Burnt Out, Deficient Brain
Condition- Adrenal complications: Adrenal complications contribute to burnout. When adrenals are weak and burnt out, they cannot produce the brain hormone chemicals needed.
- Vitamin B12 deficiency: B12 is one of the top three brain nutrients. Every nerve cell must have a certain amount of B12. Many people walk around with nerve cells at under 30 percent of their B12 capacity.
- Caffeine: Caffeine is a brain betrayer pushed by the caffeine industry machine. It triggers adrenaline release that accelerates brain burnout.
- Charcoal treatments internal use: Charcoal treatments taken internally suffocate the intestinal lining, blocking nutrient absorption that the brain needs.
- Clay treatments internal use: Clay treatments taken internally suffocate the intestinal lining, blocking nutrient absorption that would support brain functioning.
- High-fat diet causing insulin resistance: Excess dietary fat thickens the blood and creates insulin resistance, preventing glucose from easily entering brain cells. Fat does not bring nutrients into brain cells; sugar does.
- Glucose deficiency: Glucose is the actual food source for the brain. The brain runs on glucose. Glucose deficiency starves the brain of its primary fuel.
- Chronic dehydration: Inadequate hydration prevents blood from properly carrying supplies to the brain. Dehydration impairs brain function.
- Brain hormone deficiency: Many brain hormones involved in communication and feelings of peace and happiness are originally derived from the adrenal glands. Burnt out, weak adrenals create brain hormone chemical deficiency.
- MSG deposits: MSG deposits in the brain are one of the deeper issues causing burnout.
- Neuron injury: Neuron injury is one of the deeper issues causing burnout that should be diagnosed.
- Neurotransmitter chemical deficiency: Neurotransmitter chemical hormones are meant to be produced inside the brain and can be reproduced to match specific neurons. Missing building blocks prevent these from developing.
- Nutrients trapped in blood fat: Nutrients can be suspended around blood fat, trapped in the bloodstream and losing their efficacy, eventually being urinated out of the body.
- Supplies not reaching the brain: Other organs and glands that are in deficit draw from the precious cargo heading up to the brain. Nutrients may not reach the brain even when consumed.
- Poisons and solvents: Poisons and solvents in the brain are deeper issues that should be diagnosed as causes of burnout.
- Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) internal use: Sodium bicarbonate taken internally suffocates the intestinal lining, blocking it from absorbing nutrients that would otherwise be delivered to the brain.
- Sluggish liver blocking B12: The liver stores and converts B12 from outside sources to make it more soluble and usable to brain cells. A stagnant, sluggish liver leads to B12 deficiency.
- Liver-produced brain hormones: The liver, when functioning optimally, can produce some brain chemical hormones. A stagnant, sluggish liver contributes to brain hormone deficiencies.
- Toxic heavy metals: Toxic heavy metals are one of the deeper issues causing burnout. Without proper brain nutrients, toxic heavy metals do more damage.
- Trace mineral salt deficiency: Trace mineral salts are one of the top three nutritional components the brain relies upon. Deficiency weakens electrical transmission between neurons.
- Viral inflammation: Viral inflammation is one of the deeper issues causing burnout that should be diagnosed.
