body and doing anything. And that's when he said, I've been duped. And that's when all my information that I gave him made sense more than ever.
But I don't know what it's going to take for you. I don't know for him. That's what it took.
Maybe for you, you just need to say, hey, you're right. You know, people, everybody eats protein, they're all sick. Maybe that's all you need.

There are many parts of this talk that I really love. I think one of my favorites is that protein doesn't stop the bugs. It doesn't stop the shingles in the Epstein bar and the flu and the COVID and the RSV and the simplex 1 and simplex 2.
It doesn't stop the pathogens. It doesn't stop someone from getting strep throat. But zinc, a mineral, can stop somebody from getting strep throat.
Protein doesn't stop somebody from getting a panic attack, but yet B12 can stop somebody from getting future panic attacks. Another favorite part is protein doesn't build muscles. That's why if somebody goes truly keto, like truly keto and they're only eating protein and protein only, sure, they can have some fat in there too, they lose their muscles.
They start wasting away. They can't build the muscles that they want to build. And that's why the carnivore movement started bringing in sugar, lots of it too.
They brought in honey and lots of fruit. Because if they had the luxury of working out in the gym every day for a couple of hours, they weren't seeing the results when they were just eating meat. Or what they thought was just protein.
They needed the carbs or the sugars to build and keep and hold on to those muscles. Another thing that gets me every time is the sick people dying in the hospital. They're getting plenty of protein.
They always have. They have a lifetime of eating protein. But yet, they're dying of all kinds of diseases, including cancer.
And that's interesting. Because protein obviously doesn't have any bearing upon cancer. As far as preventing it, as far as stopping it.
And when people get cancer, they're told to eat lots of protein. Get as much protein as possible in them. What people need to know is that the industries of deception are always ahead of the game.
They're always ahead of everyone. And they set the stage long, long ago. The protein brainwashing started over a hundred years ago.
And it gets passed down from generation to generation. Keep your eye on it. And look out for yourself.
