Sodium Deficiency
ConditionCommon hospital diagnosis that often misses the real cause. Blood test standards are based on 1950s when everyone was oversalted with road salt - the threshold is too high.
- Too much plain water: Consuming too much water without sodium-rich foods dilutes sodium
- Over-drinking plain water: Drinking too much plain water without solids can drop sodium and other electrolyte levels
- Dehydration: Not enough hydration with proper sodium-containing fluids
- Wrong sodium sources: Not getting correct vital sodium from celery juice, spinach, lemons, tomatoes, cilantro. Instead getting commercialized road salt, MSG, yeast extract
- Not eating healing foods: Not getting sodium from celery juice, spinach soup, coconut water, lemons, tomatoes
- Food poisoning or flu: Stomach bugs, vomiting cause sodium levels to drop
