Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)
Condition- EBV creates cysts directly: EBV travels from the liver to the thyroid, and what is left goes to the ovaries, creating PCOS. Fluid-filled cysts cannot be created on their own — they are 100% directly created by EBV. The ovary releases mucus around itself as a defense mechanism to try to trap the virus — this mucus is what forms the 'fluid-filled cysts.'
- Eggs grow cysts: Eggs are the reason we have reproductive system conditions like PCOS. Hormones in eggs feed cysts and EBV directly. Makes PCOS worse and worse, causes androgens to spiral. The worst thing you could ever do is offer eggs for women with PCOS. Viruses were raised in labs on eggs — this is why eggs specifically feed these reproductive conditions.
- Fluid-filled cysts often caused by one or more of the over 60 varieties of Epstein-Barr virus, frequently creating injuries to cells in the ovaries and sometimes weakening the ovaries overall. Troublemaker foods such as eggs rapidly worsen the condition, and a high-fat/high-protein diet impedes the healing process of PCOS.
- High-fat diet enables EBV to thrive: High fat content in the blood and liver creates the ideal environment for EBV to thrive in the liver and subsequently the ovaries. Fat fills the bloodstream, bogs down the liver, and makes the liver stagnant — and EBV thrives in a stagnant liver. This is why keto, carnivore, paleo, and other high-fat diets are explicitly harmful for PCOS. 'The most disastrous thing you can do with PCOS or anybody diagnosed with PCOS is eating high fat — all it does is bog your liver down, make it worse and worse.' The initial weight loss on keto is temporary; the underlying viral issue is worsened.
- Liver dysfunction: PCOS has everything to do with the liver and what is inside it. EBV inside the liver causes it to become stagnant, sluggish, and toxic. Weight gain in PCOS is actually a liver problem, not a hormonal problem — a sluggish liver makes adrenals weak and causes weight gain.
- Undiscovered PCOS antibody — what science calls inflammation: The immune system releases an antibody that has not yet been discovered by research and science to fight EBV in the ovaries. This is what science currently detects as 'chronic low-grade inflammation' in the reproductive system. Scientists are 'on to something' with the inflammation finding, but the connection to EBV will not be made through current research frameworks. There are 'antibodies undiscovered for this ovarian syndrome' — antibodies that are released not to harm the body but to go after EBV in the ovaries.
- Ovary mucus defense mechanism — how cysts actually form: The ovary releases mucus around itself as a defense mechanism to try to trap and neutralize the Epstein-Barr virus — the same way mucus forms in the throat to stop a flu virus. The fluid inside 'fluid-filled cysts' is this ovarian mucus. The ovary is bleeding and leaching mucus around itself to try to tangle and shut down EBV. Some women then develop hard cysts in addition to the fluid-filled mucus pockets — these are additional ovarian cysts created directly by EBV, not by the immune defense response. The 'cysts' in PCOS are therefore a combination: immune defense mucus and direct viral cyst creation.
- Strep co-infection causes PCOS acne: Women with PCOS have streptococcus bacteria as a co-infection alongside EBV. The acne attributed to PCOS is caused by strep, not by PCOS or androgens. Strep gets into the liver, travels up through the lymphatic system, goes underneath the dermis, and works its way up. Killing strep with antiviral/antibacterial protocols (cat's claw, lemon balm, zinc) is required alongside EBV protocols. This is why acne disappears when MM protocols are followed even before PCOS cysts fully resolve.
