Staph infections

Condition
  • Environmental exposure: MRSA and other staph bacteria can be picked up in hospitals, public bathrooms, on packages from deliveries, and other shared environments. Packages from UPS, FedEx, and other delivery services can be a source of pathogen transmission including staph.
  • All bugs are rising: MRSA is not the only antibiotic-resistant bug out there now. All bugs are rising up and strengthening. Pharmaceuticals are not getting stronger or working more effectively while bugs are mutating, strengthening, and growing year by year.
  • Laboratory origin of MRSA: MRSA was raised in labs using eggs as the food source. It was not something that just appeared naturally — it originated in a lab and somehow escaped into the population. This is why eggs are the most critical food to avoid when dealing with MRSA.
  • Weakened immune system: The body's environment determines how well MRSA and staph infections can take hold. A weakened immune system — caused by a high-fat diet, excessive animal protein, insufficient leafy greens, or too few wild foods — gives the bacteria an environment to thrive. Strengthening immune function is essential to fighting staph.
